This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been too. Mobile orders are wrong literally every time you order. When you email them all they say is “We love the feedback and will pass it on to the location, but here’s a free bowl”… just for them to get the free bowl wrong too. Nothing changes. Time after time it’s wrong. Last night we ordered kid meals. The lid came covered in beans as if someone spilt beans all over. The 1st bowl was with carnitas, but I don’t know what meat I received. Also ordered light sour cream, but it was smothered in it. I also ordered no beans and of course I got beans. The second one was supposed to have queso, and I guess we forgot to add that. I know places are short staffed but this has happened at this location since before COVID. This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been too.

1hr30min wait for my online order. I sat patiently waiting for our food to be made in order, but was not. People who complained got there food first. Yet I wait my turn as I watch people come and go from the not online line. Finally ours was being made, I noticed that they skipped putting meat on my tacos and I said something but got ignored. Received our food an hour and a half after it was supposed to be done with no meat on my tacos. Went back and said you did not put any meat on my order he said stop yelling at me (as I was speaking over the 20 something people mad behind me) he refused to remake my food and a coworker handed me a container with some meat in it and he said yell there you go. This is outrageous to wait that long without complaining to be treated like a problem because my food was made wrong and very late. Tried to get a refund through the online service with no luck.

I waited 1 hour and 45 min for my to go order when walk in customers were only waiting 25-35 mins. No staff help. I asked if I could cancel the online order and go through the line instead and they couldn’t help with that. Tried canceling online and that wouldn’t go through either. So they wanted me to pay twice just to get my food in an acceptable time frame. & to top it off the orders were wrong and served to us using the aluminum lid as a bowl and tin foil on top (see pic) HORRIBLE experience. Order was supposed to have cheese guac sour cream lettuce salsa and it was rice beans and chicken.

They were out of numerous things including guacamole so opted for a burrito instead of salad bowl. It was so runny that my tortilla disintegrated. About 1/2 a cup of liquid in my foil. Took a half and hour to get to the front of the line for a very disappointing meal. Staff was nice so I gave it 1 star. In their defense and to be fair they said they were short staffed. I think I prefer Taco Time!

Been here twice and both times they’ve been out of all meats. First time waited about 25 mins and second time almost 45. I was over waiting with a 3 year old for the chicken at dinner time so opted to just go for what was done and that was steak. Was given half a scoop of steak, assuming to make it last longer for the line out the door. When I mentioned something the employee rolled her eyes and put maybe 3 pieces more, but my best guess is 10 pieces of meat in the whole burrito. 3 year old got a kids quesadilla with 3 sides of rice. Not a single side was full and attached is picture of the sorry excuse of a quesadilla. Getting out of there spending $20 for two barely-there meals and a side of guac (with a half full container at that) is absurd. Some chipotles are great, some absolutely suck. This one is beyond terrible.

I'm floored at the incompetence of the Silverdale, WA location! The service has been getting worse and worse. I was in line the other day and the cashier could not accept cash as payment, not because of a new policy, but because he was not willing to perform simple math! The food is dismal at best and is not on par with other Chipotle locations. Half the time orders can't be made online, and when they can, the order is incomplete. For example, I ordered a chicken burrito online and found it to be mostly rice and cheese with a few bits of chicken. I'll not be ordering from this location again.

The wait. Be prepared for the wait if you come here. They had one guy working the entire food line while 6 other people cooked and did online orders. Seems online orders are more important. Stood in line for 30 min and moved halfway (where the picture was taken). 7 total employees visible and only one on the line with the customer line reaching the door. Crazy.

I’m not really sure what’s going on inside here. But there is usually only one person working the line, you can expect to wait 20 minutes at a minimum. The food is usually super empty and no one working the grill. It’s all younger people working here and I get it, I wouldn’t want to work fast food either, but you have to at least try to pretend you care. The only reason this place is still open is because there isn’t another location around. You’d think corporate would come in here and fix things or shut it down. I wonder who owns this place because they must not live around here. I actually feel bad for the employees here. I’d looks elsewhere for lunch

