The only crossfit experience I've enjoyed! The trainers are awesome—very knowledgeable and definitely upgraded my workouts—while respecting my injuries without compromising the intensity. I learned a lot of new things. The view is also amazing! Thanks guys!!

I was passing through Itacaré and found Bruno online. I messaged him and arranged to attend a few classes. Bruno is a lovely guy, very welcoming and astute teacher. It was an absolute pleasure to be able to train and roll in he and his students company.

Bruno is an excellent teacher, very detail oriented and trains hard all the time keeping his jiu jitsu sharp and up to date. He rolls every class and will share his knowledge all the time helping the students learn and progress. Very nice guy and fun to be around. If you are in Itacare definitely go train with him you will learn a lot.
