Biscuits and gravy are great, but I love the country fried steak.

The burger was fantastic. The granddaddy tenderloin made my brother happy. My 6 year old picky kid ate his entire hot dog. This local burst of Americana on our cross country road trip was most welcome over the fast food corporate option. If I would have known that burger would be so delicious, I would have ordered another one to go. The girls behind the counter were super sweet. Thank you Porkies for this experience.

Compared to a local restaurant in Anaheim, I'd definitely go as far as saying that this is one brilliant QC restaurant. The food was good, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was absolutely amazing. No such complaints at all.

They do a great job. service and food haven't had a bad experience yet. Which is saying something these days. Fair priced.

I've been going since I was a kid in the early 90,'s and it's still one of my favorite breakfast to this day! I Mean, come on some of you can relate, they even have chunks of sausage in their biscuits and gravy. Doesn't get any better than that y'all!!!

From their taxes being attached to their price so you don't have to guess to their burger and fry bundle deals. This is the place to go for some good reasonably priced food!

I grew up on Porkies! The 5 hamburgers and half pound of fries were a treat years ago and now are a treat for my grandbabies! Love the fresh taste of it right off the grill!

Local hamburger joint that has been around forever. Stadium pricing meaning tax is already included. Pretty nice these days to pay what you see. Burgers and fries are pretty decent, but the giant tenderloin sets them apart from every other place. The shakes are awesome. My family asks to visit Porkies just for the shakes. They are classic shakes without a bunch of candy in them, but the employees will definitely mix the flavors: chocolate, vanilla, strawberry and banana if you ask. My wife adores the strawberry banana. If you happen by at breakfast time, they have great pancakes, but don't miss my personal favorite; biscuits and gravy. Thick, meaty gravy with soft biscuits. Even half an order is pretty filling. I only didn't give five stars because the burgers themselves aren't particularly different than most other places and the interior, while clean, is a bit dated.

Hamburger should of been packed on top, since it was the lightest item in the sack, they packed tenderloin and pork chop sandwich plus 2 large fries on top of the burger, which was now smashed and condiments on burger are now squishing out all over, fries were placed in sack and excess fries looked like they just tossed them in, all in one sack, should of packed fries in their own little bag. Pork chop sandwich was rubber and no flavor. Gal that delivered it to us looked stressed. Been visiting them for years, last few times I've been very disappointed. Bad day maybe, new workers maybe I can understand, but wow, that's it for me. Place is always busy though, probably because its handy and there is no other burger joint closer in the downtown area. Eat at El Pueblo down the street, always fresh always friendly, always packed beautifully.

Best hamburgers in town! Service is great because the people working there are fantastic! Great manager makes for great employees! Very family oriented. Highly recommend!

Had barbecue pork sandwich, onion rings and sm van shake. Barbecue pork was industrial type like cafeteria style, (think HS or hospital), not bad/not great. Van shake tasted like banana had been run through the pipes just prior. 🤮 Onion rings were hot and done just right though. Pass on the cookie.

Finallya blue collar restaurant that remembers its purpose. Tenderloin was pretty good and cole slaw was the best. Best part of it all, very affordable.

We were I. Town for a concert and decided on. This little place to eat. It was awesome! Everyone was so nice the food is great. The people working the front counter were amazing! One woman bought my daughter candy out of the quarter machine and the other gave my daughter an extra drink that had been made. They were so nice! Definitely recommend 🤗

Prices have gone up ridiculously and the food hasn't change to reflect the price increase. We don't eat here near as often as we used to.

Best fast food restaurant in the QC. 5 burgers and 1/2 lb of fries is the truth. Don't forget the insane tenderloins and butterfly pork chops. Super nice staff. Did we mention breakfast? Whoa...

In town for work, this place was close to work, quick service and super friendly staff, food was hot and fresh 👌 only suggestion is they could salt their fries a bit more but besides they everything was great.

Great prices, good food. It's worth visiting if you're in the area. Fed 8 people, 4 kids and 4 adults, for $50 and everyone left full.

Thought I'd try the tenderloin that seems to get good reviews on here. Plenty big enough , however the quality is just poor. Only taste that can be discerned is that of old grease and mealy breading. Even Casey's convenience stores has better tenderloins. It's quite cheap as it should be given the quality. The onion rings aren't bad though.

Eating at Porkies is a tradition if you live any where near Silvis, IL. It took the place of another iconic location (Mr. Quick) in that community and had been going strong ever since. One of the best breaded tenderloin sandwiches around! Also have awesome burgers and breakfast selections. Stop in, you won't be disappointed!
