Was a wonderful time. First night we had a glitch with our little cottage we rented. Saw the owner Steve next morning while he was making his rounds. We explained what the problem was and he immediately had us switch to a nicer accommodation! No problem, even had the cleaning crew immediately prepare the room. Beautiful right on the ocean side. Everyone including Christine the rental agent was so nice and professional. Great experience and lovely beach. Thank you guys for making our vacation special.

What a FANTASTIC vacation we just had, we were lucky enough to stay for 2 weeks, we swam, soaked up the sun, walked on the beach and were totally relaxed. The condo itself was very clean, welcoming, attractive and close to everything you could want. Having 3 full bathrooms and a full laundry in condo 311 made things easier for our larger family. We have already booked our return! HIGHLY recommended!

We just returned from Avenida De Cortez rental. The house was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. We loved it, it felt very large yet cozy, comfortable and well appointed. It was very clean, inside and out and well maintained. We had a pool pump issue which was handled very quickly and completely within 24 hrs., we felt that was amazingly fast given the pump issue. Downtown was so close. The beach is walkable, but we drove. We would highly recommend this house rental and this company.

I loved the condo I rented! Everything was extremely clean, the bed was comfy as were the couch and chairs in the family room and the kitchen was equipped with everything I needed. It was so convenient that the property I rented is located on the gulf side of the island with private, gated beach access. The staff in the rental office were great and I will definitely be back!

-Great location, literally steps to beach access 13. Maybe 3 minute walk to ocean water. Rinse your feet off with outdoor shower in the driveway when you return. -great neighborhood. Quiet and upscale. Felt very secure and relaxed. -very easy check in and out. Painless stay. Very well maintained! -abundant parking at house -very clean unit. Price was very fair. Could use a new mattress on bed but overall excellent for the price point -short walk to local food and shopping. Frog hopper takes you all over siesta key cheaply

My entire Family rented this place for 5 days & we had a wonderful time. The place is clean and they provided all the stuff we needed- from extra pillows, towels, beach towels, utensils, gas grill& dishwasher coffee maker, we’re able to finish our vacation without bringing our dirty clothes home🙈 We stayed room 7- the lake is superb❤️ My boys stayed there most of the time for fishing & chill. My girls tried the kayak & the bike going to turtle beach. The pool is clean too. We cooked our food 98% of this trip, scheduled pick up at walmart and get all the stuff we need for cooking from breakfast, lunch & dinner. Siesta is about 10mins drive from this place. Bring your extra toilet paper, paper towels & trash bags, dishwasher pods ofc bring your fishing stuff. Please do not expect that somebody will clean the rental while you’re there & that is totally fine with us. All in all I highly recommend this rental place & would love to go back in the future❤️ P.s we clean as we go❤️❤️

Check in was a breeze. The property is in a great location across the the street from the beach. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. The beach cart and beach accessories (beach chairs, umbrella, ect.,) on the property was a bonus since we flew in and did not have the means to bring those things. The trolley is a great way to get around the island. We will definitely be back.

The place is amazing! Great decor! Plenty of room to spread out. Enjoyed reading on the patio and playing chess. Lots of activities- ping pong, bikes, beach supplies. Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked! We’ve been to Siesta Key many times and this is our favorite place!
