    This Walmart is a total joke. We went in to purchase a bike like the one we got in Benson the day before. All I can say is watch your prices! LOOK CLOSELY AT THE FOUR PICS, SAME EXACT BIKE, FOUR DIFFERENT PRICES...NO KIDDING.....

    This is probably the best stocked Walmart I've ever been to. They have EVERYTHING!! Wide variety of items. Very clean store. Best selection of Blackstone products here too. I even found a few clearance items that were too good of a deal to pass up. This is certainly the place to shop in sierra vista. Nice selection. Of local items from U of A too!!     Today I went at Walmart at sierra vista to do a phone return, and they wasn’t able to do it even in the receipt you can read return or exchange, terrible customer service, I bought the phone on April 19/2023 and the receipt you can read phone may be returned for refund or exchange with receipt within 14 days guess what I try to get my refund today may 1st not even 14 days yet they don’t do it. I ask an associate in electronics he try to help and then a couch came over she said there is nothing she can override and the the guy from T-Mobile said he I’ll do it, he was helping other of his customers and it take long, but patiently I waited at the and he try to do my return and he can’t do it neither. Totally i waste of my time.

    We felt singled out. The guy was literally hovering over our shoulder as we were checking out. We have no need to steal. As we were exiting there was two ladies checking our receipt. One lady said there's only 1 juice listed. I showed her we paid for 2. She said she didn't see the jug on the receipt, I had to point that out as well. If you all are so concerned with theft, you should hire more cashier's to do the job. We are native American and felt that we were singled out because of the color of our skin. As my husband loaded up our items. I went back into the store and there was no one at the door to check receipts. Our friends didn't get there receipt checked either. This is the most uncomfortable visit we've ever encountered at any Walmart. I feel it was racial profiling. So NO, we will not recommend this Walmart to anyone. On another note, half of the lights were out. We had to use our phone light to look for items. Very inconvenient. And they had no more jugs of water.

    Enjoy shopping this Walmart. The staff is super. The self checkouts are the best around of any store. Always clean, the bags are always ready for you to drop your purchases in and the people monitoring them are always there to get you in and out super fast.

    To many automated machines and no personal services. They seem to like customers doing the work and not hiring people who need jobs. Also, the team shopping for online orders you can't get around. Last week the Employee wouldn't move cart for a customer in a wheelchair let alone help her get an item off of a higher shelf tan she could reach, so yes, I helped her.

    Let me preface. Ever since I changed my debit card my phone doesn’t automatically pick up purchases. I purchased 2 dresses for 7.00 each. Tried to return but didn’t have receipt. Mgr was called. He said now can only give me 3.00. I went back to where they were and they were still 7.00. I called mgr back to show him. He said they were GOING to change the price. He absolutely knew I paid 7.00 as they had NOT changed the price yet. He could have used his discretion but instead showed he needs direction. Is that how you take care of a problem??? I did your job for some years and I know what you could and could not do. I should have gotten back what I paid. Lousy customer service skills. UPDATE. Went back today(next day) and they were still 7.00. I took a picture and asked for a real manager not a low level with no customer service skills. You can’t charge me for what you intend to do. . The real manager gave me my money back. See how easy that was??

    The best customer service experience I've had at any Walmart. I was in town for business and need to find something to hold a sign I had for display. I asked Alan for assistance and he did not stop looking until he was able to help me find what I needed. He was very nice and professional. I wish more Walmart employees were like him.

    I visit Home Depot in Sierra Vista, AZ. I went to pick up kits to build two screens for the window in my living room, and a mini refrigerator. I give the store a three because I got a screaming deal on the fridge and screen kits. If I were grading just on staff I would have given I one. I have never been in a store that large and been treated so poorly by staff. When I asked if I could get someone to help me carry out and load the fridge. I was told no by three different staff members. Needless to say I will not return to that store.

    It can be crowded and busy at times but overall very convenient. I love that there is a Dunkin Donuts place inside. I have never had a bad experience so no complaints. 👍🫅

    This Walmart hits all the marks for what you’d expect from the retail giant: wide selection, decent prices, and overall convenience. Early mornings can be a bit of an adventure, though, with some questionable vehicles in the parking lot that seem like they’ve been there all night. Just something to be aware of. But inside, it’s business as usual with stocked shelves and helpful staff. Solid four stars for consistency and reliability.

    My wife and I are currently stationed here for training, and this is by far the worst Walmart we have encountered as it comes to customer service. The employees are not understanding at all, not on the same page, and will gripe at you till you leave the store! My wife called me in tears as she left this store because she left her card with me, and I know I for one am furious and will not be back at this Walmart.

    ST# 01240 OP# 009048 #TE# 48 TR# 03475 Tried tell store manager (who is not Jacqueline) had a male voice did not ID themself about old product by over 20 days on shelf and they replied: "Vendors stock the tortillas" as if not his problem. Offered for me not hoof it back there for a refund. I said "NO, do ot want to go back and forth. It was La Tortilla Factory fresh date = 06/08/2023. I bought it this morning. Last time (different brand) there was green mold on the tortillas and so this is a repeatable problem. Don't bother the online email contact - you fill the entire thing out and doesn't go anywhere Chat says she would be sending me an email so I get refund if I send image of receipt & freshness date - yeah that was a lie.

    I recently moved here from Tucson, and honestly I'm appalled, the lack of correct prices is insane. Not to mention, if you don't take a picture before going to check out, you have to get out of line and go do that in order to get the correct price. I'm talking entire displays of incorrectly priced items. Employees are generally pretty nice, aside from the older man working the self checkout at about 130 pm on Saturday June 10 2023 who couldn't have had a worse attitude about incorrect pricing. Someone ought to report them to Weights and Measure, because holy cow is that completely unacceptable.

    Very long lines at the checkout. And one thing that has bugged me time and time again, no one attends to the water jug aisle. All the jugs are pushed very far back on the shelf and there's no way a short person can get it. They need to pay better attention to this. All the 1 gallon bottled water was practically sold out

    Yesterday I tried to buy a bag of onions and the bar code wouldn't scan. The associate couldn't even fix it. I didn't get the onions, and today they were totally out of bananas. A lot of items I intended to buy, they're out of. Their shelves are almost bare in a lot of sections. I ended up going to the grocery store. Makes me wonder why I even went to Walmart to start with.

    I ordered groceries for delivery. I had to throw out all the produce. This ALWAYS happens. Bag of oranges moldy and rottem, apples tasted like inedible crab apples, black mold on onions. Potatoes never get soft. Total health hazard. The health department should shut their produce department down. Whoever their district manager is he must be blind and with no sense of smell.

    Employees don't take care of the plants in the garden section. There is always missing prices on items. They have good prices, and there is one store in town that is probably a little cheaper that's fry's but I don't like to shop there it gets to crowded
