I saw Michelle at the stretch clinic for acute back pain. She was incredibly knowledgeable of physical therapy options and stretch techniques for pain relief. Her friendly demeanour, gentle but firm care made our sessions a highlight of my week. I wholeheartedly recommend the stretch clinic for therapy to relieve muscle stiffness, tension or tightness that causes pain.

I have been coming to this physiotherapy over the past 2 years. They have definitely become my go to place for all my physiotherapy work. I have had shoulder impingements, body aches and recovery done by their very professional team (Isaac, Michelle, Seishen and co) They are very accommodating with my schedule and would definitely recommend 10/10

I don't know where to begin, Dr Kenny (and team) are wonderful. I struggled to walk 500m without having severe knee pains for 3 whole months. The doctors have all told me that my ‘kneecap cartilage will never heal’ and that ‘the pain will always be there, I just have to live with it’, at the age of 25. I keep hearing things like ‘will never deadlift/barbell-squat again’. At my first session with Dr Kenny, he asked me what I wanted out of these sessions. Dejected, I asked if it were possible to lift heavy like I used to again. He then assessed me and treated my knee. My knee brace came off that day, and I could walk without pain again. My ‘homework’ was two easy exercises at home, nothing too complicated to follow, extremely realistic and achievable on a daily basis. Dr Kenny takes the shortest time to identify problems even I never knew i had, and would correct them. Since then I have had my knees, hips, wrists, ankles, and shoulders treated. He has been absolutely gentle and cautious during treatments that they have been pain-free (apart from the occasional muscle tightness, which he effortlessly eased). After 5 sessions in 4 weeks, Dr Kenny told me that I can try deadlifting and squatting again!!! Of course, he provided me with specific guidance on the number of sets/reps/weight. He will help in every way that he can, including assessing/teaching you how to re-perform a bodyweight squat. Dr Kenny is careful, patient, and gentle. He is efficient, focused, and dedicated to helping others, and he is the most down-to-earth person for someone with so much knowledge and experience. He is meticulous in everything that he does, including the interior design of the clinic! Dr Kenny and his team have put a lot of thought into making every session as wholesome and healing as it could be, paying attention to the tiniest details in creating the perfect ambience for restoration and recovery. On one occasion, I have also consulted his colleague, Liam Harkness (who was visiting the Singapore branch from Malaysia) for a Bioresonance scan. The scan and evaluation of my results took 90 minutes. Liam was incredibly warm, kind, and gave me practical advice as well as lots of reassurance when we discussed the results of my scan. I had my initial skepticism but the Bioresonance scan was not a 'scam'. The results shown were very detailed, precise and very accurate. The best part of it all was that Liam could, through the Bioresonance scan, restore my body back to a healthier state than it was before. There’s a saying that “Healers don’t heal you, they teach you how to heal yourself." Liam and Dr Kenny provide a, holistic, long-term approach to recovery, and they take 'wellness' and 'mindfulness' to a whole new different level of meaning. I never knew the significance of feeling like i have found a ‘safe space’, until I found The Stretch Clinic.

Before I started seeing Michelle, I was treated for occipital neuralgia. Although the shortterm treatment helped, my main problem was extreme shoulder pain and inflexibility. I can't say enough about the treatment and care received from Michelle. By the time I completed half of my sessions, I had about 70% mobility back in my shoulder, the pain in my neck was gone and I hadn't felt better in almost a year. Since my last treatment, i have not experienced any shoulder pain and im back to 100% mobility in my shoulders thanks to the exercises i got during my sessions. For anyone experiencing immobility issues, the Stretch Clinic is the best place to go to have it resolved. 5 Stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟.

Great place! I started seeing Celine for stretching sessions over a year ago and it has helped my mobility a lot. They have created a very calm atmosphere so the sessions are very therapeutic. Definitely recommend if you sit at a desk all day or just feel like you need to loosen up a bit.

My left glute has been in pain with limited power on my left leg for 2.5 years, I’d been working with 2 different physiotherapists prior to seeing Dr Kenny. After 3 months of treatment by Dr Kenny, I had my 1st pain free 140k ride. On and off I am still having pain/discomfort but this is due to increasing of my training schedules - I am very happy with my progress. 🙌🏽 I am currently seeing James for weekly sports massage and occasionally seeing Isaac for some manipulation when Dr Kenny is unavailable. #staythisway.

