    I am extremely happy with my experience working with the staff at Fenton Silver Spring. They were courteous and for a first time renter extremely helpful and timely with answering my plethora of questions that I constantly sent over. I had the pleasure of working with Tisa to lease my apartment and she made the process all the way from my initial contact to signing the lease quick and simple. The space itself is amazing and modern. I love the apartment and it looks just like it does on the website. Overall the community seems friendly and I am glad to call Fenton Silver Spring my home for the foreseeable future.

    I called and tried to inquire about a two bedroom. First of all I went down in person and asked the end of August and was told to call back mid September. I called back mid September and no one answered the phone. I called back the beginning of October and the lady that answered the phone Sue was very rude. I will be going to corporate about how rude she was to me over the phone

    Actually, we look 2 bed & 2 bath Apartment with Wash & Dryer in unit for my this weekend. After I entered your lobby are, there was no one in the frontdesk, I saw only 1 woman in the leasing office who also saw me. After I stood for 2-3 minutes, she did not appear to move to greet the guests present, so I had to go into her office. She answered my questions while busy with her cellphone, without the friendly greeting and smile before. Because I have worked in hotels for many years, of course, with the style and behavior of the staff in the front office acting like that, guests will feel tired and deterred to come back to your place. We recommend that property owners and management need to know about things like this.

    They have the worst concierge staff. During business hours their concierge staff is suitable, but duringnights and weekends, every man for himself. They're rude, constantly out of their seats, and uncaring about the residents. They only show respect to the residents they know will put up positive ratings on their website. So, it's clear good help is hard to find, or they aren't paying their staff enough. Because currently the quality of their staff is awful!! They're constantly out of their seats, they're unkind, and uncaring. If you want safety, this is not the place to live!!

    Fenton apartment staff is beyond rude they will disrespect you for asking them to do they job I mean don’t ever get locked out your home after hours maintenance will disrespect you and have an attitude. Like it’s after hrs but it’s still your job this is still a business people here pay to live here and yet have to be disrespected by staff it’s crazy whoever is his boss really need to make sure they hire ppl who can at least respect the residents who pay to live here he mad for doin his job I don’t get it it’s life things happen people get locked out he told well I’m playing games it’s my fault I have to wait till the football game go off he said 2hrs before he can let me and my children in our home

    I am a new resident, and I am so grateful to be a part of this community! The Fenton Apartment staff are incredible, namely Kendall and Tisa!! The work they do for the community is admirable! I appreciate their communication, warmth, and openness, which has made my living experience so far pleasing! When I have questions or concerns, they can address those concerns and support me. In addition, the apartment building is modern and spotless! The living spaces are beautiful and look true to the pictures on the website. In terms of maintenance issues, Victor, a part of the maintenance crew, is also easily accessible and quick to respond when needing help with any problems or assistance. I must say I was looking at other apartments in this area, but so happy with my decision! Being a part of this community is one of the many highlights I enjoy in the Silver Spring area!

    Fenton Silver Spring is a great place to call home. The property manager (Tisa Wilson) was very professional and accommodating; She assisted me with my entire move in process. I love everything about my new apartment home. Plus, I’m within walking distance to some great stores!

    The management team at Fenton Silver Spring were great to work with. Very friendly. Ms Lisa has the most pleasant voice when you call and she’s even nicer in person. The property manager Ms Tisa was excellent. She was very responsive, available when I had questions which made my process easy. I would definitely recommend this place. It’s beautiful, clean, affordable. Everything is right at your door step. Fine dining, groceries, entertainment, etc. Very satisfied!

    LIKE OMG! This apartment community exemplify the true meaning of customer service. We visits several apartment communities in the downtown Silver Spring area, but no one could touch the customer service we receive from Tisa, the manager. Very poise and politely when communicating with you. It's really hard to find that when you're looking for a place to call home. I would tell anyone that's looking for a place to live, check them out, before going to others apartment communities. I wish all apartment communities take note of this is how customer service looks! Tisa, you ROCK, and I pray your boss knows that they have a diamond! Thank you for all your time helping us with our application.

    I met Ms. Tisa Wilson when I went to apply for an apt. She greeted me with a pleasant smile and asked, if she could help me with anything? She helped assist me with working on my application. After I was approved to move into my beautiful apt, I asked her if she know any moving companies and she responded, I can help you with with that, and she did. She referred me to Montgomery Movers and said that they were very reasonable and would work with me. I spoke with them and they moved me into my beautiful apartment on June 10th and they did a great job. I was so happy that I had met the community manager and I thanked her time and time again. The community manager is always on time. When posting the residents rent, which is very important. She brings us our Newsletters to keep us updated on all important info. and changes within our Community including updates on the COVID-19 and reminds all residents to wear our masks at all times when outside of our apartments. To wash our hands often and keep a distance from one another. In our Newsletters she refers to us as Valued Residents and reminds us to be safe and well because she cares about all of us. It is nice to know, that we have a loving and caring person with a kind heart for a community manager. Thank You, Julia Dixon