Food poisoning. That's what we both have after eating here last night. I can't say I'm surprised. The food containers behind the counter were a complete mess. The food was cold even though we ate in, immediately after it was prepared. The cashier handled our food without washing her hands. Every table was filthy. The floor was filthy. The restrooms, filthy. The trash overflowing. The condiment station, a total mess. I ended up with an ice cube with some kind of debris that was frozen into it. The kids working seemed to be busy in the kitchen but it isn't like the place was slammed. So somebody isn't doing something right. It shouldn't take nine employees to serve five people and leave the dining area a total disaster the entire time. We both woke up in the middle of the night very sick. Classic food poisoning symptoms. That's the only place we ate at yesterday. I'm not surprised. When the front of the house is such a disaster, you know the back has to be even more disgusting. Most of the employees looked unkempt. Young men with very long hair that wasn't tied back...it was just hanging down over the food. The ladies took slightly better care. It doesn't look like any kind of food safety training has been done or followed.

Management here is the worst I have ever encountered! I was outside waiting along with 15 other customers, and after them being 15 minutes late to open, I knocked on the glass and she came to the door! I asked why they weren’t open and she said we don’t have any food prepared. I said did you think to maybe let the customers waiting know that! She shrugged her shoulders and never offered an apology or explanation. I asked if she was the manager and she said she was, and I said can you please tell everyone why you aren’t open and she just said we’re not ready. A military customer asked how much longer and she said I have no idea. Zero customer service! This place needs to hire another manager ASAP as all of us in line turned and walked away and went to neighboring restaurants.

We took some students to The Trail after a field trip yesterday, and the students came with cash. But apparently THIS store requires exact change? So if a student didn't have the exact amount, the store was literally going to steal the remainder (or at least the coin part of it!) What???!!! How do you even balance the til at the end of the day??? "Oh look, we're $17 over today because we short-changed all of our cash-paying customers! Pocket the difference!" How is this even legal?! We no longer have a coin shortage, people. This is just irresponsible business practice. It's dishonest. And it's thievery. Even corner lemonade stands tend to have this figured out. I ended up paying for my students, and they will pay me back. You DID make MY chaperoning responsibility easier, though, so thank you-- the vast majority of our students and other chaperones saw this note and chose to eat at other establishments. With 70+ students eating, you got 4. And one adult--me. And I had no choice. Trust me, even though I was paying via card, on principle alone i would have visited another establishment. I will not likely return. Put on your big kid pants and go to the bank and fill your register with the appropriate amount of change! It's not that difficult to ask for a roll of quarters, dimes, nickels, or pennies, or a stack of ones--You have to go to the bank anyway! Every other business seems to manage it; figure out how to use your words and run your business appropriately! I'll be reporting this the the BBB as well. These notes didn't seem like they were posted yesterday. And, judging from the long lists of posts about similar Chipotle practices all over the country online, this seems like a top-down business policy. How tacky. TLDR: The food was fine, the but business practices of Chipotle left a pretty foul taste in my mouth!

After living in HI for a few years I was definitely looking forward to getting my hands on a Chipotle Sofritas burrito. I got one but sad to say this location needs some work. The food was less than fresh. The sofritas mix was dry and looked old. The grilled vegetables were empty. The line was a dirty mess! It should be wiped down in between each order made but I had to ask for it to be wiped down before my order was touched. And the employee who did wipe it down truly didn’t look like he knew what he was doing. They were accommodating when I said there was a food allergy and they made sure to use clean utensils and change out their gloves. Management really needs to pay attention to the cleaning of this location! For the amount of employees behind the line; there should not have been the dirty tables and empty ice machine either.

How the heck is a Chipotle in a very busy location like the trails this horrible? Lady assembling food was very nice, but clearly wasn't trained at all. Watched her roll several burritos for people in front of my, all with everything fallling out of them. Despite wanting a burrito I knew there was no way you could eat that without making a huge mess so I went for the bowl. Everything on the line looked like it had been there way too long, griddle in kitchen area was disgusting looking, everything was a huge mess. Was hungry so decided to ignore all that. Food sucked, got the new guajillo steak and it was all chewy and fatty, rice had zero flavor, everything was bland as heck. Definitely won't be back to this location. They need to fire everyone, close for a few weeks, clean the place top to bottom, and start over.

Every time we've come, this Chipotle is in disarray. They've always been out of something (veggies, lettuce, chips, napkins). The self-serve drink/utensil area is dirty and in need of attention. Their trash outside is regularly overflowing. If they weren't the only Chipotle in our area, we'd definitely never go. Oh, also, they consistently close early.

