    Hello,Very worst experience at GD hotel siliguri.i booked my room on 4th may 2022 manually by direct visiting at counter.we were given 2nd floor 110 room.There is no wifi coverage at 2nd floor ,only in ground floor wifi is available. Ac is dropping water constantly. I informed the reception many times. They did not do anything..there is no intercom in the room.Worst experience ever.dont book this hotel.

    Worst Hotel, Don't book this Hotel ever. The whole Hotel was dirty and unorganised. Staffs are awful they drank at night created a havoc chaos along with some other guests. Everyone was fighting and disturbed our sleep,then police came and stopped the chaos. Intercoms dont work,washrooms are unclean,worst staff behavior. Never book the hotel.

    It was a horrible experience for us. As we entered the room it was very dirty, not cleaned, lots of hair all over. There was no staff to help out for luggage. Even late night guests knocked at our room after 12am and disturbed our sleep. The phone was not working, it's for show even the cupboard was broken. It's was total unhygienic for my baby. I was very upset and waiting for morning to check out. There is no restaurant. The renovation is going on, hope they could make it better with experienced staff then.

    Unclean rooms and washrooms. No clean bed was provided Saw spots all over the bedsheets.Found illegal activities during night.Dont go with Family.

    It was a horrible experience, as we entered the hotel it was not cleaned, lots of hair here and there. Phone was not working and we need to go down stairs for any requirement. There was no staff to help for luggages. Late night guests knocked ur room after 12am,this happend as there was no staff. Treebo should take care of this.

    If you're gonna be arriving at NJP, this hotel is very nice. It is simple and has all the basic amenities. The staff is very welcoming, polite and always happy to help. Had a great stay :). Thanks guys :)

    Worst horrible experience.Dont ever book this hotel.Only photos are lucrative.Staff was not experienced, no Wi-Fi, ☎ was only for showcase.It was not working at all.They didn't provide breakfast which was mentioned while booking.Every time you will have to go down for anything no staff will be available.Spyder were roaming on bed. Believe me never book this worst hotel.You can get best hotel in same price.

    Excellent Service, Cozy Rooms, Hygienic ,well behaved staffs . Amenities— Value for money . Overall a relax stay. Highly recommended to who are looking for a budget hotel near New Jalpaiguri Station .
