I have had many repairs done here with great workmanship. From replacing the bottom half of my grandmother’s platinum wedding band, to fixing my mother’s worn silver chain. I have also bought mine and my husband’s wedding bands here, and we still love them to this day. They have made me a custom name plate necklace, and a beautiful diamond pendant. I had an idea of a mother/grandmother ring and wanted to shop locally. The staff at Gold N Hearts were wonderful! We chatted a bit and they were able to design a beautiful Emerald and Diamond ring set in rose gold. When I picked up the ring I met the designer who shared his process for picking the gemstones and I was impressed! Gold N Hearts has hands down exceptional customer service and jewelry. Never coming here again (experienced this last week) first of all the older woman with blond hair who was sitting at the desk who I believe opened the door for us was staring down at me and my bf and son, didn’t even say welcome or anything was totally unprofessional got very racist vibes tbh. Other younger woman was nicer but also felt an off vibe like she’s just doing her job I was there to sale my ring, not because I wanted to but things happen, well she says they go based of “weight” 60 bucks for a 800 plus ring. lol nope took my business else where gave me a good deal. Never stepping foot in this place again if your Hispanic don’t bother coming Karen will give you the Karen stare. Lol

I have been a customer since 1983 and would not go anywhere else. I trust the staff with my jewelry. Have great inventory and always find quality pieces with reasonable prices. Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. Tom, the owner, has upgrade a lot of my pieces. Good suggestions, with quality work. Can’t go wrong with this business.

Took a ring in for repair based on social media postings. Tim and others in the store were so kind and professional. Picked up my ring today and it's gorgeous. Looks brand new and I am thrilled with the results. Highly recommend them!
