Jesus was absolutely amazing! He did a great job and make sure that we enjoyed this from the beginning to the end.. thank you Jesus ! The other lady that I don’t know her name was very nice and kind she was also professional and was helping around and working together with him I’m glad That we spent dinner here tonight Kaylyn was very nice … helpful and friendly…. We had an absolute pleasant dinner on Sunday at this Applebee’s. Our waitress was Alexis, and I highly recommend her. She was friendly and super quick with our order. We did the 2 for $27 meal which was perfect. We also ordered the special $5 Tipsy Leprechaun drinks, and despite everyone who says they felt the drinks were “diluted” I personally thought ours were delicious. We wanted to try the Pot of Gold drinks, but they ran out of the pina colada mix!

Got the 2 for 25 deal. I ordered the chicken lime plate bf got the burger combo. Burger was good chicken was delicious the rice that came with the chicken was probably some of the worst I have had. Tasted so much like boxed rice a roni took one bite and that was it. House margarita was good and a decent price overall not bad. Considering I don’t eat at chain restaurants it was alright. I’d definitely go back for happy hour for the appetizer and drink deals but that’s about it. Service was good.

Very crowded it takes 30 minutes to be seated .and it's cramped up it seems like. Food is ok not as good as other restaurants. The spinach cream appetizer was served like it has been reheated in microwave several times..

We made an El Torito detour to try this particular Applebee's out. Good choice food & service was good. 😋👍

I’ve been here a few times and the one thing they are consistent with is over cooking their steaks and salmon. Overall this is a great spot for apps and drinks, but that’s about it. Food: 5/10 I usually just come here for the apps and the 2/$25-30 deal. The apps are usually pretty good but the last time we went the wings came out cold. Our steaks came out medium, medium well and well done when we asked for medium rare on all three. They asked for two of the steaks to be redone and they came out medium and medium-well with barely any pink. I ended up not eating but my kids were able to. They did take one of the 2/$30 deals off as compensation, and I didn’t ask them to and I wasn’t expecting them to, so it was appreciated that they did so. Service: 9/10 The server and everyone else was super nice and everyone has great work ethic. I hated even having to ask to send my food back, but the steaks were just too over cooked. They were nice about it, but when they messed up the second time and I cut the steak in half to show them, I was told that it was in fact medium rare because they checked the temperature before bringing it to the table. I didn’t want to argue because I knew the server was busy and I just told her I simply didn’t want it. Ambiance: 10/10 Lots of seating, nice and clean environment. Typical Applebees decor and set up. Since I live by here I do enjoy coming by a few times a year, just definitely never getting steak or salmon here.

False advertising for food promotions, long wait time, out of the front staff only one person seemed interested in doing their job, the rest gossiped in front of customers or were walking around avoiding customers until their coworkers were ready to continue gossiping. Food was mediocre & the pricing is ok. Not personally my choice to visit but there were others at the location so others may enjoy & have a different experience than the one I had. The place was by no means at full house or even packed. It was maybe a little more or less busy than half its dining space.

My husband and I have visited this restaurant numerous times in the past couple of years. The food and service has always been good. But tonight when we entered the restaurant, the first thing we noticed was trash all over the floor. At 7:00 in the evening, the air conditioning was on which made the restaurant very cold. We noticed that a certain attitude was obvious among the servers. The atmosphere had changed from what we noticed from a year ago when we visited the restaurant. The presentation of the food was fine, but both my husband and my food was salty. "Runners" didn't know where to deliver the food. Something changed in the management of the restaurant. By the time we left the restaurant, we were shivering from the air conditioning. When my husband and I came home, we didn't feel well. Both of us had upset stomachs.

The food was ok. Didn't expect great food , but what really killed it for me , was the service. Our waitress did a horrible job. She was never around. We kept asking for service from other waitresses but they couldn't help, they just kept trying to look for the one who was suppose to help us. If you don't want to work , then don't. You just make yourself look bad and the restaurant.

Currently obsessed with the bourbon chicken and shrimp. This location has a smaller bar area but with many tables, causing it to feel crowded and a bit overstimulating during sports games. But happy overall with my experience.

I came for happy hour. Soon as I walk in there is only 1 party of 4, I'm next party of 2. The young Girl at the front and guy with the glasses Need more training. We were told the Bar is open seating. 1 booth was available and one table was open. I walked to sit at the booth and was told, I can't sit here. I walked back to the waiting area at the front door. While I wait, the young employee hostesses began to offer to take a family picture for them rather then seating customers waiting to be seated tables were clean. We waited for10 minutes I asked to speak with the manager once the manager walks up the young lady seated the party of 4 at the booth I originally sat. Instead of seating us by the Bar section for the Happy hour she seated us on the right side window next to the bar. Food came before our Margareta, beer and patron shot. I do appreciate the manager honoring the Happy hour even though we weren't at the Bar.

My daughters and I went to Applebee's-Signal Hill in May for an early Mother's Day Lunch. First off...our waitress whose name is PAIGE ..was awesome! Very friendly, fast, helpful and very knowledgeable. We ordered Nachos, Chicken Wonton Tacos and the Fiesta Chicken. Our food was done in a timely manner...and may I say..very delicious 😋 We had tea, Shark Drink and another drink..I can't remember..but were really good too! So I just wanted thank Paige again for the great, friendly service...for checking on us to make sure we were good. Hope we run into you again on our next visit! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Food was amazing. Rack of ribs are so tasty. Chicken Alfredo was so creamy and rich. Service was great. My wife and I both got disentary, although we believe it was due to the ice in our drinks. Next time we will order our drinks without ice, and you should too. We will definitely come back though.

