Worst hospital ever.... Bad way to talking with patients who are waiting... Not a systematic way to call patients.. I never seen Dr... Shouting on patient.. But jalaram Dr... Doing this with patients.. Dr must polite or patienceful... If I have option 1 star i use it..

Not at all suggested.. Please don't go to the gynec there very pathetic service doesn't know what to say and what not.. And above all doesn't know how to treat a patient.. Worst place don't visit while pregnancy saw the reviews today not suggested at all..

Front desk staff are not as professionals & knowledgeable, as I experienced few times, very poor skilled staff. Before sometime i visited hospital in EMERGENCY for my mother, but staff never handled patient and whenever I asked for doctor, they were responding like that we have already informed to doctor, doctor is coming, doctor is busy, etc, etc. After 10mins, I aked with some anger then one of them replied that whole hospital staff is busy with a patient(pregnent patient) and no one had informed to the doctor till that time, and they informed me that you have to come in hospital timing.

If only it had option of giving zero stars, man the gynaecologist... Her name is bhavana..she is soo rude and she literally have no manners how to talk to her patients... I just went to her for like one time and I already felt so insecure about my body.. She literally bodyshamed me for nothing. To be honest she doesn't know how to mind her own business. She literally makes you feel like you're ugly and you're nothing... And pls if you're planning to go to her pls don't. Just because she has a doctorate that doesn't give her a right to just bodyshame anyone that's just not right.... Well the other doctor is good he actually knows how to talk to his patients. I guess that woman needs to take some from her brother cause she clearly forgot to learn some basic ethics from her parents. And she may have got a good education or degree but she has no manners.. I guess she forget to learn that... Man her thinking is so cheap omg just never go to her for your own benefit.

Gynecologist Dr. Bhavana Patel does not see any patient properly, just after seeing a little, immediately prescribes medicine and if patient asks what is the problem Does not tell properly. if someone goes to your place by paying this much fee, then understand the question of the patient and explain it Otherwise government and your private clinic will be of no difference and the patient expects from you that after paying so much fee she gets good quality...

Doesn't provide Any Facilities for emergency cases. They refuse to check in emergency even if the case was under their guidance.

Polite staff, careful treatment. Dr. Bhavna Patel Mam is a good doctor. She gives massive positive approach to patient.

Doctor and staff were irresponsible, 70year patients is waiting for discharge almost for 2hours but nursing staff told doctor was not recieving the call so I can't allow to leave.

I would like to share my experience the hospital is good but coming to the management,staff people each and every member of the hospital is worst they even ignore the patient sometimes except the cleaner over there she was very polite. Talking about the doctor even she did not came on time to look after an emergency patient when she(Dr) was upstairs looking for sonography which can be stopped at the moment or for while .....sooo didn't like the hospital over all... I don't want to give a single star also but I have tooo ....to post the review

Very very bad experience.... Neither the doctor talk politely nor the staff.. all the staff members are rude and they don't know how to talk to a patient or to anyone. The billing facility is the worst in the world of computarised bills they provide only hand written bill which is very bad experience as now a days everyone applies for mediclaim such bills don't provide fruitful evidence. Really very bad experience going here.

Very bad facility of billing and reception staff is also not cooperating properly with patients at the time of billing. They provide hand-made bills without any stamp & signature which is not applicable in any medi-claim facility. They also not have shoe stand.. I lost my shoes there. Really very bad facility!!
