I had a blast here. Prior to my experience here I never had been to Habaci that made this experience that more meaningful to me. They chef cooked the food right in front of us while doing tricks to keep us entertained. On top of all that the food was delicious. I highly recommend this place for people's first times. The price was every bit worth it.

Fun spot in downtown Silver Spring for a hibachi dinner. If you’re a small party of two you might have to end up waiting until there’s enough people (8 total) to show up in order for you to be seated. If you don’t care for the hibachi show then you can just be seated at the other tables. The hibachi seats are limited, so it helps to make reservations if you have a party of 6 or more. The one downside is that because there are limited hibachi seats, we did feel a bit rushed to eat because they’re trying to clear the area to seat the next party. They placed down boxes for leftovers and the check about 10 minutes into our actual meal (basically to tell you to hurry up and leave). We ordered three appetizers and they all turned out really well. The main hibachi entree were also quite tasty and the portions are beyond generous. A good spot to go for dinner before catching a movie at Ellsworth. Great location for a date night and for strolling around after dinner.

I went with my friend and the food and hibachi experience was great! You get so much delicious food at a great price! I got the pick 2 of shrimp and chicken for $26 and it includes noodles, rice and veggies. It was so good and the service/atmosphere was so bright and lively! Can't wait to go back next time I visit my friend!

Good was great! Sat at the hibachi table and the show was great. Ordered steak and chicken and it was on point. My kid was entertained. Food: very good. Ordered medium well steak and it came out medium well. Comes with grilled vegetables, shrimp, fried rice and noodles. Kid friendly: they gave my kid a balloon hat, they had booster seats, and they had something I could put my baby carseat on. Gratuity is included in the bill. 18% I would come back again for the next special occasion :)

The food was delicious place clean. Portion was good amount. Between appetizer , I couldn’t finished my dinner. All of us took food back home. Good place to eat hibachi. It’s 30 minutes drives from downtown DC to Maryland. There is a parking garage next to it. There are retails stores and entertainment in the strip.

Happy hour is great, but sushi lovers may still want something off the regular menu! Fried calamari + kamalaze (without cream cheese) + Alaska roll Drink - Asian dragon berry No Thursday special anymore btw

Service is friendly but not attentive, food and drinks are also just ok. They do not offer gluten free dishes. There was enough food for couple of meals, we all had doggie bags.

Good sushi went for the 1st time on V-Day the Super duper sushi and spicy tuna roll was great not too keen on the to go entrees has no flavor went again last Wednesday still the to go entrees no flavor I'll stick with the sushi... Maria the bartender is the greatest

Celebrated my daughter’s birthday here yesterday and the service was outstanding. The Hibachi cook was very entertaining and paid close attention to my daughter’s allergy precautions. He made sure to separate her food from the seafood, and all of the food was fresh and truly delicious.😋 The servers were so attentive and caring. The absolute best service we have experienced in a long time! It was exceptionally clean in the restaurant and the ambience is nice. At the end of dinner they song happy birthday to my daughter, and helped to bring an eventful day to a beautiful close. Thank you Masa Hibachi 💝 ✊🏾🙏🏾

This is the best hibachi experience I've ever had. I live in Atlanta but am from DC. The food was seasoned to perfection (I had scallops and steak). They serve rice and noodles and our chef was very entertaining.

Great place to have fun and good food as well. Chefs are very entertaining while preparing food. Hibachi entree is quite big so you definitely will not leave this place hungry.

The hibachi dinner was delicious and portion sizes are generous. Couldn’t finish the meal and had to bring the remaining food home. The waitstaff were all friendly and on top of things. If going with a group for the hibachi on the weekends, be sure to make a reservation as there is limited seating and high demand.

Took my daughter and her 2 friends here for my daughter’s 10th birthday and the hibachi service was a hit! Portions are huge so next time we’ll have the kids share an order bec between the soup, salad, rice and the main course they could not finish half of their dinner. We all took food home and it was still yummy heated up the next day. Fun experience- next time my husband and I will come back by ourselves for happy hour and try the sushi and cocktails!

Visited this location twice. Each time we were greeted by polite and smiling hostess. Atmosphere is clean and quiet. Food is made to order and the show while waiting for the food is very entertaining and fun. Food was as expected my son loves it so we'll probably be back. Can't go wrong in downtown silver spring a plus is free garage parking on weekends.

Great sushi! Waiter was patient with us. Was a little bit noisy because there were two people were celebrating their birthdays but I’m definitely going back

Every one was so nice! Great service! First time I had Saki squirted in my mouth by a knife wielding chef! it was fun and delicious!!

A fun date night spot! We weren’t there for happy hour but it looked like a good deal M-F until 6:30. We really recommend the gyoza appetizer and sushi. My husband got a sake bomb for the first time and the waiter “presented” it in true fashion - it was a fun experience!

Went here for the hibachi for my husband’s birthday. They have all day happy hour on Sundays which is appealing! The atmosphere is great. The hibachi was delicious; part of the enjoyment is also watching the chef cook right in front of you. They are sure to entertain as they are doing so! Service was good, everyone was very kind and helpful. Wouldn’t recommend the chicken for hibachi as it was a bit dry and salty, but all of the other meats and seafood are delicious! Would especially recommend the shrimp!! Overall great experience, hope to come back soon.

We love this place for sushi and the staff is wonderful. Sushi is amazing and very well done. Get the pink lady roll!
