Physician Guo comes highly recommended by a good friend when I told her that my mom has frozen shoulder. True enough, after my mom's first visit, she felt so much better. A great experience here at this clinic! I’m not very good at speaking Chinese but the doctors here speak English really well for a TCM clinic. This has allowed me to describe my symptoms well and for them to administer the appropriate treatment. They also use really advance tech like a robot for massages. Highly recommended as I saw amazing results in a just a few sessions!

I always avoided TCM due to the language barrier but I decided to give Novahealth a try. As I do rock climb a lot, I have very stiff shoulders. At times, I am unable to lift my arm straight and the pain radiates to my collarbone area as well. I wasn't expecting anything for our first session but the staff was so very friendly and they can speak English. They assessed my problem and straight away the treatment began. The robotic massage was actually very nice (it was quite pain at first but slowly I got used to the pressure and just let the machine the do it's job). After about 15 mins, the staff came in and started with the manual massage. He really helped to loosen my muscles and at first I was screaming in pain then slowly the pain subsided and I felt much comfortable. The tightness in my shoulders and pain from my collarbone was slowly getting better. Next up was the acupuncture, the staff helped to find all my stress points and then told me just relax. After 10 mins, they took out the needles and asked me to stand up and try to lift arms. I could lift my arms over my shoulder easily. I could still feel a bit of tightness but overall it was way better now. Just after one session I could feel the difference and they really helped me with my pain issues as well. I immediately booked my next appointment with them. It will take a few more sessions but this is expected, after years or rock climbing this won't just go way in one session. Really helpful and friendly staff who are very experienced. Would recommend for anyone with stiff shoulders or any pain issues to give them a try!

I went to the NovaHealth TCM Clinic at City Hall yesterday for concerns with my lower back, right knee, and ankle. These difficulties have been bothering me for months. But, thanks to the skills of Physician Diana Goh and Zexuan, I was able to feel pain-free following the therapy. A pleasant and attentive crew. They both carefully described the issues and what may be done to improve further.

Had my first TCM experience at Nova. My neck and shoulders were stiff and tired after days of over time at work. Physican Guo was professional and detailed in explaining to me the procedures. Tried the machine massage, was unsure thus asked many questions. Dr Guo was very patient and walked me through the procedures carefully, she is able to hit the root of my back issue after detailed consultation. The machine experience was suprising good. Felt much loosen up after the massage. Therapist Jongkang came to supplement the machine thereafter. He was knowledgable and used the right strength at the right spot. Great experience!
