I saw the doctor for an issue with my eye and was satisfied with the experience. However, while making payment, I enquired the possibility of using Medisave and the cashier immediately snapped at me saying "you should have told me earlier." Her arrogant attitude turned the overall experience into a highly negative one.

Had TransPRK eye correction just 3 months earlier, feeling anxious about the complications that may arise. However, under the care of Dr Gerard and his team, the correction procedure had been successful with better than perfect eyesight. With his huge expertise, care and professionalism to his patients, the procedure was more than I had asked for. Job well done and wishing his team continued successes in both present and future!

Did my Trans PRK with Dr. Nah here, whom genuinely cares for his patients' well being. He persuaded me to stop pursuing the surgery the moment he found out my cornea was drooping out of the norm, which means losing a potential customer when he could just went ahead with it as I was bent on getting it done. Lucky for me it was temporary and i got the surgery done in good hands. The staffs were very friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommended to get your vision correction done here!

Lasik - First Visit $155.10, reception didn't informed of the cost before going thru the check. And after seeing the doctor Gerard, his reviewed the test and say, l am suitable for the lasik and ask me to arrange for the lasik. Then l realise the lasik is not done in the clinic, it with their partner clinic. I ask the reception to provide me with the report, the reception refuses and does not even allow me to see my own report. Lousy services and l have no confident with this clinic.

Underwent the Trans-PRK surgery for both my eyes with W Eye Clinic, and received stellar service from start to finish! Dr Nah and all his staff were professional, warm and helpful throughout the experience, and the results speak for itself. My eyes have recovered extremely well, and I owe them all a great deal of gratitude for it. Trips to their clinic at Suntec were always quick and efficient, overall a superb experience.

My husband was referred to W eye clinic for his floaters. The doctor said he has retinal degeneration and recommended him to follow up with a specialist in the US where we live. The doctor here checked twice and said he doesn’t have any retinal degeneration at all and was misdiagnosed. We are puzzled by the good reviews here

Clean and sophisticated clinic. Went there to get treated for my eye stye. Both Dr and receptionists are nice and easy to talk to. He listened to me, understood what I wanted and went with the approach I preferred (he was recommending to cut the stye but I was afraid, he offered to go with conservative approach to treat it with medicine with and understanding that if it had gone worse in a week time he would cut it). The stye got better and I didn’t have to cut it in the end :)

The whole process was simple to understand, and it was comforting to know that my pair of eyes were left to a group of professional staff and a very experienced surgeon. Just went for my 3rd month post-op checks, now I have perfect vision on both eyes. Credits goes to Dr Nah and all the staffs that has served me well at W Eye Clinic. Highly recommended.

Did lazic surgery to correct my vision last month. I tend to get very nervous when something touches my eye, but staff was very friendly and assured me lots with the whole procedure - pre surg, surg and post surg consultation. The staff for the surgery even let me hold a stress ball and her hand during the surgery because of how nervous/anxious I was 😅. My vision is perfect now, thank you Dr. Nah and team!

Did the TransPRK with cross-linking procedure a couple of weeks ago. The team was very professional and respectful in answering every question. You can rest easy and ask even silly questions (it's your eyes, so ask away!) and they'll still be gracious in their response. During the procedure, Dr Gerard Nah voices out every single action he is doing in a very calming tone. A thermal blanket was even provided when I mentioned that my feet were cold. For recovery, instructions were very clear and printed in paper for you to refer to if you forget them. Personally, procedure was quick and completely painless, recovery was very smooth with no complications.

An excellent eye clinic. I was having some issues with floaters obstructing my vision, which were making me quite nervous. Both the staff and doctors helped to diagnose my issues and give me the confidence that I'd be okay. Their explanations of the issue were clear and concise. I definitely feel better in their care.
