Horrible experience very unacceptable behaviour from all the staffs including doctors. We waited for almost 3 hours to get our cabin in wating hall with no ac. My mom was admitted for almost 4 days masi was also assigned who was useless they just wanted money and ask for food n tea We were given cabin in 4th floor and we weren't allowed to use lift. so everytime I have to take stares. And Billing process takes 1 hour for no reason.

My recent visit to this hospital left me utterly dismayed and deeply dissatisfied. I cannot emphasize enough how crucial it is for patients to feel cared for and respected during their time of vulnerability, but sadly, that was far from the reality here. The behavior of the staff was shockingly unprofessional and disrespectful. From the moment I arrived, I was met with indifference and rudeness. Instead of offering a reassuring presence, they seemed disinterested in my concerns and symptoms. It was disheartening to be treated with such callousness during a time when compassion is most needed. Moreover, the exorbitant cost of medicine at this hospital was simply outrageous. It's appalling that the hospital would prioritize profits over the well-being of patients. Being already burdened with health issues, the last thing one needs is the additional stress of dealing with financial strain due to overpriced medications. This experience has left a lasting impact on me and my family, and I sincerely hope that management takes these criticisms seriously. Patients deserve to be treated with empathy, kindness, and receive reasonably priced medical care. Until significant improvements are made in both staff behavior and medical cost transparency, I cannot recommend this hospital to anyone seeking quality healthcare. I

Unorganized services and rude behavior of receptionist...they hanging me for 2 weeks for Dr. G B Das appointment but at last they didn't manage and I delay for 2 weeks for my treatment....unfortunately I moved to another doctor for treatment

I give him one star but this one Star is also not deserving so bad manner of staff and hospital doctors are always going out of station i think doctor are not taken any responsibility so I suggest to all my friends and family and those who thininkg to visit this hospital please don't visit this hospital so bed all staff specially doctor n those who seting in front desk( receptionist) not good manners they only need money 🤑🤑💰 👎👎👎👎👎

This is a good nursing home with very good Mother and Baby care facility. Liked the place.

While it's Been long since I have reviewed a place. But, Yes! New Ramkishan seva sadan , these was the place I rush to for 4 days continuously for mother's treatment. The Doctor that operated my mother set up everything thing for us "the Cabin". I have if I were not given the Cabin would had to many difficulties. As you come to the recipientist those people are all ill headed . Dose not behave in the manner they should . They keep making people running for simple thing. Be it the blood test nurse and the receptionist they can make your tampere to up any second . About the service you get full care under supervision of the Aunties they work there have to pay 500 daily for the service. If you have your patient mate don't ask for the Aunties for there service as by that you will save extra penny for medecine .

Good behave from staffs, nurse, guards, matrons (mashi) and doctors too. visited here when my wife admitted during her derivery for baby from 10-13th may , and god gives us our first baby boy, thanks to god. During her pregnancy We have appointment with Dr. Vinayak Sir several time refered by Dr. Mallika madam and we appreciate of his valuable advice and thanks to him. We also acknowledge of Thanks to OT Attending Dr.P.B.Roy and i shall never forget the surprise with him. specially Thanks to NICU staff and specialist dr. Nabin sir. Finally we thanks Dr. Mallika madam for referring here such a good atmosphere And all credit for this beatifull atmosphere goes to Dr.G.B.Das.

Very unprofessional and rude receptionist. The hospital should replace her to save their name from getting tarnished as most of the people visit hospitals after looking at the Google reviews.

Hospital is average but we are little disappointed because the transparency between Dr and patient party is not there .it’s true that to understand the medical terms are not easy task for layman and the common peoples but again they need to explain the issue in simplest way because their simple answer may give us huge satisfaction . Receptionist and staffs are degrading your hospital standards Mainly , C2- ward nurses . Hello, Anyone to whom , self - respect bothers must not visit this hospital for a distressing conflict As I read , many comments about the staffs and nurses and thier ill rated services . I'm not amused, that the head authority of the hospital hasn't reviewed the feedback given Gosh , I visited this hospital today for my sister labour . Since , the doctor Veenita only visits this hospital . We had no other choice thn to go in here I realised how inappropriate, rude and unprofessional the staff nurses are in respond to patient families vocabulary while talking I understand , they must get frustrated in thier day to day life , delving with different background patience parties but afterall it's thier duty I couldn't tolerate . It made me infruiated , so I fought back . They be literally putting stress on patients and thier loved ones , during the time of our vulnerability. ,instead of councelling us they are rude I don't want others to suffer thier actions . I can just emphasize for the poor one's. How would they handle these atrocities Change has to take incline , If we educated people remain silence leaving them only a feedback . Nothing will change . Resilience must take place The authority must take some appropriate action against the C2 ward receptionist and few other staffs of it

Worst hospital with extremely unprofessional employees.They don't even care about their patients; they only care about their time. We have to wait for more than 5 hours for a doctor to arrive, and those in severe pain will not be accommodated. We hoped it would happen sometime, but after three visits, the same problem remained: their worst hospital. I will never ever recommend this useless hospital to anyone, so I finally changed doctors, and the hospital facilities were 1000 times better than at Ramakrishna.

Very unprofessional, delayed services and they are being found to work foul. Grievances not responded for more than 5 months administration team is certainly pathetic.

Worst receptionist and they just keep the patients waiting, They just take the charges for testing and keep the patients waiting through out the day..........most importantly no Idea weather the doctor is available or not and the receptionist keeps us wating
