Beautiful little pond. I tried my luck with fishing. There were people with small inflatable boats fishin, kayaking, and SUP boarding.

Great area to practice SUP techniques, kayaking for beginners or playing on the shore. Perfect in winter for ice skating and hockey! There's an enclosed building there, too, which is fantastic for putting on your ice skates in the winter. Public restrooms are also available. I have often seen people fishing here, as well.

Clean, ample parking, not very crowded for a Fri afternoon. Water was clear, but quite a few algae at the south end and along the edges

Good city park with fishing and a gazebo, but the homeless use the are heavily at night and mornings.

To over fished, by people and the Freaking OSPREY!!!!! Nice little pond to SUP, swim, bring the kids for a nice afternoon out. Again the fishing blows there but if you walk the trail behind the pond and continue on the walk pat you will hit a bridge and on the other side of that bridge you'll see a little opening with a bench. All fisherman cast from there! No joke always on my 1st or 2nd cast do I land a triple hander, 4 to 6 lb'er everytime 🤸‍♂️

Excellent spot with a great parking lot to sleep in!! Pavement to stand on while brushing teeth, and nice fir trees short distance from car! Would recommend!! Great scenery, close to everything.
