    We had already booked there a few times and were otherwise satisfied. Now we wanted from September 20th. - October 4th, 2017 and should pay 40 euros for it (20 euros shuttle and 20 euros parking fee) because it is from September 20th. It would supposedly be 11 days until the end of September and we would therefore be parked for 15 days. The advice that September only has 30 days was ignored on the phone and we were very rudely asked by Mr. G. to park somewhere else. Unfortunately, he didn't tell me that he had probably increased the prices in the meantime and that it would cost more from the 11th day. Conclusion: You don't treat regular customers like that and the customer is king Mr. G. The last time in May you picked us up from the airport and we were immediately "harassed" about not being in the "right" place. The same thing happened to our daughter (who we recommended your company) 3 weeks later. You should take some action from your employees, they have always been friendly and you have lost us as customers. We also have the 5 euros to park somewhere else, but to be treated kindly... After all, the vacation should start well...

    Minus 5 stars!!! Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience. 1.5 days before departure, I was sent a cancellation notice at 9 p.m. in the evening because apparently a building authority had not granted approval for a new place! So I couldn't react and look for another place until the next morning, 18 hours before departure! Premium is different! It's good that there are other providers who are just as cheap.

    So far we've been able to park there three times and everything went smoothly except for a few little things. The boss was always friendly...but now wanted to go on December 25th. Book the parking space... after 2 online inquiries and one email, no response (nothing in the spam folder either). During the phone call, the cheeky female employee told me that she had a lot to do. There shouldn't be anything so cheeky in customer service! And then it turned out that they were closed on Christmas anyway, so no one wrote me an answer, I could have waited a long time! Never again!

    Unfortunately we got a cancellation today for a flight that was supposed to take place in 7 days. The parking space was already booked in January 2020! It's better to invest 5 euros more right from the start in a more reliable provider who doesn't cancel and leave you out in the cold just because it suits you better. Last year, numerous holidaymakers also received cancellations. Do yourself a favor and invest a few euros more in another parking space and save yourself the stress shortly before the start of your trip.

    Everything worked out great. Went there early in the morning and were driven straight to the airport. Very friendly staff. When we arrived we were picked up after less than 7 minutes. We will definitely book this parking space again.

    I had a positive experience with this shuttle service. I specified my parking times online and then the confirmation email came. The owner assigned me a place to park on site, then I went to the airport (approx. 12 minutes). When I arrived I called the owner after receiving my luggage and after about 20 minutes he was there. Everything worked without any problems!

    I can't understand the negative reviews. Everything worked out great. Received an email saying we've moved. There was no rejection and everything was described very well and everything worked out really well. Very competent team and very nice drivers to talk to. Therefore full marks!!! See you in three weeks and thanks for the tip about the coffee.

    NEVER AGAIN! After the vacation our car had parking damage. The staff and the boss didn't care at all and only referred to the terms and conditions, which exclude liability. The car was parked by the staff, it is possible that the damage occurred there. But it will be difficult to prove. The driver also gossiped about other customers the entire trip. Impossible!

    I also received a rejection today because the building authority canceled approval for another parking space at short notice. It's probably just a scam. It's better to pay a little more than to be left without a parking space. All parking spaces for next Friday are from 60 euros. The one offered here is 28 euros. Just keep your hands off it!!!!

    Caution! Three weeks ago we were standing in front of the locked entrance gate with two other vehicles. Despite the number given, no one could be reached by phone. Called upon return after a week to clarify the matter. Was put down to the worst on the phone. Then the receiver slammed down on its cradle. Another attempt at conversation ended with the advice: Next time, look for another parking space! That's exactly what I'm going to do. And I can only recommend that to everyone else.
