Speaking as a French guy who works at a 4 Stars Hôtel, the place is good, the room is very good for the price, everything is clean and looks modern. The place is quiet but need more shops arround. I didn't get the chance to try the service, so it's gonna be 4 stars unfortunately. If I come in this area again, I'll definitely go here.

Very kind hospitality & located in a calm place. Good for business visits in Laguna. This hotel is strategically located in south Forbes & is easily commutable from industrial area. Has a Japanese restaurant at the ground floor. A very well maintained garden & ample parking place. Very green in the surrounding area. This hotel also provides shuttle service every hour for guests who likes to visit Nuvali for restaurants & shopping.

I recently stayed at Microtel by Wyndham South Forbes and overall, I had a positive experience. The hotel's location is very convenient if you're attending a wedding at St. Benedict Parish Church or Alta Veranda De Tibig since it's just a few minutes' drive away. Additionally, I appreciated that the water in the hotel is refillable via the water dispenser located on the same level as our room. The TV channels were good, and both the shower and sink tap water had heaters. The breakfast food was delicious, although there were fewer options compared to the hotel's Baguio branch. Parking is also available, which is a great convenience for guests with cars. However, there are a few things that I think the hotel could improve on. Firstly, I had booked for four people, but they only prepared toiletries for two. We had to request extra toiletries, but even then, I had to ask for extra facial tissue separately, which was not brought along with the toiletries. Additionally, upon entering the room, we noticed that the light in front of the door was not working properly. When we asked the staff who brought the toiletries, he said they couldn't fix it as the maintenance staff were not available, and they could only come and check tomorrow. Another issue was that the lady at the breakfast restaurant wasn't very friendly and had a bit of an attitude. Lastly, on the second day of our stay, the housekeeping staff did a turnover, but they didn't refill the toilet paper and facial tissue in the bathroom. Despite these few things that need improvement, I still had a good stay at Microtel by Wyndham South Forbes. The good location, refillable water, delicious breakfast, and available parking were definite highlights of my stay. The hotel has comfortable rooms and nice amenities, which made for a pleasant stay overall. I would recommend this hotel to others, especially those attending a wedding in the area.

This is a nice hotel to stay in. They have a Japanese restaurant where they serve authentic Japanese food. Coffee Bean, a Spa and The Marketplace (grocery) are all within walking distance. Staff are very friendly and greets you everytime they see you. During our stay, water was very weak which entails longer showers which is the only reason why I rate the rooms a 3-star. Overall, a pleasant budget friendly hotel.

Their WIFI is ultimately poor! I could have properly liked the place considering we paid 4,500 for one night and their WIFI couldn't connect decently? My Data is much faster and reliable! How can I continue my online schooling if you had this kind of internet? I don't feel it's enough to be rated 4? by TripAdvisor, you won't go to a place when you pay double for internet! 😠

Good service and location. Generally quiet but avoid the rooms with connecting doors. Sound and conversation travels easily and can disturb. Avoid the rooms near the elevators also. Ingress and egress of guests can be noisy.

Room sizes, beds and bathrooms are good. However, the lobby, corridors and even rooms smell like smoke. It seems the management tolerates foreign tourists who smoke anywhere. If you can't take the smell of cigarette smoke - stay away from here. What really made everything bad was the food quality that was served during breakfast. Food tastes like it was reheated, and the scrambled eggs look like the "mush" served in "Orange is the New Black" - that's prison food if you don't watch the TV show. The only reason this got 2 stars is because of hotel service - as expected, since Filipinos are good in hospitality.

Safety wise during this pandemic - we were the only customers there for lunch. They did have protocols in place and hand sanitizers, however, there were flies. The food made up for the utilitarian decor and furniture. The bento boxes were really good and filling. Each portion a delight. If not for the flies and canteen like ambiance-- the food would get a 4.5 rating. All in all with the flavor and price- worth the trip.

Nice rooms, nice service. You have to use wifi vouchers to use the wifi but I was given more than enough vouchers when I checked in. The towel rack in my washroom was partially broken and the toothpaste provided by the hotel was useless. Other than that the stay was great.

The location is very good, since it has a quiet environment, hotel is clean, well kept and near Nuvali and Tagayatay. The rates per day are very reasonable as well. Highly recommended!

the rooms are clean, the staff are friendly and, the whole hotel is quiet (maybe because there are only few guests at the time of our visit) what i didn't like about our stay was the part where our door keeps on being inaccessible due to technical concerns and, we have to call for help twice during out whole stay
