I had a wonderful time in the good care of Anna, who is incredibly gentle and kind. The place is great, special mention for the bathrobe, slippers and heated nursing bed!!! I can really recommend Inanna to everyone. From the greeting to the treatment to the farewell, it was simply a dream. You will receive a very warm and friendly welcome, something I haven't had in this way in a long time. Marina opened the door for us, took off our jackets and introduced herself. We were immediately offered coffee, water, tea and cookies to bridge the short waiting time. The store is beautiful and you immediately feel at home. I had my lips injected by Esra. She is a very cheerful, loving and calming person. She knows exactly what she's doing and gives you really great and honest advice. The treatment, contrary to what I knew before, was a 10/10 from start to finish. I got a great result and overall it was a very pleasantly positive experience. I can imagine having other treatments there too. I will always take the 2.5 hour drive to get to Inanna.❤️

I did a lot of research before choosing Inanna to do my laser hair removal. So far, I am very impressed with the quality of their services. It is even better than what I expected. I got amazing results with only two sessions, with much lower levels of pain compared to other lasers that I have done in the past because they use the newest generation Alma Titanium. I have been doing my appointments with Anna and Patricia and they are so nice and knowledgeable. I am planning to do laser in several more body parts with them.

I can really recommend Inanna. I've been having my axis hair lasered since November 2023. I'm light skinned and have dark body hair, which makes the hair more noticeable and I'm glad that Inanna exists. Immediately after the first treatment, the results of permanent hair removal were fantastic! Since then I have been going there regularly and booking appointments online is very convenient. You can also simply call and (re)book appointments, no problem! The salon has a pleasant and luxurious atmosphere. You feel like a goddess there. The team is incredibly kind and hospitable. My first treatment was painful, but the staff made me feel safe and secure. The result after the first treatment was fantastic, only a few hairs were visible. I go once a month now and it's getting faster and more pleasant. I had to go for waxing every two weeks. You get something to drink (water, tea, mulled wine in winter, etc.) and delicious cookies.

An amazing dermatologically focused spa. They use biologique recherche products that are such high quality. I got a facial here that was personalized just to my particular skin. My technician, Marina, was very knowledgeable and had magic hands. I left feeling amazing and glowing. She’s also a massage therapist and I felt it through her amazing touch! They have the most advanced Electrolysis machine and use it very professionally. So. I have to preface this by saying that the folks at Inanna are very nice. The place is gorgeous and very clean. I'm not someone used to beauty services or similar. They answered my questions before the treatment, during and after. They communicated with me in Fluent English and fluent German. They were kind, thoughtful and guided me through the laser hair removal treatment with care. They even treated another area for free, in order for me to see if it was a treatment I would like to pursue in the future as well. I am satisfied with everything about the service so far and will edit this review as I go for follow up treatments. Give them a chance. A massive upgrade in comparison to many of the less reputable establishments in Berlin.
