Everyone here doesn’t really care about service. There’s no pleasantries exchanged, no smiles - from the counter to the consult. Instructions given and conversations exchanged were also non-service like. Felt like a teacher giving instructions to children. And the counter staff (counter 3) was rude. I approached her to drop off my samples. As she was doing some work, she looked up at me and told me to wait, then she rolled her eyes and continued her work. Fair enough, perhaps she was busy. Shortly after, another patient approached her and she immediately served him, all the while, I’m still waiting for someone to serve me. In the end, the staff at counter 2 helped me instead, albeit, without a smile. Feels like no one wants to work here. Blood taking was also an interesting experience because I’ve never had anyone tie the tourniquet so tightly before. It was painful. I told the phlebotomist but he said it was necessary. I guess I didn’t feel pain from the needle because the pain from the tourniquet on my arm was immense. It’s unfortunate that a nice facility has very poor service, especially for healthcare.

It was a great experience for me. My appointment was at 1045am and I was out of the clinic by 12pm. Having said that, for others who need to do more checks, do expect to spend more time at the clinic. The staff were all very friendly and professors. I'm super afraid of blood test, but I managed not to faint because the nurse that administered the test was very experience and the progress was quite fast with only slight pain. The doctor was also very detailed in her examination. I highly recommend this clinic for medical screening

Came here for health screening. Went at 12.30pm on a weekday. There were just around 3 4 patients including me. So it definitely was a nice experience as it was so relaxing and not chaotic. Signed up and started going for every check within the package. 1. Regular check by Dr Wong. She was very patient and asked if I have anything to ask her. She answered my questions and took the time to talk to me. Did BP, general body check and pap smear 2. After that, went to another room. Took height and weight, bone check, ECG, eye check and drawing of blood. Slight pain but bearable. 3. Did xray. 4. My package had a bento meal included with a cup of drink. Nice healthy food. 5. Pevic ultrasound. 6. Urine and stool sample collection. Took 2 hours in total. Overall, nice experience here! Still waiting for my test result.

Same like other previous patients reviews. Poor service by counter 4 staff. Excellent & friendly service by the male phlebotomist drawing blood. After drawing of blood, i was told to drop my patient folder at room 1 and wait for my number. 30 minutes later, a nurse approached me and informed that they had to relocate my patient folder to room 4. Reason for doing so was that in qouted, "doctor in room 1 is facing a difficult case with a patient". I had to agree with the reasoning. Subsequently, i saw 2-3 different patients with different queu numbers entering room 1. Oh well.

I found this clinic one of the best ones I have been to. The clinic assistants are young and friendly, a breath of fresh air. The doctors on duty are also very friendly and don’t make you feel like they are rushing through your consult so that they can see the next patient. I’m glad I found this clinic.

Unlikely to come back with such long service to see a GP. E-card provided with all the details required (coy name and policy number) but yet was asked to write it down. However nice ambience

I had a very bad experience with the doctor in this clinic. I went to this clinic as my wrist was painful in August 2023. I had x-Ray scan on the wrist. The doctor told me that my wrist injury would not recover in future. I should not lift heavy stuff to make it worse. What he meant is there was no any treatment available that can heal my wrist injury. Is this a piece of professional advice a doctor should give to a patient? I am sure the answer is no. So, I went to another doctor to get a referral letter for consulting specialist doctor. Now my wrist is fully recovered. Not sure if there is legal action I can take against this doctor.

Long waiting time even with early appointment. Blood draw was around noon, so I was super hungry already without breakfast. The physician quickly ordered a milo and biscuits for me after which was great.

Extremely poor service from counter staff, don't even bother looking at you when they reply. And keep complaining/gossiping about customer very problematic. I understand it can be tiring working in customer service, but their attitude is just terrible... Tho the docs here are pretty good.

Service was slow, had appt but only saw the doctor more than an hour later, understandably so with the number of patients there but what I could not stand was that the Chinese receptionist at the counter was rather rude. Very disappointed with my experience here, instructions were not clear and receptionist seemed overworked. My friends also shared that they had similar experience at the 100AM outlet.

staff are all so fierce and unfriendly. simple request and questions can’t even be entertained by them on a day that’s not so crowded, long waiting time and no one is bothering.

