Experienced greatest care in Sierra Vista. Dr. Sindhu and his whole staff are just wonderful. Dr. Sindhu definitely cares about his patients 100+%. Been seeing several Hematologists in town the last past 10 yrs and he is the 1st one to listen, research my history of my situation. Very patiently in listening, and explaining. Office staff is outstanding. Always friendly and helpful. Always a smile on their faces. I am grateful he opened his practice here in town.

I am very impressed with Dr. Hemant Sindhu and his staff. He is thorough, knowledgeable, professional and is a caring Doctor. Dr. Sindhu explains information fully so as his patient I am able to understand the medical terminology. He spends the necessary time to answer any questions. We are very fortunate to have Dr. Sindhu and staff in Sierra Vista.

Yesterday, I met with Lindsey Polcari, NP. She is wonderful. She explained everything I needed to know, answered all questions, listened to my comments, and even patiently waited for me to write notes on one subject before moving on to another. She never made me feel rushed. I felt very at ease with her and already like her and trust her.

After the horror story that my Mom went through at the Banner cancer center in Tucson, I was admittedly nervous about how things would go for her at Southwest Cancer Care. The difference is night and day! Dr Sindhu and Dr Latchman and their staff are absolute angels!

Drs. Sindhu and Latchman are *dedicated* to providing compassionate, appropriate evidence-based care and engages patients and families in the medical decision process. Dr. Sindhu makes every effort to include other medical specialists involved in the patient's care and reviews pertinent medical records to create the most optimal care plan. They are extremely flexible in patient scheduling needs and make themselves available to questions, concerns and education opportunities. Drs Sindhu and Latchman warm the hearts of patients. I am pleased to know they have added like-minded providers and are expanding their practice. Our community is blessed to have them be a part of it. I would give them 1000 stars, if I could.

This place is very good and thorough.

Me, stage four lung cancer, surgery in phx. Oncology care with dr. Sindu and dr. Latchman and staff no more cancer for now. This facility treated me with outstanding care and compassion, the best medical care i have ever rdceived and i have been around the block with cancer issues for the last ten yearsc, .

They are poor at returning calls or answering the phone. To talk to someone you have to go through 9 voice menu items. Medical care seems ok, but If they are poor at the basics you have to wonder about they're medical services performance. I'd look to a provider with better customer service, if that's possible in Sierra Vista.

Bad customer service. Gressa is her name. I asked her about her name because she seem sullen and wild without valid reason.
