After seeing my friend's amazing results with picosure, I eagerly decided to give it a shot myself. I was thrilled to find that after just three sessions, pigmentation on my skin was lighter and even my skin texture had improved. With the success of picosure, I decided to try another treatment, potenza. But this time, the results weren't as noticeable. Since I've completed the package, Dr suggested I try a peel, which unfortunately, exacerbated the situation, creating a straight-line scar. Now the advice is to continue with picosure as it is supposed to help lighten scar but i felt i went in circles on my treatments. The other thing is their business is so good that you have to be ready to wait. My appointment is 130 and waiting for my turn at 330.

I did my treatment with Dr Chu Hui, her explanation is crystal clear and very meticulous in doing her job. Very good experience indeed. I feel relaxed and in good hands during the treatments and I would recommend her to anyone coming to this clinic. All the staff, especially Adeline are very friendly and helpful. I have been coming to Artisan Clinic for my treatments for almost 9 months now. Came here first after reading the good reviews about Picosure Laser treatment. I have concerns about dark spots on my cheeks and wanted to get rid (or at least lighten them). Dr Chu Hui has been great from my first consultation. Her explanation is clear and her calm demeanor helps calm me down during the treatments (I hate pain... But who doesn't 😅). For my dry skin, she recommended Profhilo and honestly, that worked so well for me - no more dry / peeling skin since I had the shots. My skin tone etc had improved much during the past months. Dr Roy who attended to me when Dr Chu Hui was away was also great! They were both great at the Profhilo - I was concerned as I saw online photos of ppl with red bumps after the shots. Attestation of their skills when I had none of those! 👏👏👏 Janice who usually helped me with my Wiqo, hydrafacial and treatments is my fav! She is helpful and friendly, and always rem I am scared of pain (numbing cream pls...). Hope my skin continues to improve!! Kudos to the team at Artisan Clinic ❤️

I had my hair transplant done here. The clinic itself looked nice, and the staff was very pleasant. The consultation with the doctor was good, as the doctor answered all my questions. My issue is with what happened on the day of the transplant. The room was small and didn't seem appropriate for a procedure like a hair transplant, it had very dusty curtains, I was really worried that I would get an infection or something. I think they use it for basic aesthetic procedures. The staff appeared untrained and confused. The doctor who consulted with me injected me with the painkiller and then left, to service his other patients. I didn't see him for the rest of the procedure. The procedure was performed by a China lady who didn't seem like she worked there fulltime. The procedure was very painful. After the procedure, my head swelled, and it took a long time for the recovery. I had a lot of ingrown hairs, and when the hair grew out, it looked like pubic hair and grew in the wrong direction compared to the rest of my hair. I'm not sure if it's okay that the person who performed the procedure wasn't a doctor or that the doctor wasn't present during the transplant.

It's my first time visiting Artisan clinic and surprisingly it was a pleasant one. Dr Mark is a gentle and experienced doctor. He acknowledged my concerns right away and offered me a suitable treatment to help me achieve my beauty goals. I'm always well informed on what is happening during treatment, which I appreciate a lot. As my skin is very dry. After the first session, I can immediately see changes on my skin. It's much supple and not very dry anymore. I'm confident that after each session, my skin will improve immensely. Would recommend Artisan Clinic to anyone.

I am currently doing PICO SURE treatment and VICO through Dr ISAAC WONG and therapist Cammy. I am quite impressed with the way the treatment has been carried. I wanted a minimal invasive procedure for removing my pigmentation. I have finished 2 PICO and around 5 VICO treatments. My pigments are strong, but it’s getting better and am quite satisfied. The Dr ISAAC Wong is impressive, professional and informative. Informed me about all pros and cons of the treatment. There’s no one to push you here, so it’s quite a relief . Yes, treatments are quite expensive would help if there would be more promotions as to make it more affordable. Having read all reviews I decided to come here as did not want to take any chances for my face. My therapist Cammy, is amazing , knowledgeable and suggests best what’s suitable for me and my skin. She is not in hurry to finish my treatments or sessions but advices clearly eg she suggest clearly to delay the appointment if exposed to sun while holidaying. She is polite and very good at her job. Long overdue review. Been to a few aesthetic clinics. Have to say Dr Wong has not only the best state of art products but also unmatched aesthetic skills. I like it that the price is reasonable considering how lasting effect of the thread compared to the previous clinic I went. Ellanse is also very lasting. Can still see the effect after almost a year.

Came here for a 5D treatment. The staffs were very welcoming and attentive. The session with Dr Chu was informative, she is very gentle during the treatment, always ensuring my well-being throughout the session. There were some selling of treatments but I’ve never felt pressured to commit. I guess it’s how you approach the process. Great environment and even better treatment results! Will be coming back.