Good service for blood test, but counter service have one Indian bad attitude, rude and unfriendly, hope this can be improved. Not only that, only register already wait 3 hours and then use 30 minutes only complete physical examination !? Very slowly and waste time, I will not come again next time!

The worst medical and service experience I’ve ever had. They not only delayed my diagnosis for 2 weeks, but also refused to give me my test results because they were too lazy to find it. Only after the test centre told them I was legally entitled to the results I paid for then the scans were magically found and given to me on the day (stapled to someone else’s medical record).

I had to get a health screening done here as part of the cpf HPS. After my blood was drawn, I had to see the doctor and it took me more than an hour before I could see the doctor. It was really a waste of my time. The clinic should seriously hire more doctors and not make the patients wait for such a long time. The staff allowed patients who were behind me in queue to see the patient ahead of me. They have a system whereby patients have to slot their patient file outside the doctor's office and I think that this is a bad system because some of the patients were able to get their files placed higher up even though they came after me.

One of the staff is not trained to take blood, causing a big bruise and my blood to overflow. They blamed it on my vein but the other staff who took over did it without issues. They also have a terrible queue system, they do not follow queue number. I was top 10, and clearly indicated I want to see the GP, but they sent me to the wrong room, forced me to do blood test and then made me re-queue for doctor and pushed me down to number 38. This is really unacceptable cos then what is the point of coming early? Pls improve your internal system cos clearly you guys are not managing it well.

I booked a Go-getter health screening package last month under my company corporate account. Received an email confirmation and turned up punctually at Level 15 Amara MHC as indicated in the confirmation email. Was told by the reception to go to Level 14 when I mentioned my company name. She didn't even bother to check. At Level 14 was told to scan and register for a Q number. When they called my name, I told the guy that I signed up for the Go-getter package. He told me it should be at Level 15. When I told the receptionist at Level 15 of my Go-getter package, I was told that I need to pay to top the difference. When I told her that my HR informed me that there is no need for me to top up, she insisted that I pay the difference, which I did. I was frustrated with the experience. Internal communication within MHC Amara is poor and staff not properly briefed and updated.

Satisfactory experience overall. Especially the person at Room 6, Vines took extra care when drawing blood and made sure that i was comfortable. And then with no pain or external discomfort. Very friendly and polite approach. Thanks to mhc for appointing such good staff.

I highly recommend Staff Nurse Eric Lee at MHC Amaran. His friendly and kind demeanor creates a positive environment for patients. His niceness is evident in the compassionate care he provides, making the overall experience at the facility exceptional.

Got my healthscreening done here which was ok. the facilities are also mid tier, wont say best or worst. After getting the report I needed to get a follow up with a doctor. 1. there were no appointments available for weeks. 2. when I did get my appointment, the video call was on their Better health app which is AWFUL and kept crashing. The call kept hanging and the clinic said the app was the only way to have the followup ..one of the most shoddy experiences I have had with a medical facility in Singapore. I wouldn't recommend this clinic.

Waited for 2 hrs even with appointment. Staff don’t know anything about my appointment initially. Got multiple questions before they finally figured out my purpose. Can hear other patients complaining. Went to the front desk to ask for help as I have another appointment and I am already late due to the unexpected long waiting time at the clinic. She seemed unhappy with the request and did not apologise either for the long wait. I was called shortly after and spent less than 15mins with the doc reading the screening result to me. I was late for my next appointment. Honestly, I should have not signed-up with them for the Executive Screening. Not worth the time and money.

I went for a Basic Health Screening and was assisted by XueQi at the registration. She was professional and friendly, shared with me what optional top ups I can choose for more blood testing parameters as well as guiding me to download the app and how to navigate the app so I can access my reports after. She was so kind to accompany me to level 15 to get more tests run by the team upstairs and made sure I was comfortable as i waited. The rest of the team at Biophysics are also friendly and professional even though it was a busy Monday morning. The space is clean, comfortable and the staff are on hands to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience!

