    Employees are super helpful, even with a glitch at self checkout. It doesn't have as big of a grocery section as the Walmart Market stores, but you can find clothing, housewares, electronics, auto, shoes and more. My fiance loves their line of basketball shorts. For general shopping, it is a good place to get an assortment of things in one trip. Store is usually clean simple to navigate.

    I could not believe how poorly the store was stocked. Plus, there was only 1 cashier open and 10 people in line. I was #5. Finally found manager and told her I'm elderly and can't stand on my feet in one place too long and had been in line for 7 minutes already. She did have another register open, but it still took me 10 more minutes before I was out the door. Oh, forgot to mention that I voiced my concern with 2 other employees before I found the manager. They made it very clear, in a rude manner, that there was nothing they could do about the issue. They just didn't care. I doubt that I'll ever go back. If Walmart wants to make another billion by cutting back on employees, they won't get it from me. Plenty of locals stores to choose from.

    I called today to find out if the store has Grand Value decaffeinated instant coffee and the male person who answered around 11:20 am, from order online, couldn't understand what I was saying and queried me 3 times. I speak perfect English. When he finally got what I wanted he put me on hold and transferred me to a number where nobody was answering. This is bad customer service. Walmart as a company goes above a beyond to service their clients and I have shopped with them for years. It is just personnel like this that give a bad name to the company. Also, I called the operator and nobody answered. Either these personnel are not doing their jobs, or they just really don't care.

    Waiting 15+ minutes while workers in the area to get a light bulb out of a locked cabinet. Service etc sucks!

    Hard to find what I was looking for, a folding card table, but eventually found the big empty spot where they're supposed to be. Couldn't find anyone to ask about it. 3 restrooms were blocked off and had to walk across the store. Lots of empty shelf space. Will go to Target next time...at least there are people to ask for help

    When you need something right away and the closet store is Walmart, it became a life saver for me. I was eating some Carne asada tacos at work and I got a piece of meat stuck between my teeth. It was irritating and I didn't have any floss around so luckily I have a Walmart across the street from my work office. The parking lot is huge so you won't have any issues finding parking. When I walked in, there a greeter by the door and I was able to find what I was looking for right away. I went to the self checkout because I only had 2 items. Their machine was kind of slow but I was able to pay for my item and leave. There also a person watching the exit, I guess to be a lookout for theft. I was in and out within like 5 minutes. I wore my mask and everyone I saw had their mask on as well.

    I have never had any problems at this location. I find good deals all the time especially when they do a clearance and items are $1. Clothing footwear footwear and everything else they have in the store can eventually be $1 you just have to look.

    No respect to the customer! I had purchased a car seat for my little one and when I came home and opened the box saw that it was a used and ugly car seat even not the same model inside of the box. When I brought it back to the store I was told I could do return and got the new one. I returned that one and could find the same one in car seat section. When I came for check out becuase the price gone up I was told no PRICE Match. I said it was an exchange. But the store manager did not accept that. Imagine I brought the affected car seat and wanted to get the right one. That is it. And I had to pay 60$ more.

    Walmart was remodeled. It's really nice now. They have a lot of selections for clothes. A decent size collection for plus size. A lot of jeggins to choose from. Well organized, the signs are clear and accurate especially since they moved a lot of stuff around. This Walmart is super busy most of the time. Recommend going early in the AM to shop comfortably.

    The atmosphere of Walmart isn't the same. There's a cold grunge to Walmart now! And when I went for certain items that were always there, they weren't and they didn't know when they were coming in. It's just not the same going to Walmart anymore. It used to feel like it was a friendly family company geared to the lower & middle class economic stream but even their selections, I could find better and Tijuana Mexico Where I go frequently as my son works on the border. I just felt like when I walked into Walmart this last time, it was like going into a strange country that don't really care about you as a customer.

    This Walmart is clean and well stocked. The grocery section is limited as it isn't a Super Walmart. The nursery place have gone downhill and isn't worth visiting. I've tried getting posters printed here, but now go to the West Hills photo Walmart for that. Parking is not that convenient, many close spaces have been converted to various reserved parking types. Overall, not bad, but go to a Neighborhood Walmart for groceries (like Newberry Park).

    I never go in the store. I always do curbside pickup. I tried to pick up my order early and was told it was IMPOSSIBLE. In the year 2023, this store is not capable of letting a customer pick up their order earlier than originally planned. I happened to be in the area , and was hoping to pick up my order a little early. So much for customer service. So I Decided to cancel my order. I'm referring to the Oxnard store on Rose. The one in Simi Valley on Cochran is worse. I tried calling many times and no one ever answered the phone. That store is really bad.

