Not at all it is SUNDAR. No geyser facilities, some cctv cameras are not active right now, one can easily peep through the key holes of the door directly to the bed, flush is not functioning (as of now), one fire extinguisher has expired (don't know about the others), food can be ordered well in advance, sounds of running rats can be experienced, mosquito repellent is not at all working. Just forced to check in at around 01:00 am. Will leave after 7 hours.

Good for a small time stay.. Not for family.. And specially not for a night stay

Very bad place do not plan to stay here ,not hygiene,rooms are not good you can find better place with their price and also behaviour is rude

Just stayed for 2 hours enroute to Darjeeling to freshen up. One full stuffy and dirty room was given for which they took 500 bucks. Not a decent hotel for stay.

Very nice behaviour of staff. And the rooms are also very convincing for everyone.

Moderate quality hotel in reasonable price which is situated in just behind the hotel heritage (opposite of Siliguri Junction Road)

My experience is too bed on this hotel. Room are not clean properly. Maintenance is too bed. Not stay at night. Clothes are not waste regularly. Bed smelting in Room. Totally not good condition for stay here. Wrost experience in my life.

In this hotel, for non AC room, first they said Rs 800, then for stay they said Rs 800 more because the check out of the room was only till 12 o'clock... and I checked in at 6 in the morning and the hotel owner said hi. Asking for huge money, and he is very rude... please don't come here with your family.

Worst Experience! Will suggest not to go to this hotel..
