I really enjoy the friendliness of the front staff and the triage nurses. I’ve been to urgent care several times this spring and every time my visit was 2 hours or more. It is frustrating that with Kaiser I cannot just see my primary. I have to go to Urgent Care for everything unless I schedule a visit 2 months or more out. Last night my husband and I went in after being sick with respiratory issues that we’d been dealing with for over a week. We just didn’t want to go to urgent care and have to wait for hours again. But we did because neither of us were getting better. The doctor got us in within 10 minutes of check in, which was nice. But after asking us questions, giving us a very brief exam (listened to my husbands lungs, didn’t listen to mine, examined both our throats, and examined my husband’s ears only after he asked (did not look at mine) he gave us Covid tests and left. I knew we didn’t have Covid but we did it anyway. That’s when a 10 minute test kept us there 2 hours. After our negative results he determined we had viruses and that my husband had bronchitis. At a normal doctors office visit back in the day when we could still see our regular doctors, that visit would have taken 20 minutes. I just don’t understand why a virus and an antibiotic Rx needs to take over 2 hours. Every single time I’ve gone. Kaiser, you need to fix this. I really miss the days where I could just call my doc and make an appointment. Urgent Care only as our options now is insane.

First time with a primary care doctor here. Had a wonderful experience all the way through. Receptionist was polite and guided me to the correct area. Dr Uvila was fantastic! Left with a plan which was much appreciated!

This was my first time going to Kaiser and I had a wonderful experience. The doctor (Dr. Shaha) was pleasant and knowledgeable and the lab lady was so good. She had a great sense of humor and made it less uncomfortable. I am going to like it here.

I visited today for back pain/hip pain. I really like Dr. Bennett. He was straight to the point, didn't do anything that was unnecessary, and most importantly, confirmed my suspicions of what pain I had. The nurses and pharmacy were quick as well. Way better than the ER.

It all started with the security officer, he was kind and welcoming, the intake person who gets your Information at the front desk was so kind and welcoming! The kindness of my triage nurse, The care and kindness of my Dr., my nurse Ammon- he was extremely kind and gentle and very caring, the transport tech that came to take me to get a CT scan, the tech that did the CT scan- she was an angel, the assistant or nurse that gave me my meds and handled my last vitals and paperwork! I received exceptional care as if I was the most important patient ever! I'm amazed!

Dr. Henkel gave me the after visit summary, it indicates I had diarrhea, he told my diarrhea was related to something else. I have been on the toilet with diarrhea explosions 7 times today. I had to call the Kaiser 24 hour nurse for help. She read my medical notes and the doctor recommended to take Imodium for the diarrhea, this was not included in my after visit summary. Secondly I took the urine sample and was told to take and drop off at the lab. There was no drop place for lab and took a number, in the meantime, urgent care calls my name, I never got my urine dropped off to the lab and the female lab was not cooperative. Urgent care recalled my name and I explained and the nurse personally took my urine down to the lab and apologized for this mishap.

I went in for a worrisome sore throat lasting too long. The medical team checked that I did not have a strepped throat and they checked me out thoroughly, wonderful care and there was only a four minute to start off the process.

In Sports Medicine, the team of Dr. Chandler and LPN Suzy is beyond amazing. Their expertise, their professionalism, their friendliness and consistent good humor and their willingness to spend the time it takes to do right by their patient (me!) is astonishing. A team like this has always been rare, but especially these days...well, it's nice to be in the hands of a team in whom I have total trust, total trust, to serve my wellbeing. Thank you!

I have been to this clinic on several occasions for pre-emergencies, a post surgery, and pneumonia, and have always been treated with kindness, compassion, and thorough care. I also appreciate having a place with 24/7 care when I want to avoid the ER.

My Urgent care visit today. I checked in and immediately was taken into triage. In triage, I presented my symptoms. Then I was immediately taken to the "Fast Track" section of the clinic. I received a diagnosis and treatment for my symptoms also a prescription. They handed me my discharge paperwork. Then went to the pharmacy. All personnel where great. Organized. Got a text on my phone that the pharmacy was working on my scripts. Great! By the time I used the restroom and got a next served number my meds were ready. Great experience from all that I interacted with. I was out of there with a smile. Good job K.P.!

I'm very disappointed in the treatment I got from my new doctor at Kaiser. Dr. Byron Groetsch. I recently went to see him about my ear which felt sore with pressure kind of like I was underwater. He looked in my ear and told me there was no wax in there. Two days later I'm in urgent care with a severe swollen inflamed eardrum and had a severe infection. I'm not sure how he could have missed that just 2 days ago. Urgent Care is is the most progressive and the most aggressive approach to health Care. They take very good care of me. I prefer urgent Care over just about any doctor that I've had as far as primary Care. I've also had a few other encounters with him that I was very displeased with. Very condescending Doctor 😞 I will be looking for a new primary Care doctor.

I have been with Kaiser Permanente for many years. I have a handful of chronic medical conditions and thanks to their top quality services delivered in a timely manner, my quality of life is wonderful. I hike over 100 miles a month, hit the gym daily and at 71 am an active and fun grandfather to my 6 grandchildren. Thank you Kaiser. You rock.

Not a fan of Kaiser Permanente They make it so hard to chose which doctor you want to see, or which pharmacy I want to go to. They give me so much anxiety And they don’t communicate with you or your doctor properly Every time I go to these facilities, I get high anxiety. Their options are limited I’m considering to find a better health insurance provider that doesn’t restrict where I can go for my pharmacy or doctor I would choose to trust. I’ve had issues with Kaiser for years

Waste of time. Wait weeks for an appointment to remove a cyst. Doctor looks at it for 5 seconds and writes a referral instead of taking care of it. Had same procedure done in one visit previously, now it’s stupidly inefficient. Took longer to fill out the referral than it would have to remove the cyst. Any other healthcare is likelihood better than KP.

