If you are looking for a place to enjoy a variety of Asian cuisines, Pop Up Kitchen in Silverdale is the perfect spot. Pop Up Kitchen is a unique concept that features different stalls offering dishes from Japan, Korea, Hawaii, and more. You can order from any stall and mix and match your favorites, or try something new every time. I visited Pop Up Kitchen recently and was impressed by the quality and flavor of the food. I ordered the katsu curry from the Japanese stall, the korean fried chicken from the Korean stall, and the boba tea from the drink stall. The katsu curry was crispy and tender, with a rich and spicy sauce. The korean fried chicken was juicy and crunchy, with a sweet and tangy glaze. The boba tea was refreshing and creamy, with chewy tapioca pearls. Everything was delicious and satisfying, and the portions were generous. The service was also friendly and fast, and the atmosphere was cozy and casual. The staff were helpful and attentive, and the food was ready in no time. The restaurant was clean and spacious, and the decor was colorful and modern. I enjoyed the music and the vibe of the place, and I felt very welcome and comfortable. Pop Up Kitchen is a great place to go with friends, family, or even by yourself. You can find something for everyone, and you can have a lot of fun exploring the different options. Pop Up Kitchen is one of my favorite restaurants in Silverdale, and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves Asian food or wants to try something different. Pop Up Kitchen is a gem in Kitsap, and I can’t wait to go back and try more dishes1234

This place is great. Multiple menus, and tons of seating. Food is fresh and tasty. Can't wait to come back and try more. We tried the kimbap, honey Korean fried chicken, and the tonkatsu curry bowl this go-round with 0 regrets. The way this place is set up, you have so many different food options. You also have direct access to Peter's Kitchen next door.

Three different restaurants in one, like a food court, but classy and the food is authenticly delightful! I had the spicy pork bibimbap and my husband had the torikatsu rice bowl. There so many foods to choose from! And peters kitchen looks authentic Hawaiian food, that's what we are trying next time. Very yummy place to eat!

Great selection of high quality Korean, Japanese and Hawaiian food. Fun concept of being able to order from any of the Kitchens and eat in an elevated food court. Love it!

Update December 2023. This place has definitely been killing it. Menu has expanded alot and the food is really really good! Been here 20+ times since its opened. Adding 1 stars to make it 4. Best Asian food on the peninsula I think curry and all noodle dishes are a little bland. Bao addition is great ..................................... I wanted soooo bad for this place to be a homerun like peters kitchen, but here is my Korean wife and my honest breakdown: Atmosphere: 10/10 inviting and tons of seating. It is cool that there are 3 separate ordering locations. Cons- very confusing when you first enter. Signs directing customers are almost non existant....the place was empty and I was still super confused where to order. It's still in soft opening phase, but I really hope they add music. A restraunt without good catchy music brings a whole different vibe, and invites people to relax and enjoy their stay. Food: This is where the loss of stars happened. Great extensive menus, so I chose the Korean staples. Korean fried chicken: taste was bland. Heat level was perfect. I got spicy flavor, and it was a 5.2/10 . It really needs some soy sauce or garlic to amp up the flavor. Tteokbokki: Somthing was just off 3/10. Possibly the gochujang was too thin, and had a sour taste, additionally, I ordered spicy and it was mild at best. Yubu Chobap: 10/10 delicious. Spicy salmon and tuna was delicious and filling. For only $3 this was a great deal. Boba: in a world where endless boba customization, and wild creations rain Supreme, I felt a little underwhelmed by the menu. I would have really loved to see a coffee or chocolate option. Boba 6.5/10 *I ate takeout during a soft opening, and will definitely return to try other dishes and adjust my score once the restraunt is in full swing.

I have a severe amount of love for Peter's because of the quality food seemingly out of place in Silverdale. This Pop Up Kitchen location was a welcome addition to try different things from different restaurants in a small space. The concept is similar to Asian street markets and Hawker stalls we know and love. The problem is that this felt clunky. If I order at one location, why can't I order a beverage? When I get a number tag from one location, why do I get another number tag if I try another spot only to be left with three number tags after trying one of everything? Why can't I eat food at Peter's that's on the menu simply because it's on the menu in the Pop Up Kitchen? I tried the noodle place with the chicken/egg over rice and it wasn't anything special. Like something I could make at home, but it wasn't worth the price attached. The rolls were good from Appa but the entire experience was just weird. I'll leave 4 stars because I have high hopes that they will sort through the mess and readjust later.

First, I wanna say congrats to Peter for this new spot. Wow! Such a cool food spot. It's connected to Peter's kitchen. It's crazy too because theirs three different registers. One for boba, one for the rice and Japanese pasta foods, and another for the fried chicken and other food choices. I couldn't even choice. I ended up getting tonkotsu curry with omelet rice, girlfriend got gimbop and honey wings. Damn! Soooo yummy. Can't wait to come back cause I know what I'm getting next :)

Tried the panko pork rice bowl, panko chicken with curry and straganoff with beef. My group played it safe..or so we thought. Having had Korean food in major cities there was an expectation which was not met. Taste was good but pricey for JUST protein and rice. Recommend vegetables and sauce come with your rice bowl dishes. I will come again since soups and other dishes that went by our table looked great and there is so much to choose from....nice atmosphere and service.

I've only been twice so far, but have really enjoyed it both times. There are so many new items to try and the different restaurants sharing the space are all fast and accommodating. I'm picky and the staff have been so kind when I have to ask for an ingredient to be excluded. I know what a pain that is to deal with and always appreciate when restaurants will go the extra mile to accommodate my requests. The atmosphere is fun and casual, and the pricing is really reasonable too (especially for food of such high quality).

It was my first time to visit this restaurant, and it was amazing experience. Food was tasty and flavory. I personally like they have tons of food options and dessert options as well. I definitely visit here again, and so excited to try other dishes soon!