Having never visited a physiotherapist before, I wasn’t exactly sure what to expect. Isaac from The Stretch Clinic immediately put me at ease with his friendly, professional, and (most importantly) effective approach. Isaac was extremely helpful in providing me with an understanding of how my shoulder injury may have come about, the most appropriate treatment plan specific to my injury and advice on preventative measures to mitigate recurrences in the future. I’ve already recommended another colleague to the Clinic and will continue to do so with confidence that they will be just as impressed as I have been!

🌟Highly recommended to whoever in need of professional therapist and advices.🌟 This week marked the 12th week after my left knee surgery for Arthroscopic Meniscus repair, and Micro fracture & Cartilage Resurfacing. I had went through a few channel of treatments, but eventually the last resort is to go for the surgery. In fact, I have no idea about rehabilitation in physiotherapy, also the importance to engage a Physiotherapist for pre-op and post-op. Thank GOD, just a week before my surgery, I was referred to Mr. Seishen Gerard by a Mr. Nice friend! ❤️ The limited time does not allowed us to do much before the surgery, however Mr. Seishen was kind enough to spare some time even after his working hours walking through with me on some important areas to be checked with my surgeon. And really grateful he squeezed out his busy schedule for a crash course at the clinic on how to walk with crutches which he felt is necessity. Indeed it was!! and I'm simply filled with gratitude for this as it's really depressing to cope with it from the start. He even communicated with my surgeon and text to check on my condition after discharged. 🙏🏻 Overtime with the crutches, the imbalance has led to more stress on my right shoulder and worsen my lower back pain. Since the injured leg can only weight bear less than 30%, I was told by my surgeon to on hold for the physiotherapy 6 weeks later which makes me even more despair. I was in agony with my lower backache, which I felt there must be something else could be done and I do not want to waste any time that can contribute to the recovery, so after much talking with my surgeon, and Seishen who is on my side, we get to shorten the waiting time to 2wks! Seishen at first will have those problematic areas treated, so that the operated knee can be focused at later, and the dry needling works amazingly on me, which I'm impressed the way he handled the needle so confidently that makes me feel at ease, because my impression of needling will be usually handle by doctor. Seishen has been patiently walking with me through the rehab journey, and I found his approach is towards patient centric. At each session, he will asked about my daily conditions, to describe him the pain I was experiencing in order to set the right treatment and different exercises. He will monitor and progressively update my surgeon which I felt this is very important, because your surgeon will not be seeing you as frequent as your therapist does. I feel so blessed to have Seishen to support me during this journey. 🙏🏻 ❤️❤️ I'm also fortunate to be attended by Dr. Kenny (Chief Therapist) while Seishen is away for assignment. Although it's just two sessions, but Dr. Kenny could identified my problem in a shortest time, and patiently guiding me to walk with advices. 👍🏻 I'm now finally relieved from crutches and knee brace, taking baby steps (with my therapist Mr. Seishen gentle reminder flashing in my mind, "walk slowly…bend your left knee..don't rush…there's plenty of time..."), because I'm a person who is always rushing and it's kind of depressing to walk in such a turtle pace. 🐢 ….🐢 Not forgetting the team at Oxley Tower, the cosy ambience, the warm welcome from the clinic Manager Ms. Elly with excellent frontline support 👍🏻, and the team of friendly therapists with positive spirits always makes me feel calm and at ease. I always believed the importance of Quality Service with "Sincerity" & "Passion", hopeful the clinic & the team will continue to keep up the good quality services at all times. Looking forward to my next rehab session ~🙃

I had a sudden acute lower back ache and was not able to even stand up straight for close to a week. Two visits to the stretch clinic with Dr Kenny has improved my situation drastically and the exercises taught to be done at home helped speed up the recovery process as well. The biggest revelation of it all was when Dr Kenny told me I have an old untreated ankle injury that I was totally not aware off! Will definitely recommend anyone who is looking for a good physio to visit the clinic!

I went to the stretch clinic with an elbow injury and both Dr Kenny and Seishen have been fantastic, helping me to keep training while taking huge steps forward with my recovery. I have received excellent care using a range of techniques including physiotherapy, osteopathy, ultrasound and acupuncture, all expertly administered. I would highly recommend the stretch clinic! Thanks for all your help over the last couple of months!
