Love the aesthetics of the clinic. Nurses & doctors are very nice - esp Dr Nurhidayati and her team :) Dr Nur took time to explain about the procedure, how to go about the medications very patiently, ensuring that I was certain about what i would expect before and after the procedure. I was definitely confident that i would do well under her care. Nurses were really polite and helpful too!

Receptionist Ida, Dr Chan Lin Li and the nurse are very friendly. Dr Chan and nurse are very professional and patience. She provided very detail consultation, explained in detail of our issues, various options and suggested the most suitable solution for our issues. My kids enjoy their time there and doctor has small gifts for all of us! Definitely will recommend to others for the excellent service!

Had my first consult with Dr Nurhidayati at Pacific Healthcare. It was a very pleasant experience. Dr Nur was attentive and patient with her explanations. Service staff was also friendly and helpful. Overall, it gets rid of my fear and worries that I initially had prior to the appointment.

I have visited with my family many times, all doctors have been very good. Our favourite is Dr Alexia Kwan, who is great with children and adults alike. Reception staff are also very pleasant and helpful. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable with many lounges, magazines, Wi-Fi and a Nescafé coffee machine.

I visited Dr Nur has recommended by a friend. The clinic is big, clean and modern. My test results came out the next day and the clinic staff arranged for me to come back for my review the very next day! It is super fast and i am impressed. Will def recommend to come see Dr Nur here.

I actually wanted to give 0 star rating,but it’s impossible…I came to see dr Nurhidayati Binet Mohamed Suphan (not by choice,she was recommended by my ensurance company)The first time,I waited around 40 minutes before she could see me(I did have an appointment);she charged me 250 dollars for about 10-15 minutes where she showed me a bunch of images on google and wrote a referral letter for a scan; for the follow up, she charged me 80 dollars for 2 minutes consultation-she interpreted the scan results and concluded she cannot tell me what is wrong with me. I had to come down all the way from Tuas both times,during work hours…all this trouble just to be told that She doesn’t know why I am in pain?I really do not recommend.
