Northwest Health Urgent Care - Siloam Springs

Urgent care center

😠 I wish this could be scored lower in order for it to reflect on the aggregate. My wife and daughter went to seek care (05/08/23), and the lobby was empty and completely quiet. No one at the desk. They waited 10 minutes before calling back through the window. A woman stuck her head around the corner... People often mention care, time, room, told, nice, doctor,

I wish this could be scored lower in order for it to reflect on the aggregate. My wife and daughter went to seek care (05/08/23), and the lobby was empty and completely quiet. No one at the desk. They waited 10 minutes before calling back through the window. A woman stuck her head around the corner and called back, "We don't have a provider today." Why were the doors even open? Why wasn't there a sign indicating such? The electronic sign outside the building, the main door, the lobby door, the window of the reception desk? Unfortunately, there are many people who don't know that Urgent Care facilities are not for life critical issues and arrive with time sensitive medical conditions. If this were the case, it could have been a life and death situation. They need to do better.

Once back in exam room it was amazing. I would have given 5 stars except for gal up front who lacks in customer service skills. Also never put your coworkers down in front of patients it doesn’t give confidence to patients. I’ve worked in a clinic 25 years and it’s gals like her that have patients looking for another Dr because of not wanting to deal with the front. Again once In the exam room everything was fast and efficient. I felt I was in good hands with the MA and Brittany FBP.

I was told I needed an appointment as they were only taking appointments for the next two weeks. I was told to hold on and they would see when the next appointment was to get in. Then the clerk said 10 I expected 10 days she had such a beautiful smile I just said ok she said 10 minutes I can get you in. Thank you for getting me an appointment so soon I’m already starting to feel some better. So glad I waited instead of saying maybe I’ll go somewhere else. Perfect place to go if you don’t feel good Thank You All So Much.

It was my first time coming here and it was a nice and easy experience. The receptionist was super nice and helpful, the nurse that saw me was very kind and the doctor that treated me was very quick and efficient. I definitely recommend them

I didn't wait a long time. The workers were nice and kind. The DR there was very nice and listened to what I had to say. I was in and out in good time. Thank you.

In less then 10 minutes from the time we walked in the door we were taken into the back to wait for the doctor. It was only one or 2 minutes later the doctor entered. All the staff, including the doctor, were polite and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised with the service all around.

I got my foot stepped on by a horse. We thought it might be broken. We decided to give the urgent care a try rather than a lengthy ER wait. All the staff was incredibly nice. PA Sam Simpson was great. My only complaint is that they don't have xray equipment so I had to go to the hospital after all.

Very prompt and professional response from all the staff. Was able to get in and out with prescription in under 2 hours. The only downside is I would have liked the doctor to confirm my suspicions about the reason I had to go.

I have been going to this clinic since it opened several years ago. Jennifer Smith PRN, has been very accommodating, friendly, extremely helpful with my needs. Any situation that I have encountered medically she has given me, guidance and direction than most doctors that I know. I drive from far east Springdale to Siloam Springs because of the aforementioned. If you are looking for someone that will take care of your needs, and be empathetic and passionate/compassionate, I would highly recommend you coming to this particular clinic. Thank you Jennifer Smith and your team for taking care of me more than you will ever know……

This place is a joke. I have tried several different times to give them a chance but have never been truly helped here. Just wasting my money. I recently went for a rash and was treated very poorly by the Dr. He acted like he was disgusted with me and talked down on me. He would talk over me and would not let me finish my sentences. He never fully looked at my rash before giving me a diagnosis all in about 5 mins of being in the room. I had to go to another Dr at a different clinic in order to get relief and they told me his diagnosis was completely wrong. I will not be going to this place again. Don’t waste your time and money.

In and out in under an hour. I was very pleased with how fast the test results came back. Got my little girl some antibiotics and feeling better quickly! Everyone was very sweet to her and the NP was very informative and answered all of my questions.

My husband hurt his shoulder late afternoon on Friday and we visited Urgent Care instead of the emerbency room because we thought we could get the same level of care without the wait. The receptionist, nurse and doctor were friendly and got us checked in quickly. The dr ordered xrays but they couldn't do them there, they had to be done at the hospital. Had we known an urgent care facility couldn't do an xray we would've just gone to the emergency room. The dr told us to expect a call from her as soon as she got the results of the xrays. This all happened on Friday and we didn't hear from them until Tuesday. My husband called them twice asking about the results and was told the hospital hadn't sent the results. This is unacceptable. If his bone was broken, waiting on a xray for 3/4 days could hinder recovery. We ended up going to our primary care dr and asked him to get the xray, which he did with just a phone call. My advice to anyone needing "urgent" care is to go to the emergency room if you have anything more than a cold.

I made an appointment on line but not sure it helped. Get me in sooner. There was a line of sick people ahead of me and one person working the window, so I didn't know what to do but wait. Once I did get in, it was quick and easy.

I called as a follow up to my visit on Saturday. I thought I had a UTI (again) but quick test was negative. Now I’m waiting on results of a culture. My issue today is the fact I have debilitating diarrhea. I’m afraid to even leave the house to go to the Urgent Care. I was hoping for some advice over the phone but was simply told I could come in as a walk in this afternoon. Needless to say, I didn’t make it there today.

3/5. Needed the blood under my fingernail drained from where I smashed it. I was charged for the visit and they couldn’t do anything about it. Save your time and get a drill bit from Lowe’s. Staff was nice.

Most likely never going to go back. First time I went I had a viral and bacterial infection, they sent me back saying I was fine. Three days later I went back because I was worse, they then decided I was sick and prescribed me medicine. However they still charged me ~$100 for the first visit when they decided I was “fine”. Flash forward to three days ago, my whole family has bronchitis, including me, but they decide I have a viral infection. I swear this place is like rolling the dice