I’m with my son waiting at urgent care. While waiting, we both signed up for covid/flu shots. RN Kari went above and beyond to find us waiting in the lobby to tell us how to let the COVID team know when we’re done with urgent care to get out injections. THANKS KARI!!!!

DR Chandler was on time , I hardly had to wait in the room, and I felt he really did a full and complete exam on my shoulder. He explained complety the outcome of the exam and a plan to hope to make it better, if not better, then we go to step 2. The staff was very friendly and thorough as well.

They are super nice, clean, and attentive to their patients. There are plenty of chairs to distance yourself safely with and sanitation stations. Been coming here regularly for prescription pick ups, doc appts, blood draw (blood draw is the best in Spokane..i used to blood draw from sacred heart who uses a lot of new students and they hurt every time). If you know what you need and what to check up on they can take care of you perfectly.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Dr Flamoe and his office staff Bobby and Gabby. They were so professional and explained things in a way that made it easy for me to understand. I could tell that they really cared about my concerns and my needs. They treated me so well. I wish there were better words I could use to describe my experience. I'll just say that it was totally amazing and if I could give them more than five stars I definitely would!!

The Dr was very thorough and informative and the support staff and nurses were very kind, helpful and attentive. I had visited the St Michael's ER the previous day for the same issue and left there with no relief from my symptoms. Although they had ruled out life threatening causes, my symptoms got worse overnight, so I visited this KP Urgent Care in Silverdale and received far more comprehensive treatment. I left there with actual relief and a plan of how to get better, quicker and how to reduce the chances of any repeat visits for this issue. I wish I'd have gone here the first time. I don't seek out medical help because it is expensive and I never feel like it is worth the expense. I'll just get over it naturally, this seemed more serious, though turned out to just mimic symptoms of a more serious nature. This facility has restored my trust in medical practice again. I'll drive the extra 45 min to come here the next time I think I need urgent care.

My experience with the Sports Medicine Dept in Silverdale, WA was excellent! I’ve been with Kaiser WA for approx a year and this is by far the best experience I’ve had thus far. I’ve been suffering with pain for months and it took nearly 3 months to see a specialist. I can honestly say that Dr Chandler and his nurse deserve the title “special”. I truly felt that Dr Chandler and his nurse ? (sorry) really cared and listened! They took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and treatment. As well as providing me with additional information and advice. They were both very kind and knowledgeable. It’s a good feeling to leave feeling Satisfied. Thank you!

This review is long overdue. I just took my father to KP for a routine exam in December of 2022. We experienced great help at the kiosk upon entering, a kind and extremely competent nurse, a great doctor (who discovered and resolved a minor health issue), and a fantastic pharmacy tech. Everyone was very responsive. This was typical of our experiences at KP, including multiple urgent care visits. In fact, urgent care is responsible for a diagnosis that saved my dad's life in October of 2022. Switching to KP as dad's Medicare supplemental provider was a very good decision for us.

Been with KP now for almost 3 years, first through Marketplace, now Medicare Advantage. I have good number of med issues, KP is far better than Blue Cross and the Harrison system. The doctor often calls me! never beforte with regular insurance. Labs and x ray basically free (included in plan), low prescription cost, and a great medical chart system. You pick from available doctors, easy to switch to another, I'm on my 3rd, same now 2 years. Their appointments run on time, rare to be waiting even 10 min, not the hours I had before. Not perfect, but better than the alternates.

Dr. Moore and his tech, Theresa, were great! Very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. They both took the time to answer all my questions. I never felt rushed. The opticians Teri and Martyn were the same. Teri helped me pick the perfect glasses and Martyn made ordering very smooth and stress free. The variety of frames is incredible! Thank you KP for a great experience.

I came in for abdominal pains. Of course we all know that when you’re in pain you’re looking for the quickest service possible. At urgent care, the people were pleasant. They gave me a quick and accurate diagnosis and the convenience of the doctors, the lab and CT scan all in one place helped. Came out with a treatment plan and medicine in hand.

I went to Kaiser Urgent Care in Silverdale, WA because I was in extreme pain, having chills and very nauseous. I was seen very quickly! The staff members were all very understanding and patient. They answered all of my questions and were extremely attentive. My interactions with Vitaly, Jenn, Wil, Bret and Erica were very pleasant and informative! I want to express my gratitude for their service! They are all top notch health care providers! I do have one suggestion for Kaiser. They do have a sort of one stop service facility (which is wonderful) but the CT area is an outdoor trip on a rather bumpy sidewalk which was not pleasant due to my pain. Also, I was fortunate that it was a dry, warm day, but in western WA, wet, cold days are much more likely and I think an enclosed, shortened pathway is a necessity! Thank you Kaiser for helping me! Sincerely, Mary

I had a an excellent experience with KP Urgent Care. The teamwork and professionalism was impressive. From the reception, nurses, x-ray tech, and finally PA-C Walsh. They were all concerned and quickly responded to my urgent care condition.

The RN and MD in urgent care in Silverdale Kaiser made my visit an exceptional experience this morning. They were able to diagnose my condition and prescribe the appropriate medication and get me on my way quickly. Their bedside manner was friendly and made me comfortable during the entire visit. They are two of the reasons we continue with Kaiser.

I have came here a lot in the past year and every time I come everybody is very helpful and kind. My doctor was Lien Hong Ly, and she was amazing. All of the nurses are very nice and care about their job. They all are very patient and care about you feeling better. I don’t feel like I am taken care better anywhere else.
