🌟Highly
recommended
to
whoever
in
need
of
professional
therapist
and
advices.🌟
This
week
marked
the
12th
week
after
my
left
knee
surgery
for
Arthroscopic
Meniscus
repair,
and
Micro
fracture
&
Cartilage
Resurfacing.
I
had
went
through
a
few
channel
of
treatments,
but
eventually
the
last
resort
is
to
go
for
the
surgery.
In
fact,
I
have
no
idea
about
rehabilitation
in
physiotherapy,
also
the
importance
to
engage
a
Physiotherapist
for
pre-op
and
post-op.
Thank
GOD,
just
a
week
before
my
surgery,
I
was
referred
to
Mr.
Seishen
Gerard
by
a
Mr.
Nice
friend!
❤️
The
limited
time
does
not
allowed
us
to
do
much
before
the
surgery,
however
Mr.
Seishen
was
kind
enough
to
spare
some
time
even
after
his
working
hours
walking
through
with
me
on
some
important
areas
to
be
checked
with
my
surgeon.
And
really
grateful
he
squeezed
out
his
busy
schedule
for
a
crash
course
at
the
clinic
on
how
to
walk
with
crutches
which
he
felt
is
necessity.
Indeed
it
was!!
and
I'm
simply
filled
with
gratitude
for
this
as
it's
really
depressing
to
cope
with
it
from
the
start.
He
even
communicated
with
my
surgeon
and
text
to
check
on
my
condition
after
discharged.
🙏🏻
Overtime
with
the
crutches,
the
imbalance
has
led
to
more
stress
on
my
right
shoulder
and
worsen
my
lower
back
pain.
Since
the
injured
leg
can
only
weight
bear
less
than
30%,
I
was
told
by
my
surgeon
to
on
hold
for
the
physiotherapy
6
weeks
later
which
makes
me
even
more
despair.
I
was
in
agony
with
my
lower
backache,
which
I
felt
there
must
be
something
else
could
be
done
and
I
do
not
want
to
waste
any
time
that
can
contribute
to
the
recovery,
so
after
much
talking
with
my
surgeon,
and
Seishen
who
is
on
my
side,
we
get
to
shorten
the
waiting
time
to
2wks!
Seishen
at
first
will
have
those
problematic
areas
treated,
so
that
the
operated
knee
can
be
focused
at
later,
and
the
dry
needling
works
amazingly
on
me,
which
I'm
impressed
the
way
he
handled
the
needle
so
confidently
that
makes
me
feel
at
ease,
because
my
impression
of
needling
will
be
usually
handle
by
doctor.
Seishen
has
been
patiently
walking
with
me
through
the
rehab
journey,
and
I
found
his
approach
is
towards
patient
centric.
At
each
session,
he
will
asked
about
my
daily
conditions,
to
describe
him
the
pain
I
was
experiencing
in
order
to
set
the
right
treatment
and
different
exercises.
He
will
monitor
and
progressively
update
my
surgeon
which
I
felt
this
is
very
important,
because
your
surgeon
will
not
be
seeing
you
as
frequent
as
your
therapist
does.
I
feel
so
blessed
to
have
Seishen
to
support
me
during
this
journey.
🙏🏻
❤️❤️
I'm
also
fortunate
to
be
attended
by
Dr.
Kenny
(Chief
Therapist)
while
Seishen
is
away
for
assignment.
Although
it's
just
two
sessions,
but
Dr.
Kenny
could
identified
my
problem
in
a
shortest
time,
and
patiently
guiding
me
to
walk
with
advices.
👍🏻
I'm
now
finally
relieved
from
crutches
and
knee
brace,
taking
baby
steps
(with
my
therapist
Mr.
Seishen
gentle
reminder
flashing
in
my
mind,
"walk
slowly…bend
your
left
knee..don't
rush…there's
plenty
of
time..."),
because
I'm
a
person
who
is
always
rushing
and
it's
kind
of
depressing
to
walk
in
such
a
turtle
pace.
🐢
….🐢
Not
forgetting
the
team
at
Oxley
Tower,
the
cosy
ambience,
the
warm
welcome
from
the
clinic
Manager
Ms.
Elly
with
excellent
frontline
support
👍🏻,
and
the
team
of
friendly
therapists
with
positive
spirits
always
makes
me
feel
calm
and
at
ease.
I
always
believed
the
importance
of
Quality
Service
with
"Sincerity"
&
"Passion",
hopeful
the
clinic
&
the
team
will
continue
to
keep
up
the
good
quality
services
at
all
times.
Looking
forward
to
my
next
rehab
session
