I highly recommend Dr Ade particularly for post natal issues, after birth of my second baby I experienced upper back pain and overall aches and niggles. I wish I had visited her regularly during my pregnancy as she was very helpful and made me feel comfortable straight away. I have been suffering from my shoulder strain for months and finally dropped by the boutique for consultation. Dr. Adelina did a detailed analysis and able to pinpoint the exact issue. Besides getting treatment in the clinic, she recommends some stretching exercises and remedy that I should do at home to help on the recovery. Adelina is superb in adjustments. She helped removed and adjust my hips that were out of alignment. This made gymming, mobility and walking better. Chiro sessions are longer and better at chiroboutique than other providers who just focus on alignment and making that 'crack'. She also shares of how to stay in alignment and stay injury free!

I've been seeing Dr. Adelina for a couple of weeks now and every session my shoulder has been getting better and better. Thank you for helping me feel better by providing excellent Chiropractic care including adjustment, helpful shoulder and back exercises and advice on how to stretch problem areas. I have been experiencing pain in my shoulders and lower back. Massage Therapy by itself was providing very little relief so I decided to seek Chiropractic care in hopes that it would help relieve the pain. I have noticed a big improvement in my range of motion and flexibility since I started receiving adjustments. What a big difference getting regular adjustments has made. I can now move my shoulder easily and with no pain while lifting overhead. I also have better range of motion now and can bend and hold stretches longer. I’m well on my way to recovery!

I can’t recommend The Chiro Boutique enough! Adelina does a great job helping with immediate pain management, while identifying and addressing underlying issues. Treatment sessions are comprehensive, usually lasting at least 45 minutes, with a whole variety of recovery methods employed (not just a quick 5 min adjustment). I walk out of every session feeling much better, from both the effective treatment and the warm and homey space they’ve created.

Before heading to the clinic, I have mild slip disc and I can't bend my back entirely and have poor mobility. Dr Adelina is very attentive and a good listener. I visited the Chiro Boutique a few months back for a consult on a problem I had on my left ankle/hip & was delighted upon how genuine and hospitable the staff were at the clinic. Only after a few sessions with them, I notice a significant improvement in my ankle/hip. Recovery differs from person to person, so what may take a few sessions for me may be longer for others. But I’m here to acknowledge and share the comprehensiveness of the various diff methods available at the clinic.
