I
truly
wish
that
this
Dominican
food
restaurant
could
better
represent
the
warmth
and
hospitality
that
Dominican
culture
is
known
for.
It
would
be
wonderful
to
see
this
establishment
embrace
the
friendliness
and
welcoming
spirit
that
characterizes
the
Dominican
people,
as
it
would
undoubtedly
elevate
the
overall
dining
experience.
I
recently
dined
at
this
restaurant,
and
it
left
me
with
mixed
feelings.
The
establishment
had
a
lovely
theme,
and
it
was
impeccably
clean,
which
was
a
good
start
to
our
evening.
However,
our
experience
was
marred
by
several
disappointing
aspects.
Firstly,
we
had
to
endure
a
lengthy
35-minute
wait
to
be
seated,
despite
informing
the
staff
that
we
were
ready.
The
delay
was
attributed
to
a
shortage
of
staff,
although
the
restaurant
was
nearly
empty.
Unfortunately,
no
one
attended
to
the
entrance
promptly,
which
was
frustrating.
Also
another
50min
to
a
hour
after
we
ordered
the
food.
We
decided
to
order
the
big
paella,
a
dish
meant
for
sharing.
To
our
surprise,
the
restaurant
failed
to
provide
individual
plates
for
us
to
enjoy
the
meal
together.
This
made
the
dining
experience
less
enjoyable.
Moreover,
obtaining
simple
items
like
napkins
proved
to
be
a
hassle.
Another
letdown
was
the
limited
availability
of
items
from
the
menu.
Some
of
the
dishes
we
had
in
mind
were
unavailable,
which
restricted
our
choices.
To
make
matters
worse,
when
we
requested
containers
for
our
leftovers,
the
restaurant
couldn't
provide
them.
For
me
the
inconvenience
that
let
to
the
final
straw
was
when
I
order
a
cafesito
(coffe/desert)
and
server
came
back
from
the
kitchen
with
the
news
that
there
was
no
coffe...
In
summary,
the
restaurant
had
a
nice
ambiance
and
was
exceptionally
clean.
However,
the
service
left
much
to
be
desired.
I
hope
these
issues
can
be
addressed
to
enhance
the
overall
dining
experience
for
future
customers.