The Saint Patrick's Day drunks were very delicious. The flavors were unique and refreshing. I particularly liked the gold one which reminded me of a Pina Colada. So good.

The times I've been there, we always get great service... staff is friendly... happy hour prices are nice... doesn't seem to be that busy... don't get me wrong... it gets packed sometimes, but they never seem overwhelmed... they got it under control...

I've always stayed away from this place,don't know why, 2 for 25 peaked my interest. My woman and I split a salad, spinach artichoke dip,and 2 8ounce sirloin steaks. Wow,what a deal and really good steak, I never say that, would love bread, but I loved it!

Came out for Veterans day and got one of their TINY steaks. It was good though....I was impressed with the Cook of the meat. It was Perfect Red/Pink in the middle. Drinks were ok......very standard. Service was good.

It's Applebee's you know what your getting, service here is great. Attended a Zeta Phi Beta fundraiser pancake breakfast for their Amicae. Nice of Applebee's to give back to the community allowing this early morning fundraiser. Just for that, like the terminator - I'll be back!😉

Ambiance: There's not much to say about it. It looks like all the others. Decor is strategic with tons of big screen tvs. Service: For it to be a Thursday night and fairly slow, the service was also pretty slow to begin with. Seemed a bit short staffed though, so I give grace. Food: I haven't been to an Applebee's in years, and I didn't miss anything. The meal was average, I was not a fan of the spinach dip. It had a weird aftertaste. The boneless wings seemed like they were a bit dry (even with sauce), but I really liked the quesadilla, mozz sticks, and chips and salsa. Had to switch out my Shirley temple for something else wasn't good.

We were seated fairly quickly for 2 people. The service was good. The food was also good. I had the artichoke spinach dip for an appetizer and chicken and broccoli alfredo for my main course. Just needed a little salt and pepper.

We go to this location fairly often it is usually great. The staff is friendly and the food is good. The only issue that have had on a regular basis, is the table tablets. I understand they're for convenience. But even servers say they are not used often. As many may have guessed.....the games button is the problem. Someone at the table accidentally presses it...most of the time a child and the table it automatically charged $1.99. My son has done it and even though he doesn't play the games, they cannot reverse the charge. That I understand. But there have been several occasions tonight included where the tablet is at the wrong table and someone else pushes it and it gets automatically charged to our table. We were refunded for it via cash payout because they can't reverse the charge. They'd have to run a whole new bill. Just make sure you look at your receipt because this is a notorious issue with all table tablet at restaurants.

Great service from the bartender that night. Manager Veronica even came by and said hi. Place is awesome for their happy hour and the promos they run. Will definitely be back.

I'm being generous with the stars because the place food was not that good but the service was good. It was a birthday meal with me and my birthday twin (a friend who shares the same birthday you do) and it so happened that something was wrong with my food but the manager came and spoke with me apologized sincerely and I was able to get something else. My only complaint is the food its main dish is seasoned with sauce or whatever which taste good (I got a burger the 1st time ribs the 2nd) but the sides weren't seasoned I had loaded Mac & cheese and it was awful I also had green beans that I think was supposed to be garlic flavor but it looked like they were taken from the fridge and served to me. Again service great bathroom was decent although I did have to wash NOT wipe off the seat before using it. The restaurant atmosphere was great server Corey was awesome! I'd still recommend the place just make sure to add salt and pepper or any other of your favorite seasoning to the food first

Delicious!!! 🤤Got the 2 for $25 and the 2 for $30 (we were being greedy that day)🤷🏿‍♀️. The bourbon chicken and shrimp was MVP 🏆 that day but the key lime chicken came in close 2nd🥈. Also, i wanted a blended margarita🍹. They had no problem mixing the flavors for me to have a strawberry mango 🍓🥭margarita 🤤

Our server was quick and friendly. She keep the drinks coming as well as the wings and fries in the current all you can eat special. Applebees always has great specials and a great happy hour! The current special was all you can eat wings and endless fries for $12.99

Well-run location. Interesting views on Signal Hill where you can still watch working oil pumps across the street.

I ordered the Cajun Street chicken and shrimp with a Cesar salad. There was no Cajun spice or flavor to dish. The garlic mash potatoes had no garlic flavor and was the size of a kiddie scoop of ice cream. The salad tasted like it was dressed in watered down mayo. The only good thing was the peach iced tea and the mozzarella sticks!

Okay I'm a avid happy hour person at Applebees. But this on in particular is my favorite. The staff and environment is great. But the food is prepared with Love here I've been to other ones and didn't quite like the food. Would definitely recommend you check this out in Lakewood CA Tell them Jackson sent you.

The half price appetizers are hard to beat and everything was good. The honey pepper wing flavor is cracked pepper not chili pepper so keep that in mind. Completely forgot to take pictures but that's probably because of the $4 Coronas. They could have cleaned around the table a little more there was some trash spread around but the surface of the table was fine

Our waitress was so sweet. The drinks were delicious. The food was very, very good. Has the Burbon Street chicken and shrimp. Loved it all.

Yummy, yummy is all I can say. Our waitress was so nice she stayed after her schedule shift to finish waiting on her customers. She was such a sweetheart. The food was good and the drink were delicious. Delicious is an understatement. They were the bomb. Yummy!