    I have NEVER had a problem with Walmart +'s delivery service until today!(31OCT2023) I had a delivery of a costume for my son. I got a message stating the delivery is close. I went outside to wait for the person and hand them a tip. Not even 1 min after that text they were almost here and would get my delivery at 11:12am! It texted at 11:09am they were close at 11:10am I get a "delivery attempted"🤔🤨 excuse me? I was outside not one car even passed my property and they attempted? Then Walmarts chat service was telling me to cancel and reorder. Excuse you?! I got a note with the "attempted delivery " that my order was back at the store. So I went to the store. Picked up my order at pick up and asked how long had it been when it go here?... 30 minutes or more! Really?! 😲 Wow I'm so disappointed about their delivery service. I've never had a problem. I was just letting my best friend know how amazing their delivery service was. Boy was I wrong. Walmart please get a different delivery service.

    Every single visit. Plenty of people standing around to make sure you dont steal anything. But not 1 cashier or anyone to actually provide some customer service. This company is clearly becoming something to catter to its investors and not its customers.

    Yesterday I was in this store. The employees were upset, they didn't want to help, well, not all of them. especially a manager named Armando who was helping us because my shopping cart was lost inside the store with my paid things. but Armando was very bad yesterday and he just left without saying anything We tried to be nice to Armando, but it didn't seem fair to me because he already seemed to be in a bad mood. I didn't mean to help us but rather make us feel bad.

    All the employees were stand offish, electronics was down right rude and pretended not to hear my questions at all. Greeters and clothing department personnel were amazing. Lawn and garden couldn't assist and tried to send me to a completely different department to find the rest of a similar product(outdoor furniture cushions). Overall experience not horrible but if you're looking for polite and/or friendly this ain't it unless it's the cashier Tommy or the front exit greeter.(receipt checker; I feel bad for not catching her name)

    I love shopping at Walmart. In store or online. Walmart in store prices are always the most reasonable and honest. Not like the one of the biggest online retailer. I found lower prices for most items in Walmart store than inflated prices in the other biggest online retailer. I don't have any comment for their online Marketplace prices. I am happy with the in store items and prices. I did some online shopping and chose to deliver to the local store. It went well. The 90 days return period is big help.

    Fairly quick in and out, but sometimes very busy. Over 20 self check out stations, and trust me you will be faster then the septuagenarians they hire to run their cash registers. Don't like the new parking arrangement where they've dedicated dozens of premium spots for people who order online and then drive up for pick up. Spots are frequently empty except for people that disregard the signage/purpose. One other drawback, which I think is true of most Walmarts is they don't keep a particularly clean store. But then we can't really complain when they have so many low prices.

    Nope absolutely nothing nice to say about this store. The employees are seven rude. I cannot support rude. I was tired. The customer is always right. I work with a public server 25 years. The way the employees contact him self in the stores. It’s ridiculous.

    I went three times to the auto center for oil change. First time they said the technician just are gone for no reason. Second time they said the waiting time is 5 hrs when I arrived at 7:40AM. Third time I went at 6:40AM to wait it open but was told they cannot do oil change until 10:30AM. Don't ever try to go there for auto service.

    Walmart is only Walmart user friendly. All I had was g pay and needed to make a purchase. They don't that but plastic would be fine. I had a new card coming in the mail. Lady said I could download their app and make a purchase. So I repeat, I can down the app and make a purchase. You have to have card she says. Soo downloading the app isn't going to do me any good today. No you have to wait for the card in the mail . 7 ta 10 days...

    Walmart prices are great, products are great and you can pretty much find whatever you need here BUT Everything is Locked up! Super Inconvenient trying to look for an employee to open a case even to LOOK at make up! How are you supposed to browse colors and match skin color? Have the employee wait with you while you look for all the products you need? Nope. I'll go to a different store that welcomes its buyers. And Trusts them!

    I'll make this quick and simple as nobody got time for an autobiographical review 🤙🏼 It's Walmart. Nothing remarkable to say here. Its parking lot is always busy. ‼️ Watch out pedestrians ‼️ Employees are neutral. If you ask for help, they'll help. If you seem lost, they won't help. So pls ask 👍🏼 It's an okay place to get what you need from groceries to clothing and other stuff. Feel free to follow 😎🤙🏼

    Went to Walmart Tire center in Simi Valley for 4 fresh Goodyear tires and was given outstanding service by a tire technician. I think his name is Arney. Job was done ahead of schedule and check-in was fast and easy. Will definitely return with other vehicles for new tires.

    Worst billing ever. What’s wrong with all Walmart locations? I brought flowers and few other stuff they charged 30$ more than what I was supposed to be charged . I had to go back to them twice to get refund . If somebody is in rush you will definitely loose money . Make sure to check bills before getting out. Worst experience . Worst Walmart locations . Worst job by employees. Please bill properly stop over billing people .

    Always find great deals, returns are very easy and the main lady in customer service is always very Friendly and professional. There is a greeter by the name of Chris who always has a smile on his face, is so friendly and polite and is one of the reasons we love coming to this location. Merchandise is typically very well organized and easy to find what we need. The reason for not rating five stars is for two reasons. First, they need to make changes with the dressing rooms. Since they seem to close earlier than the store, they need to have it posted and lights out so people aren’t standing around waiting. It seems ridiculous to close earlier (twice recently at 6 it was not available) and they’re losing business by doing so. Second, stop harassing people to see their receipts, it’s not a paid membership retailer like Costco.