Scheduled a full health screening from my employer (12/12/23) and opted executive package the initial conversation till front desk it was good. Had a worst experience with Biophysics room-9 old chinese lady who took my height and weight her attitude was completely different and she not took blood pressure and eye vision test. When front desk guy helps to approach her she just denied it and went for lunch. I am still not sure they took all the screening tests are not as i have opted for colon and H-pylori test but they only collected blood samples.

Poor counter service processes. Make me wait for more than half an hour to call even though I already scanned QR over the counter & when there is nobody at the X ray room. After registration, do less than 1 minute of Xray. Do wish to commend the staff at X ray room.

Was really excited to go for my HPS Health Screening as part of my new flat purchase procedures but not sure if the service experience at MHC was a good one. The clinic ambience was welcoming except for the robotic yet dull greeting from Counter 3 with short hair. In the middle of screening waiting for the next doctor, I was standing at a sofa and was ordered around “no point standing there” in an authoritative manner. Not friendly nor welcoming at all especially when there are other patients nearby. Though one of the doctors need practice on the blood drawing from my arm as there were efforts required to get the job done, the doctor patient conversations went well and the closure was perfect. Kudos to the health screening speed (thanks to its non-antiquated system) and the digitally projected aquamarine display which alleviates our waiting time. Wonder if MHC could work more on the smile, tonality and choice of words when receiving guests. The other receptionist was fine, managed to run through all things well.

On 18/5/23, I visited MHC Amara for pre employment medical screening before noon time. The counter staff were occupied, and a friendly staff member, Mr Eric, approached me and asked if there was anything he could assist. My Queue number was 54 if it helps for verification. Subsequently, Mr Eric explained the process and showed me to the few stations, and all these shortened the entire process significantly. He has good hands with drawing blood, extremely skilful. I am really grateful and appreciate his proactive attitude and professionalism in executing his duties. I am IMPRESSED! Thank you, MHC, for having such a well-mannered and extremely helpful service staff. It was a very wonderful experience at MHC, and I will definitely recommend my friends to visit MHC Amara for medical attention 👍🏻

Went for pre employment check up. You will need to scan QR code for Q number. There were no instructions upon arrival to clinic and all 4 of the counter staffs were busy when I arrived. I waited for about 20 mins for registration. My appoinment was 1030 but I arrived slightly earlier. The youngest counter staff helped me to register and she was very friendly. There were 4 different rooms to go. Doctor room, eye check & height and weight ,chest X ray and blood test. All had less than 10 minutes of waiting time. The blood draw male staff was very gentle and friendly. I hope his baby is delivered safely in December! The checkout took quite a while. The second counter staff was not helpful. When there are patients standing at the counter, she tends to ignore and expect Joey, another counter staff to takeover. The wait for check out was quite long even though I only needed to make payment. There were only 3 of them at check out and the younger lady was busy with another patient.

I think there are 2 MHC, the Prestige at level 15 and the normal screening clinic at level 14. My husband did his screening at level 14 and hated the experience while I went for the prestige and had a blast. In fact, it was better than Raffles, Mount E and Fullerton where I have done screening before. MHC was very clean, professional and speedy. Staff was very helpful and Dr Tan was very detailed and friendly. Highly recommend the MHC Prestige.

The staff (very short and thin hair, middle aged Chinese lady) at the counter is very unprofessional and inpatient when I went for medical check-up. The way she talks is very authoritative towards me. I hope someone educate her how to talk properly. She glared at me saying “I have not finished talking and have not given you the forms back. Listen first” because I was about to go to Counter 4 when she pointed me to counter 4. Of course, staff knows their routine procedure the best. Customers are there just for a short while. It’s not necessary to treat people that way Just because how we don’t know how the routine works. I didn’t talk back because I don’t want to add more toxicity. Just because you are not having a good day doesn’t mean you can give someone a bad day too. Imagine if u treat that to people with some physical or mental illness. Those people might be fragile and emotionally sensitive. Be kind, it doesn’t cost you anything. Saw many negative review about here but seems like nobody takes action.
