Amazing, I can't say anything bad about this place. Service was fantastic, the speed of receiving food was very quick. The restaurant is very clean and everyone was friendly. I had the double double animal style burger and fries, delicious. Oh and the milk shake is great! This is a staple anytime I'm in Cali, it never disappoints. My fave fast food

I've done a complete 180 u-turn on In-N-Out. Despite living in LA for 10 years, I refused to return to In-N-Out because my first experience was of bad food, then my second "I'll give them a second chance" experience also sucked. On my most recent LA visit, I went three times and the #1 Double-double combo was a banger every time. In-N-Out staff are incredible - hard working, energetic, efficient. Love them. My friends and I agree - the difference is to go to a busy location where the food is being turned over fast and will arrive fresh... otherwise your food experience might not be so great. The downside of a busy location is that it's difficult for the staff to keep on top of toilet hygiene, though I always blame the customers for that, not the businesses.

I remember loving an In-n-out burger and fries when I lived in SoCal. So I looked forward to eating here when we made a return trip. Well, the memories didn't hold up the eating the real thing. Everything was just okay.

This was my first time in California so I HAD to eat at an original In-N-Out. We left the airport and immediately stopped here! The drive thru was SOOOOOO long so we decided to dine in. The literal in and out nature of In-N-Out made for quick seating. The customer service was adequate. So happy to be able to spend time in Cali!

A great in n out overall. Had fast service and good food. Lots of people here all night. Always get the cheeseburger with extra veggies and grilled onions. Yum yum

I visited this establishment the other day with my daughter, son-in-law, and baby"GRANDS"...😆 we sat outside in the warm weather and enjoyed fresh, hot food! My cashier was happy, helpful, patient, and a delight! She was just as sweet as the Neopolitan shake she offered! Service was quick, but courteous... and they load you up on fries!😜

Love the food, but they are so busy, there are usually dirty tables that aren't cleaned. I don't mind picking up or wiping down, but make the supplies available for people to do that. In reality, people should clean up after themselves, but we know that won't happen. But the food is the best buy around.

Stop by on Thursday night for dinner. The place wasn't too busy so we decided to dine in. They took our order fairly quickly, but our food took a long time to come out. It did come out nice and hot, though. Our burgers and fries were great. The sodas had a funny taste, almost like the water used had too much chlorine or the fountain is not being cleaned properly. I love In N Out so hopefully, they can fix these small issues.

It's in n out, they are never short of friendly customer service, the facility is clean, and food is always delicious. We came to this one because of the views.

This most recent visit was on new years eve. They always seem to have a very long drive thru line, so I opted to eat inside. It was fairly busy, but there was no wait to order and I found a place to sit immediately after getting my drink. I love going to In n Out for a burger because they are consistent! If I'm super hungry I get a double-single with extra extra lettuce. As for the onions, definite yes! I like both the raw and the whole-grilled, depending on my mood.

The line was long, which is normal for In-N-Out, and they have a person at the end ready to take your order. The fries were good, not soggy like some places, but they added way too much salt to my Double Double, and I had to throw it away after a couple of bites. I didn't realize I would have to tell them light or no salt at all. I normally go to the one on Bellflower and South, which I have never had a problem with. If you love over salted burgers, then enjoy, but for me, I didn't like having to drink as much 7Up as possible after each bite to get the taste out my mouth. Ended up wasting about $7 since the burger was the only thing I didn't eat.
