    This has been my go-to pet spot since I moved to this side of town. Great for variety and lower prices. My issue is today’s customer service. If you have a line of 5+ people waiting to check out and you’re sending an employee on break let customers know so they can get into a different line. That’s standard. As the woman behind me and myself are stating that that’s not great customer service at all as we have both now lost our spots in line, a woman I’m assuming is supposed to be in charge walks up and curtly states “she’s going on her break.” Well, obviously. As she should. But don’t inconvenience your customers. I then listened to this woman be just as rude to an elderly woman who had misplaced a receipt and was clearly trying to find it for the rude associate. Look, if you hate working there then leave. Otherwise, fix your attitude. Apologize for the inconvenience and adjust your procedure to let customers know when a lane is closing. It really isn’t hard. A small issue that could have been remedied with “we’re sorry about that, we’ll work on it.” The lady I’m assuming is a manager had blondish hair, maybe early 30’s. No name tag.

    I will never buy fish from petsmart again… second time I’ve gotten fish here and they’ve all died the same day. Spent over $100 in this store on Glofish/NeonTetras just to have every single fish die one by one on the same day. They sale sick fish and mind you, this tank was properly cycled for several week’s before I added fish. Do better?

    Yesterday we took our golden doodle Max for a grooming at this location. It was his first time there. We just want to say thank you to JENN who groomed our dog. She did a outstanding job on Max. We highly recommend her . His hair cut was perfect, just the way we asked.

    Nice place I go there sometimes to get my dog toys and treats and at times get prescription dog food when Chewy shipment is late.

    Horrible!!! All of the reptiles are sick and dying. They do not feed the beardies the proper food, they are housed together and are clearly sick. The bugs you are supposed to buy to feed your reptiles are dead, rotten and have Nats in the container. The fish tanks have literally 100 dead fish at the bottom of the tank. I cant help but wonder how many pets here die a day... It's heartbreaking!!

    Jeremy went above and beyond to assist and make sure that my experience was the best I will always be a return customer because of his service he turned my day around and I would always recommend his store just because he’s such a great manager thank you for helping me !!

    The cashier was really nice but it seems to me I. Every single PetSmart I go into there is one cashier open and a huge freaking line and it takes you like 30 min just to check out. I don't understand this. Is the cashier the only person who works in the store?!!! It's very frustrating standing in line for ever just waiting to. Check out. This happens in every PetSmart every single time I go in there?!!

    Literally wish I could give this place 0 stars. Horrible customer service and 0 inventory If you are a reptile or amphibian owner anyways. I understand that not having inventory happens and I’m aware that this isn’t the employees fault, but this is the 5th time I’ve tried to get crickets and they have had none even after I have called to check if they have any. If your pets rely on crickets to eat you are better off going to petco.

    If you need your dog's nails trimmed, its better to do a walk-in for $12. It's best to go when the store opens or a little bit after opening. I was there for a very short time.

    If you have a poodle, I highly recommend Annette! She did a marvelous job grooming our super energetic 8 month old miniature poodle! Our pup went from being a bear to a lady!

    I LUV their dog food Authority, and so do my 3 Cocker Spaniels. I attempted to buy Costco for less than a month and will never attempt to change it again since my dog's stomach is still healing months later.

    Well, unfortunately, it was a sad visit. My wife and I had to let a family member go and r went there. Their staff was professional and courteous and made us feel comfortable.

    We took our dogs to see Sam W for baths and nail trimming. They loved it! They came home clean and happy, and they smell good too. I will schedule with her again.

    If I could I would have give them 0 ⭐️ stars I have been coming to this location since they open either to buy food , toys , training my pets etc , today I brought my little girls to buy a fish since they ask for it as a birthday present . Nobody around the store until I ask a very nice lady (Ann I think it was her name). She told me that she was going to sent somebody to help us pick the fish for my girls. Troy arrived we were excited , he didn’t look happy at all since he arrived , mad when I ask a question He said that he did not wanted to repeat it 11 times , very rude , I felt very uncomfortable and make my family and my girls uncomfortable as well , it was very easy to broke my girls heart ❤️ my 3 year old and my 4 year old we left without their present and even without my dog food Thank you TROY for breaking my little girls heart and no we don’t want a frog or a snail. Very racist , never going back I would rather drive farther where they treat my family right.

    Went to pick up a restraint for my clients dog. There weren't any in her size. She met another dachshund there, she explored the store enthusiastically, and seemed relaxed as we wandered around. The store was clean and the aisles were clearly marked for what was there.

    Amazing experience today and the cashier Ann was great. She was super sweet, knew how to be kind when I need to exchange 5 dog foods my dog didn’t like. No questions, told me to go pick out the ones I wanted! That’s great customer service! You can see how much I go there for dog stuff by my phone number. Thank you for having a great staff!
