Perfect marina setting and Tennis right next door. This is a very unique setting and a resort of it's own. It is unfortunate that I have lowered my rating to the chaos going on internally after the following. I was given a 5 year term in writing for my boat slip only to be told they changed their mind six months later to a month to month. It was for a 2nd slip which they allowed, I moved my boat then told I can't have it. AWFUL. Next, I have a tenant there who is being badgered and shared my office issues over my slip as well as offered another unit on the 6th floor. You have been alerted. It's getting worse than ever and toxic. Steer clear of the office. What used to be a warm and friendly place has turned toxic. Check into the boards, even worse. I am disappointed as this is a beautiful property. The marine docks are under water when it rains and electrical issues everywhere. The basic is in need of a dredging. Lots to be aware of. Be careful and research well. I have posted for you. Sorry to have to state this.

Our unit number 212 was very nice, clean, with a kitchen having all the equipment needed for cooking. The unit looked like it had been redecorated within the last few years. Our only negative for the unit was a rather soft mattress. We didn't use the beach equipment but umbrellas and chairs were provided in the unit. The pool was clean as were the community grills. The beach access was about 1/4 mile down the road. The general appearance of the condo building was a bit below our expectations, needing new paint, elevator updates in appearance, better laundry facilities...but we have heard a lot of things are going to be redone in the near future. I would recommend unit 212 for 2 people as a very positive stay.

Harbor Towers has great accommodations. The unit we stayed has a 2 bdrm/ 2 bthrm with full kitchen, TVs in each room, balcony doors open to view of the pool and bay, LOTS of towels, beach chairs and toys. The unit we rent also provides bikes during your stay- a GREAT addition for the short distance to beautiful Siesta Key beach. Alternately, the walk to the main beach is approx. 10-15 minutes. You can trolley to The Village that has everything you need (groceries, restaurants, shops, pubs) so you never have to leave the island. HT has tennis courts, a great pool area and sits on the peaceful bay where you can sometimes catch a glimpse of a dolphin swimming by. Note: there is no jacuzzi (main draw back). They have a smaller pool that appears to be a jacuzzi, but temp is same as pool with no jets. HT has a minimum two-week rental policy.

We stayed at H.T. in March of 2022 and 2023. The facilities there are clean, comfortable and really nice. The pool is wonderful! In 2023 we stayed in room 718. It met our needs for the month and it’s a spacious condo. The beds were comfortable for sleeping and the master bedroom is very nice. The Murphy bed with the two single beds is a good size room that needs a wardrobe to hang clothes. The 3rd bedroom needs some creative way to add an area for your things, maybe drawers in the closet or the closet reconfigured with metal shelves. This condo has great potential once the owners get all the basic essentials set, (e.g. Vacuum, additional pots, can opener…) Overall we had a wonderful stay in this condo. We stayed a month in unit 414. This condo needs a lot of updates. The carpet was in need of a cleaning or replacement. You will find no curtains on the living room window. We were told this was for the view but gave no privacy. The window treatment in the bedroom fell when opened, to be fair they replaced it the next day. The kitchen cabinets finish was pealing off and the refrigerator was rusty. We also needed to rewash many of the dishes before we could use them. Harbor Towers property is nice and the people were friendly. We stayed there last year and had a very nice unit. We do have pictures of all the problems mentioned, plus more. Again our first stay was very nice but we will not be returning to this property.

Unit 612 was very nice but the owner needs a few additions. Maybe a chair in the living room. Cushions on dining room chairs. When we got there our parking place was not available. It was a nice condo though, there was nothing like sitting on the lanai and looking at the boats go by. Harbour Towers is our go to place. Love the grounds.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at Harbor Towers. The condo has always been very clean , orderly and ready to enjoy. The staff is always avaiable to assist when needed. The property has great amenities. The intercostal waterway is great and the morning sunset is beautiful. We have signed a lease for 2024 and are looking forward to returning.4-1-23 Gib

We had a great stay in Unit 311. Harbor Towers is a short walk to Siesta Key beach and the marina is lovely on the bay side. The unit we stayed in is very nice and was well stocked with everything we needed for our month long stay.
