Need to improvements Silvassa VBCH hospital staff behaviour never proper talking with patients and service is very very slow I am coming in vbch mrng 9:30 Am and right now time is 2:31 pm but still till now not complete my checkup very care less work doing on hospital doctor and staff boths. I am the local person on this city and i regularly watched very Disappointed for behaviour of hospitals Staff. Hospital Staff behave just like we all are animals not a humans it's a very critical issues. It's not a only my observations all people are observed. I request to hospital management to take the action on immediately. It's not a good Image of our VBCH Hospital Silvassa.

My mom was admitted to the hospital entire experience right from admission till discharge was really heart warming. The entire staff of the hospital was very much caring and cooperative. The infrastructure is also good. The hospital is very neat and clean. My sincere thanks to the entire team of Family care hospital.🙏

Staffs have very bad behaviour. They don't know manners. Doctors have no attention towards patients. They are doing formality. They don't share the the test reports. Better to go private hospitals.

Worst doctors and staff. Earlier (back in 2010) the hospital, staff, facilities and everything was good. But now, it's horrible. I don't know whether hospital pay less to their staff or asks them to work overtime or both, because hospital staff behavior is horrible now (2022). I mean seriously, they have no sense of talking. And if you reply them back with the same attitude, they will make sure that you won't get any treatment from the hospital or any other nearby hospitals anymore. They talk so harshly like they got a permit from God to insult people (especially poor people and older people). I wanted to add a lot of things here in my comments, but instead of that, I would like to ask all the fortunate readers here "We live in India, where Ayurveda exists from centuries, but still these new MBBS doctors oppose it so badly. Why? Don't tell me it's bad, because your medicines are made of what? Plastic? No right? Its herbs. So why opposing Ayurveda that much?" (I am not any kind of doctor btw, I am just a citizen). Those who have guts to answer, I would appreciate them here. Thank you. Anyways, Apologies but I don't have any respect for this hospital anymore.

Hospital facilities are good... doctors are nice...bt as some of the persons above said abut the staff.. including sisters there..they are very arrogant and rude...they should learn manners first... patients go there for curing his or her health...not to listen their rude behaviour...and of the famous dailogue they said' madam sarkari hospital hai waisa hi kam hoga...

It's world class hospital provided by GOVT of India for the people of DNH & DD. The hospital is under the administration of the Ministry of Health directly. It has all the advance machines and equipment and experienced doctors how are available 24×7 . They are also expanding the Hospital to treat more number of patients in future.

Very rude behavior of supporting staff. Security guard is talking with abuse and has ready to slap with person who is with admit patient. If it is not bad as per vinoba bhave then nothing to say. But we would like to share our opinion that poor person has not money but he keep respect and a Watchman has no any rights to disrespect him. This incident happened on dated 26.04.23- 11:23 PM

It is a very useless hospital, neither the staff here have the ability to talk nor the doctor is not even checked the patient properly, only the doctor keeps completing the formality, keeps passing the time. Very bad service

I visited it multiple times, The hospital is very nice, if you are in silvassa for treatment you don't need to visit private hospitals.

Very bad staff, they don't know the way of taking to patients, infact doctor is doing partialities, they see gujrati and local people early, and do waiting for other states people. Very bad government hospital, doesn't care about their patients health.

I'm share my own experience today I will come from my home for meet my my wife she is dilivered baby last night And there is no one my family mamber my wife urjent need sanatory napkin and tea- biskit . But there is security women Pooja Singh she is not allowed me to give my wife nessesary requirment. But in ward there is 3 visitor men he is come to meet there patient how she is allowed them. Outsife of hospital I met with with one person he told me if I'm give some rupees then she will alow me to come inside. That means security person take money for allow . This is very shameful .

Orthopedic Doctor bohot badtameezi se baat karta hai. I won't suggest this hospital for long distance patients. Pls don't go there it will be wastage of ur valuable time.

Very well maintained for a government hospital & care is many folds better compared to other hospital in Silvassa.

Treatment and Facilities are good. I was having ACL Tear in my right leg. Dr. Raghvendra conducted Surgery and it was Perfectly done. Thanks to Dr. Raghvendra and his team. Special Thanks to Dr. Alpesh for his personally guiding me. All the Sisters and Nurses are helping in nature. Whenever they are called they always come to help with a smile. Semi Deluxe and Deluxe rooms are also good.

Excellent hospital, helpful staff , always take care of patients. Number one Cleanliness.good food providing to patients in enough amount ,on proper time. Special thanks to orthopaedic department Dr.raghuvenra thede sir,Dr.vijay sir,Dr.Iqubal sir.
