I
really
enjoy
the
friendliness
of
the
front
staff
and
the
triage
nurses.
I’ve
been
to
urgent
care
several
times
this
spring
and
every
time
my
visit
was
2
hours
or
more.
It
is
frustrating
that
with
Kaiser
I
cannot
just
see
my
primary.
I
have
to
go
to
Urgent
Care
for
everything
unless
I
schedule
a
visit
2
months
or
more
out.
Last
night
my
husband
and
I
went
in
after
being
sick
with
respiratory
issues
that
we’d
been
dealing
with
for
over
a
week.
We
just
didn’t
want
to
go
to
urgent
care
and
have
to
wait
for
hours
again.
But
we
did
because
neither
of
us
were
getting
better.
The
doctor
got
us
in
within
10
minutes
of
check
in,
which
was
nice.
But
after
asking
us
questions,
giving
us
a
very
brief
exam
(listened
to
my
husbands
lungs,
didn’t
listen
to
mine,
examined
both
our
throats,
and
examined
my
husband’s
ears
only
after
he
asked
(did
not
look
at
mine)
he
gave
us
Covid
tests
and
left.
I
knew
we
didn’t
have
Covid
but
we
did
it
anyway.
That’s
when
a
10
minute
test
kept
us
there
2
hours.
After
our
negative
results
he
determined
we
had
viruses
and
that
my
husband
had
bronchitis.
At
a
normal
doctors
office
visit
back
in
the
day
when
we
could
still
see
our
regular
doctors,
that
visit
would
have
taken
20
minutes.
I
just
don’t
understand
why
a
virus
and
an
antibiotic
Rx
needs
to
take
over
2
hours.
Every
single
time
I’ve
gone.
Kaiser,
you
need
to
fix
this.
I
really
miss
the
days
where
I
could
just
call
my
doc
and
make
an
appointment.
Urgent
Care
only
as
our
options
now
is
insane.
