The staff was friendly and kind, Especially Kevin and Jessica, she took her time to make sure I had everything I needed to move into my unit. She was attentive. She was very professional warm and cordial. They both went above and beyond there job description to ensure my move in transition was stress free. Thnak you guys

I’ve lived here a few months and moved from out of town, I was scared and nervous it the staff was amazing through the process. I want to say thank you and express how happy Iam with Jessica Partida for her exceptional assistance during our application process, and move-in process .She is professional and has a friendly demeanor . She went above and beyond to ensure that every step was smooth and stress-free. The entire staff at the apartment building deserves commendation, Justin and Marisela, They are not just accommodating, but also proactive in addressing any concerns. Most importantly , the maintenance team Brian, Alex, Ramon deserves a special mention. They answered all of my questions and addressed all my concerns immediately , they were truly impressive and so friendly. They have turned a stressful process into a breeze. I can’t wait to live here for the next few years I truly feel at home.

Since I’ve lived here the community is great, but most importantly when I have maintenance issues Alex responds quickly and address my issues. Also the leasing. Staff is nice and accommodating. My daughter lives in an IMT community in Van Nuys and I’ve noticed their staff has impeccable customer service and willing to assist with any apartment or building issues. I had a great experience working with Justin to secure my first apartment ever! He was so awesome getting me everything that I said was important to me! The leasing office staff Jessica & Marisela were always so friendly taking my calls and answering all the many questions I had. Everything was CLEAN when I moved in, and someone was there to greet us and show us the logistics (keys ,amenities, etc) at the property. The maintenance team introduced themselves to us which was a nice touch! Thank you!

We’ve lived within the IMT community for just over two years now, and are at our second apartment unit. We love this complex! Any issues we have are met with equal concern by the staff, and are resolved almost immediately. We just had our dishwasher go out, and within 2 hours maintenance was here diagnosing the problem, and made an easy decision that it was time for a new one. Within 2 days, and thanks to Alex and Ramon, we had a brand new dishwasher in our unit. We love how quick and easy the team at IMT is to work with, and would recommend anybody to this complex.

One of the best things about living here is the maintenance staff! Whenever we put in a call they will fix things the day of or the very next business day. Brian is always extremely friendly & quick to fix whatever issue we have. We put in a call about our shower needing a repaint, and after just 1 day they had it brand new and with everything put back nice and neat. Thanks Brian and all the maintenance staff!

The facilities were nice with a quiet and very clean very grounds! The staff is very welcoming and work to make the facility feel like a community rather than just a place to live.

Justin and Jessica were delightful to work with - and made our whole move-in process SO efficient and easy! They are incredibly kind & professional, and we love the transparency & organization of the staff - as well as our unit, and complex. We couldn’t be happier and adore our new home! A huge thank you to Justin for being so helpful and responsive with my hundreds of questions, and showing us our actual unit prior to placing a deposit or signing. Highly, highly recommend IMT!

Tanna and Justin made my move in experience so lovely! They were easy to get a hold of and answered any questions I had in a timely manner! So lucky I had them both assisting me.

Before my great experience with IMT, I was going through a nightmare with a rental property down the road from them. Their unprofessional conduct made me think they really weren’t interested in acquiring new residents. Real bad. I especially want to applaud the great customer service I received from Justin Kerr. The other place was taking weeks to get me approved with mishandling my application and so forth. I had my younger daughter take a tour of IMT (I live far away) and sent me a video, I picked my unit, filled out the online application, and Justin had me approved within 24 hours. I had a great experience with this apartment service. Plenty of parking, clean and neat property. Well maintained Pool, Gym amenities. Every unit comes with the in unit washer and dryer. Lot of storage space on the kitchen. Customer service and maintenance service is the BEST service and faster service. This apartment is close to Costco, Walmart, Fitness centers, restaurants and park etc. This is one of my best community ever. The only draw back is rents increased lot and but pricy.

Excellent job from the maintenance staff on site at IMT apartments in Simi Valley. They help us out when we needed a window fixed fast as human possible. I remember the gentleman name but he was very nice and professional.

Good Morning Wood ranch I am t Simi Valley first let me say God is great! I had several issues today not intentionally but I sent them in one work order at a time and blue poor Brian up he was here in a matter of 10 minutes Alex sent him to come here first they were routine and Brian is 10 star Ramon 10 star even though he's working at other buildings your office staff I've seen them twice walking through the complex it doesn't matter what kind of day I'm having they're aware of some personal situations I have a health-wise they are so compassionate they show empathy but I cannot say enough about how on top of it they are just I would give them 10 Stars 10 Stars I'm sorry I'm super super lifted by the Lord today amen okay with ranch and this is how I am all the time! Last but not least my apologies always for spell check and grammar I'm on 2 years with a small cracked chip on my phone and the spell check won't work for anything especially when I have a 12-year-old playing PlayStation in the background all right

My husband and I have lived here for 3+ years now and really like! The complex is very nice and quiet as well. The maintenance men are a huge part of our liking and recommendation for this property. Alex, Brian & Ramon not only make sure to be on top of every job request almost immediately but also have become great friends to so many of us residents! It’s a great community of people. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate my application and provide me with my new home. Had a problem soon after move-in with one of the appliances which was resolved immediately. Subsequent request were not urgent, but were handled as if they were. I've never lived in an apartment. I chose an excellent community where the tenants come first.

Today I came in to tour the property. I called first and Justin assisted me over the phone. He was so nice, polite and helpful. When I got there he welcomed me in, the maintenance man immediately brought me a bottle of water. Justin said he had another appointment that was on their way but he still made time to show me around and answer all my questions. He was knowledgeable of all the units and really knew his way around the property. He went over the beautiful amenities the apartment has to offer and gave me details of what was available. He made my experience delightful and exciting. This guy definitely deserves a raise. Thank you Justin.
