I've been to this store twice, every time they did not have tapioca balls available and it was not even evening. Last time I've been waiting 15 minutes in a queue just to know they don't have one of basic ingredients. Why do they advertise all bubble teas in front with tapioca bubbles if they even not have them? Pathetic level, I'll never visit it anymore.

Unfortunately the milk teas tasted very watery and the tapioca pearls were sticking together making it difficult to drink with the straws (it would also be better if they cooked them with syrup or brown sugar for more flavour). Also all cups and straws are out of plastic, so a more sustainable approach would be great too. The staff was very friendly and helpful though!

It was my first bubble tea & the best I've ever had. I wasn't entirely sure what exactly I ordered, but I was satisfied and would come back again and again!🧋

Well it's a good and clean shop and that is definitily a plus. The communication was hard so getting some special informations was a bit tricky. Im used that Taro Milk Tea is made with Soy Milk. The shops I was before told me all the time it's the traditional way with soy milk.. Happy me cause I'm lactose intolerant. I had the Taro Coconut Latte/Milk. So in my mind I was like "Okay Coconut milk is L-free, I'm save with it. NOPE.. I saw that they put ordinary mill in it... Bad for me.. But good that I saw it.. Cause it could get very bad for me I just take it, cause the communication was kinda tricky and luckily I had some pills with me. On the menu cards I couldn't find sometimg about milk alternatives.. I think I've heard something like Haymilk or So milk, but I'm not quite sure. Also it doesn't taste a lot like Taro or coconut.. I'm used to different quality for a higher price.. But for that price it was okay... I guess. My little brother was very happy with is greentea litchee bubbles, bubble tea and it tastet great.

Tasty, good price

One of the best bubble tea shops in Rostock. The staff is very friendly, but you have to say clearly what you want otherwise misunderstandings can arise. The bubble tea tastes very good, especially the tapioca pearls are always delicious

The store itself is good but when I ordered the employee apparently didn't understand me and gave me the wrong order. When I noticed this where I got it, I wanted to return it and the employee seemed to be very bothered by it and was unfriendly. At least I got my REAL bubble tea at the end.
