From the moment I scheduled my appointment to my actual appointment. Dr Bowles staff went above and beyond. I waited a while to get in that coincided with my day off. They put me on a cancelation list. I honestly didn't think I would get a call but they reached out several times to offer me sooner dates. Sadly my schedule didn't always work. But I waited..I really wanted to establish with someone who has been apart of our community for a long while, as I am a native. That is very important to me. I didn't want these pop up places that seem to be everywhere nowadays. I couldn't have been more impressed or happy with the courteous and super friendly staff. Dr Karow and staff made me feel confident I made the right decision. I am looking forward to returning for my cleaning and dental work that's scheduled for next week. Thank you. Dr. Thomas Bowles has a great practice. Everyone in the office is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. His office is ultra modern with state of the art equipment, its immaculate with a warm atmosphere. It’s obvious everyone involved has put their heart and soul into building this business into great asset for our community. Everyone in need of a great dentist should go there.

Just finished up new caps on my 2 front teeth. The TEAM was remarkable and I highly recommend them. Not my first rodeo as I lost my front tooth when I was 14 and I am 58. My old caps were worn out and one broke they did a great job getting me through this with respect and empathy!

Great first appointment. I have been hesitant to go to a dentist due to fear but the office was very friendly, explains things thoroughly, and gives you plenty of opportunities to ask questions and get recommendations on improving. Thank you to Dr. Bowles and hygienist Emily for making me feel comfortable.

Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. Dr Bowles explained the procedure he thinks is best for me while offering alternatives. My hygienist, Emily, made me comfortable and informed me on what she was doing. A positive experience.

As a dental hygienist new to the area. I needed a dentist and decided to visit this office. They are amazing in every way. I highly recommend them. Dr Karow , Erin, Karen, Emily, Destiny have all done an amazing job in listening to my needs and full filling them every time I am there… Dr Karow has amazing skill and I have NEVER felt and pain! Dr Bowles staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Destiny, my dental hygienist is very professional making sure that I am comfortable and relaxed as she goes about cleaning my teeth. Destiny cleans my teeth that is simply impossible for me to clean at home. Any questions that I have, Destiny is extremely knowledgeable and provides an answer that I can understand. I can't begin to describe how amazing this team is! I am always so uncomfy at a dentist. Emily, Jasmine and every other person I came in contact with were so kind and gentle and they made the visit enjoyable. Who can say that about a dentist?! Me! Such a great place! Keep being awesome!
