Nette, freundliche und kompetente Kosmetikerinnen. Schade ist nur (wenn man eine Kundenkartei führt), man immer gefragt wird, ob man die Behandlung kennt und schon mal im Salon war. Ich bin seit Jahren Kundin bei Adam und Eve und komme immer zufrieden nach Hause. Das Wimpernlifting klappt immer. Je nachdem in welchen Wachstumszyklus sich die Wimpern befinden, entspricht auch das Ergebnis.

Ich war zum färben meiner Wimpern und Augenbrauen dort und muss leider sagen, dass ich das Gefühl hatte das die Dame nicht allzuviel Erfahrung hatte auch wenn sie nett war. Die Augenpads unter den Augen wurden sehr Unachtsam aufgelegt was dazu führte, dass die Farbe einen deutlichen Streifen der Haut unter meinen Augen mit einfärbte welcher auch nicht mehr zu entfernen war und einige Tage lang zu sehen war. Zudem würde ich mir etwas mehr Präzision & Vorsicht wünschen beim Auftragen der farbe...

I am a convinced regular customer at Adam & Eve in AEZ. The ladies work to the highest hygiene standards, which is particularly great when it comes to manicures and pedicures. And of course the result always looks great! Conclusion: recommended!

I was a customer of Adam and Eve for 2 years, unfortunately last year I was more and more dissatisfied month after month, in October an employee seriously injured my eyebrows while plucking, so I decided to move to the beauty shop next door, that's where I was very satisfied but my husband didn't know it and gave me a voucher from Adam and Eve, I ended up with them again, with the bad luck that I was treated by someone who was still learning, the results were not good at all and it It took a lot longer than usual. Shouldn't you get a professional at such prices? Or at least ask me first if this is okay?

I enjoyed a very good spa manicure with Fabienne. Professionally, friendly and with great attention to detail, I received nails that were perfectly painted red and shaped to my liking, as well as a relaxing hand massage. Thank you for the wonderful “me time” - gladly again!

Ich war zum Waxen da, leider war es nicht sehr gut. Zum Teil wurden sehr viele Haare übersehen so das ich sehr enttäuscht da raus bin. Als ich es ansprach wurde gesagt, das ist so, beim nächsten mal würden die Haare mit entfernt werden. Dann lag ich auf Packpapier was mega ungemütlich war. Also in kleinster weise mit anderen Beauty Läden vergleichbar. Hier gehe ich nicht noch mal hin. Sehr schade.

I was very disappointed and also angry today. My employee, and the branch manager at that, wasn't in the store, even after waiting 25 minutes, but was on the way. She didn't show up and no one tried to reach her by phone. The two remaining employees were nice, but no one could decide to step in instead of a lunch break or offer me a new appointment or even a drink. Instead, I was left alone in the store with another customer. I'm actually pretty stunned. I've never experienced anything like that before... I left the branch without having accomplished anything. In this case, a star is actually not a star.
