The receptionist asked us to wait 10 min due to “capacity “ and later changed her mind that all Priority Pass holders are not welcomed at the moment, they will only allow business class passengers into the lounge. They could have put it up at the door and not wasted anyone’s time waiting and later rejected (we were over 10 people in early afternoon, not even lunch hours). Shame on the owner and operator for not staffing the lounge properly. The staff looked stressed and could vent their frustration on the guests openly without any repercussion.

The worst airport lounge I've been. Dirty, too many out of service (coffee, beer, some toilet). Even the airport area outside the lounge is much cleaner.

A receptionist seemed to be rather disgusted when she saw that somebody came in. When we said that we have lounge access from REVOLUT, she informed us that they’re not accepting Revolut cards not even trying to solve this “problem”. When we finally got a chance to show her the code she was not pleasant. Offhandedly, she only said "thank you" at the very end when she have us back our passports and boarding passes. The lounge was dirty and there were not many clean tables to sit at (see attached photos) which didn’t change for a long time. The food was meagre and not very tasty, and the coffee (from the coffee machine) was cold (how is it even possible!?!?!?! 🤣). One customer had to pick up a dirty plate left by someone else to have a chance to sit at the table.... NOT AT THIS PRICE. It’s better to go to any restaurant in Arlanda than to pay so much for poor quality service.

This may be the most shocking lounge I've ever been to. Absolutely filthy, plates and cutlery left on tables and there seemed to be one poor lady trying to manage the entire lounge herself. Not a very big selection of food and no hot food, the salami and cheese was the best looking option over the salads. Flies are buzzing around the coffee machine and it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a long time. I avoided most things and left out of genuine concern of getting ill. Highly recommend closing this lounge down and renewing it.

Staff is not very friendly. May be tired from work but at least should smile for a customer. Food is not tasty and very few varieties.

The food looks quite mixed up with vegetarian or non-vegetarian. The taste of salat is good. It doesn’t look inviting at all and is not worth paying. Eurowings should consider a different lounge. The service is quite poor with refilling as well as cleaning the tables.

Based on the google reviews I was visiting this lounge with the expectation to get my worse lounge experience of my whole life. Unfortunately my expectations were not met at all. The staff at the counter was super friendly, there was a good choice of fresh and tasty food (salads, meat balls, etc) and there were two sorts of beer at tap (including Pilsner and IPA) and other hot and cold drinks. The lounge was also kept clean and comfortable. Either I was just lucky or otherwise I do not understand why so many people complain. THANKS to the staff of pearl lounge!

Minimal food or drink options. Only tap wine as an alcoholic option - beer taps not working. Coffee machine not working. Only cold food options with bread, meat slices, and a few dips and salad. Cramped small space with barely any comfortable seat options available. Only 1 toilet cubicle per gender that was not cleaned. Poor choice for Oneworld to make this their Arlanda T5 lounge
