After
I
specifically
told
my
tech,
I
did
not
like
the
polish
as
she
began
on
my
second
finger,
I
was
told
it
was
only
the
first
coat
and
would
look
better
after
the
second.
After
finishing
my
right
hand,
I
expressed
that
I
did
not
like
the
look
of
the
polish
dazzle
because
it
was
clumpy.
I
had
already
spoken
to
the
nail
tech
about
my
work
and
having
to
wash
my
hands
very
frequently,
so
I
needed
a
polish
that
was
durable,
that
I
was
used
to
only
gel
manicures
being
effective.
I
was
told
this
dazzle
would
last
the
same
amount
of
time
and
less
dry
time
and
fewer
chemicals.
As
she
began
on
my
left
hand,
I
asked
if
we
could
stop
and
switch
to
the
gel
due
to
the
big
clumpy
look
of
this
polish.
She
got
up
and
went
to
the
front
desk,
returning
to
inform
that
she
was
told
that
I
could
not
change
my
polish
now
because
she
was
halfway
done.
I
expressed
again
that
I
did
not
like
the
way
my
nails
looked
and
reminded
her
I
spoke
up
on
the
second
finger
she
completed.
She
then
got
up
to
go
speak
with
the
front
desk,
I
followed
to
speak
for
myself
in
case
there
was
a
miscommunication.
I
was
met
with
one
of
the
owners
who
rushed
me
back
into
the
nail
area,
stating,
"I
will
fix
it."
I
was
confused
because
she
did
not
allow
me
to
say
what
was
wrong
in
the
first
place
and
was
visibly
upset
and
annoyed.
I
was
ushered
back
into
the
nail
area
because
she
said
we
could
not
speak
at
the
intrance
in
front
of
the
other
customers.
She
began
"fixing"
my
nails,
completing
what
the
other
tech
had
not
and
asked
which
ones
were
clumpy.
She
removed
that
polish
and
republished.
I
expressed
that
they
still
did
not
look
right
to
me
and
was
told
AGAIN
that
it
looked
fine
once
top
coat
was
applied.
After
top
coat,
it
looked
the
same!
After
feeling
completely
defeated,
I
decided
I
would
just
pay
for
the
services
and
leave.
I
was
checked
out
by
the
other
owner
and
was
to
leave
a
gratuity,
I
informed
her
that
I
would
like
to
leave
cash
for
my
massage
therapist
but
would
not
be
leaving
anything
additional
for
the
nails.
I
explained
everything
to
her,
and
she
responded
that
it
was
"unacceptable
"
and
"rude"
to
not
leave
gratuity
because
the
first
nail
tech
was
removed,
and
the
other
owner
"handled"
the
situation.
She
told
me
she
did
not
accept
and
I
HAD
to
leave
money
because
they
stayed
late
to
fix
my
issues.
To
be
FORCED
to
tip
and
being
called
"rude"
because
I
didn't
want
to
give
out
more
money
for
an
already
frustrating
and
disappointing
experience
is
....
well,
I
don't
even
have
the
words.
My
nails
were
done
around
5pm
Friday
evening
and
these
pictures
are
from
Sunday
afternoon.
