The last time in May you picked us up from the airport and we were immediately "harassed" about not being in the "right" place. The same thing happened to our daughter (who we recommended your company) 3 weeks later. You should take some action from your employees, they have always been friendly and you have lost us as customers. We also have the 5 euros to park somewhere else, but to be treated kindly... After all, the vacation should start well...
