Kitsap Mall location - The staff is extremely helpful. I feel like this store isn't given a steady supply of new inventory. Fortunately, on my last two visits I left this store happy, with bags in hands.

Hannah the new manager is amazing! I have been coming to this location for about 5 years. The previous manager was not. Shout out to Kayla she stuck with me and helped order the right sizes to my house. About 800$ before discounts later. I could not of had a better experience!

The Manager lied to me and said it was the exact same bra online as it was in the store. Due to their no cancellation I am out the money am stuck with an order I dont want. Plus an extra wasted trip to return a bra I didnt even want. Your Managers need to be more honest with people. Very unhappy customer

I spent about $300 and found very little choices in my size. I ended up buying some leggings but when I got home they were the wrong size. The problem is that the leggings were completely wrapped and unopened, and both the packaging and the hanger said size 4, so it was a complete disappointment when they were a size smaller than that. I live about 60 miles away from the store so I called them to see if I could get another pair but they couldn't accommodate me, and said that I would have to drive all the way back. That's $50 for the leggings and $40 in gas, no thanks!

I used to send a lot of $$ in this store. But the last couple of times I have been in there the choices in sizes have been really limited, and not the best quality. Maybe it is because it is in between seasons... but online seems to be where the better shopping is right now.

The staff at the store is friendly and helpful. However the products leave much to be desired. (I have to run to the bathroom to take my Torrid bra off to rehook the straps that constantly come undone, tightening or loosening doesn't help, pinching the hooks closed helped with some but just made the hooks poke holes in the loops others.) Customer Service has not been helpful (I emailed to ask if it could be a defect and all they did was say "you can return products if they meet these requirements," all of which they don't meet which they would have known had they actually read my email.) I'm cancelling my card because I won't buy bras there anymore and all the shirts I've liked there recently have been $40+ and when I check the tag they're 100% polyester (which is hot and holds the sweat smell.) I've had no issues with the store staff though.

Sales associates were helpful from the time I walked in until I left. Let me know what I needed to know regarding my torrid cash. Walked out with a pretty wine colored cartagin. Super happy about the service I receive every time I drop in.

Best place to go to if your plus size and have sensory issues with specific fabrics and movement in clothing! Amazing prices and deals! Always friendly people working there! 10/10 recommend.

Staff goes above and beyond to ensure guests are comfortable and are helped any way needed. I have always felt welcomed. My go to store!

Usually my fave place to shop. A really ridiculous issue has not fully resolved for me to Give them 5 stars but it only involves 1 staff person. Several of the girls are super genuine sweet ladies that have great customer service and people skills. I also visited the North Park mall location in Dallas, TX and received great customer service as well. Kudos Torrid! I absolutely love the clothes!