My first time at a Chipotle restaurant. I wasn't sure what to expect. After eating there, I must say I'm less than impressed. The food was ok, tasted fine, but not anything special. I did appreciate the clearly posted calorie information. The chips were the best thing I had. I got them with a "salad," if salads include rice as an ingredient. If so, that's news to me.

This is one of the worst Chipotle locations I've been too. Consistently, time and time again, during peak meal service, they are without 3-4 of their main course meat items, rice, or beans. One of these times, they literally didn't have all of them available. Items being prepared were prioritized for online order table when the in-person line was extended past the entrance. This isn't a single occurrence either, but has happened 10-15 times over the past year. This is the only Chipotle in my area and is sad because when food is available, it's good. I do not order online as the proportions of food is a lot less (40-50%) than in-person. The manager who was on-site also did not want to take accountability or responsibility for poor planning and execution. They would not come forward to talk to me when I wanted to discuss the problem but one of the younger employees just laughed. Sad state of affairs for this location, but I won't be coming back.

Leaving this bad review hoping that something will be done. The good: most of the employees are friendly and my orders are always accurate. They employ a man with a disability which is great! The bad: the place is always a mess (I get it, they are probably short staffed and making food is more important than wiping tables), the hours are incredibly inconsistent. I'll try and place an online order and it won't go through, im assuming because they closed several hours early (like tonight). This is a pretty normal occurrence here, so a few times ago I decided to call and see if they were open before making the drive...but you don't get to speak to anyone, just listen to a recording. One time I went in and ate on location, and wanted chips with my order. The lady looked me dead in the eye and said they didn't have chips....as I'm looking at the literal rows of chips behind her. She said they were for online orders only (what??) So, I placed an online order for just chips and got them. I wish they would figure it out, that area gets so much business, you'd think they would want some.

My sister asks for more barbacoa in her kid’s meal, and the girl says she needs to pay extra for that. Thank you for always giving us the bits and pieces when the meat is obviously empty, and not filling it up to the top! The customer service here sucks, but I know there’s a couple workers that actually give people their money’s worth. Quit being stingy.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I've waited almost an hour for my mobile order with TWO items in it. App said 15 minutes to completion. This is unacceptable. People in line have been getting in and out faster! This is pathetic, don't waste your time.

Some dislike the factory-assembly-line-like preparation, but that is an ignorant perspective. Their real prep happens way before they open, and all day. Chipotle has created a highly refined process with great recipes and top ingredients for their speed and price. This specific store is consistently excellent.

Food was good - like any typical Chipotle. Service was a little slow. Seemed like it may be a training thing, young girls who worked there were very kind but a bit slow. Nobody was available to check on/clean the tables. Maybe because it was a bit busy? I feel like if the workers were a little faster then they could have spared someone to clean the tables at least every so often. Forks we’re low as well.

Hello to whom it may concern. I visited this nice restaurant last night, I was shocked to see most of the employees with extra long hair, no hair-nets cutting meat, pots n pans dirty. The employees were nice & pleasant, but the dirty atmosphere, condiments area messy. I'll skip this place.

Great place. Definitely not worth the hype tho haha. Very good burritos. Queso is great on it but costs extra. Went there with a group of 6 late and they served us quite quickly. Wouldn’t really rave about them, but also def not a bad place for the price and what you get and all. Worth a try for sure.

The food was wonderful as usual and the staff was friendly. On the day I was there, the line was back to the door but only one person was working the line with three people working the area for the pickup orders. Perhaps it was at break time but the mismatched division of labor made for a longer wait then usual.

The place was booming when I was in! The line moved fast and the food was worth it. 😊 Everyone was friendly.

Hearty portions, custom made as requested. I recommend adding all four salsas for a variety of flavors. Friendly customer service. Plenty of seating both inside and outside. Outside seating is both in the sun or in the shade.

Fresh ingredients and great taste. Conveniently located right off Highway 3 at The Trails in Silverdale. Lots of other food choices at The Trails, but this is an excellent place to grab a meal that is both fresh and fast if your on the go, or you sit in the dining area and leisurely enjoy your meal.
