Unfortunately I don't know where the negative reviews here come from. These are Asians in the mall, anyone who expects professional design and impeccable hygiene should start to doubt their ability to think :D I am very happy there. The structure looks good, the color is applied properly and the nails last rock solid for weeks. Never has my wish not been fulfilled or a nail damaged. If you want quality, you should go to a professional studio and pay the right price. :)

I am no longer satisfied at all. Nails are not the same length and my skin has often been injured when filing. No matter whether I go to have my nails done after 3, 4, 6 or 8 weeks, I always pay €40 and I find that very expensive. During the last visit the nails were totally messed up. In the evening there were suddenly bubbles under the nail polish, I was able to peel off the first layers just like that, underneath there was a layer that was still totally wet and sticky. Go back the next day. Apparently it was because of the matte nail polish. It was briefly filed to make it cloudier, what felt like 5 layers of new paint and it was done. The next day the same thing, 4 nails blew again. So now they have definitely lost me as a customer

I am always satisfied with the result. The staff are friendly and you don't get unnecessarily involved in a conversation if you don't want to. Advice and information about any additional costs is always given in advance! Top! The only thing that needs to be worked on is time management!

Not all the girls are good at their job. Some are good and most of them are terrible.

Great work, moving forward with new ideas, always friendly... yeah, sometimes it's not so nice when you have to wait despite having an appointment and/or a customer comes along in between. But that's the only star deduction, otherwise really great!!! Foot care is also really recommended!!!

I can only give one star to this place for taking me in without appointment. The nails look awful after one day. Maybe I am just unlucky and picked out a old nail polish (which shouldn't be at a nail salon) or maybe it is just unprofessional work. They consider this a hand massage: they put hand cream on your hands and rub it in. And they charge you for it. First and last time I went here.

Very Poor heygine, ignoring and unfriendly staff. They even did not make my nail even. No oil or cream used for pedicure. They charged 30 euro only for 5 minute scrubbing food and one layer nail polish. Even did not bother to remove dead skin, however i asked them so. The worst pedicure i have ever experienced.

Despite an appointment, one of my daughter's nails was finished within an hour!!! The staff kept going over to other guests and just leaving them sitting... then we stopped. Completely unprofessional and rude. Never again

My friend had an appointment at 12:30 p.m. and she finally got her turn at 1:40 p.m. I don't know why you even make an appointment if they don't keep it anyway. Then there's the fact that customers who came after her were taken in before her. The main thing is to make appointments first. If you make appointments, you should plan them correctly and stick to the times. This wasn't the first time that you had to wait over an hour. The result of the nails is ok, but the nails partially break off after about 1 week. She will go to another nail salon in the future.

My daughter was getting her nails done in this studio today and I thought I would end up with such ugly nails, a shame for the money. Now she's going somewhere else, never again! Not even worth the star!

The studio used to be great. Now you have to wait a long time despite having an appointment. An employee does 3 customers at the same time, then you sit there with half-finished nails and wonder if you can still get to it. I've been there three times and never got what I wanted. Although I've always chosen simpler designs.
