My second time getting a full health checkup here. Booking an appointment is super easy and quick, and the staff are quick to let you know if the day is already full and helps to shift you appointment date to a better timing. Registering is very fast and the whole process is very smooth, instructions are very clear, worth noting that the staff repeats these instructions many times a day. The staff who tended to me were very patient and easy-going. I don't really like injections and mentioned to the doctor getting my blood sample. Didn't get her name but she is an Indian staff and she was very friendly and help keep me distracted by talking to me, it made the whole process very peaceful and painless. Finished the whole checkup quickly than expected. Their results are always accurate, reliable, and detailed. Will definitely come back here again next year to get my health checkup.

This is my second time visiting. The first time experience was positive. Dont know what happened this time. I was asked to be here at 2pm for the follow up ultrasound scan and 50 minutes have passed still they told me there is one person in front of me, the same statement they gave me when I asked 40 minutes ago. The clinic is not packed at all and most of the people who have arrived later after me have already been called inside to do their own check. The staff was very friendly and the ultrasound scan performed was very detailed so I did appreciate that. however the scheduling could have been better. I understand the ultrasound resource might be short but what the clinic could have done is to inform me earlier so I didn’t need to be at the clinic this early, considering this is still a working day for me.

A warm greeting from the counter staff brighten my morning on Jan 14, 2023. Though, I was early for my medical review appointment. Was invited to a waiting room with self service beverages. Had a cup of coffee while waiting for my name to be called upon and I did not wait for too long before Doctor Joel walked me into his room. A pleasant experience with Doctor Joel who started with a casual talk before he reviewed with me on my medical result. I must say this put me in a comfortable position to seek clarification and he patiently answered to my questions in layman terms since I am not medically inclined. Doctor Joel was able to provide very good medical advice too and I left his room satisfactorily. Many thanks to the staff and Doctor Joel for their professional services and for the great experience that I had with ATA Medical. Keep it up!

In and out within 15 minutes! :D Had my first ever health screening at ATA Medical Clinic and everything was so seamless - From booking to confirmation, reminder WhatsApp message to the eventual tests! The staff at the clinic were very nice and the service was very efficient. The whole procedure was done very quickly from check-in to billing - I did not have to wait long at all. I usually feel very light headed when blood is drawn but the nurse was very sweet and you could tell she was very experienced because I did not feel a thing. I would recommend this clinic for your medical needs and I would go back for sure.

Went for health screening today, good services & experiences. My health screening package inclusive of free breakfast at next door cafe. Online booking got a very fast response & confirmation from staff via email & WhatsApp. Was informed the result will be send via email in a week time upon completion of health screening, that is very efficient. The team was very professional, efficient and very service drive. The doctors and nurses are very knowledgeable and patient enough to explain in greater details - some of the issues, conditions and tests were explained thoroughly before the patient were to make any form of committment / decisions to be made. The test was done very promptly as mentioned within 30 min. Blood taking was done very quick and painlessly. Received reports on the same day tho I did not choose for same day result. All done at affordable price as well. Never regretted going all the way to ATA Medical Clinic.

Friendly staffs! Super fast with the service on a Friday morning. Although I was running late from the appointment, they managed to serve my husband quickly for the statutory health check! When collecting the report, it was really smooth and fast! Would highly recommend here for checkups! Price is really reasonable! And I managed to get the report within the week!

Found ATA Medical Clinic from Google as I needed a x-ray scan & blood test to complete the PR formalities. I was skeptical at first but was impressed by the service received from the ATA Medical team. The appointment booking process via WhatsApp was hassle free, fast and informative. The clinic personnel (mid age lady; wearing specs, sorry I didn’t get her name) who attended to me was kind too. The medical test price is reasonable in CBD area. I got my report in the same day afternoon too. Keep up the good work!

I like how easy it is to book appointments online for new employee medical checkups and all the updates came via our Company's email almost instantly on the day of the checkup. Superb services from all the staff members.My parents and I had a medical checkup session with ATA Medical last month and from what we remember these are things that gave us an amazing session: 1.The staff who did the blood sampling procedure was very efficient and skillful in what he did (I think his name is Ben.) even my dad who hate blood test time told me that it was very quick and no pain at all. 2.The rest of the check up was conducted in friendly and professional manner with smooth transition time between each of different type of procedures, so all of us can finish the check up on time (even before the expected time). 3.The medical checkup result also can be downloaded within 1-2 days after the session for me and my dad. 4.And as we travel from overseas, they also provide us with, follow up call from the doctor for consultation and to discuss the results. So, overall it was a good medical check up sessions for three of us. Thank you.

Need to submit an urgent COVID-19 Update at National Immunisation Registry (NIR). Though the usual turnaround is one (1) business day, the staff did it for me within less than 5 minutes when I told them I need it urgently. Really appreciate the professional help from the staff.

I am pleasantly astounded by the speedy and helpful service of the staff. It was my first time doing a medical checkup here and first time doing an x-ray. I was a little clumsy as what is happening as I was not sure how things function here. (i.e calling your name instead giving a number) The staff gave clear and direct instructions to me, I really appreciate that. Despite the long queues on a Saturday, the service is top notch. Their waiting room is amazing as well, with calming music the background, it helps with consoling myself while having panic attacks in a new environment. Would visit again for any med checks! ❤️

The counter staff and nurses are all very friendly and did explain very clearly. Did the health screening at the outlet at Anson. The doctors are also clearly advice me about my condition and helpfully advice me on the next steps. Will do my yearly health screening there again .

Response is always very rapid, even on weekends you can also find them if you have urgent request of appointment. The nurses and doctors can speak English and Mandarin as well. The clinic is in downtown area. It's quite convenient to arrive there and the clinic is not crowded. We have been there many times and the experience there is always good.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

My experience at ATA Medical today (12 Jun 2023) was smooth and seamless. Had my health assessment done within 2 hours. The staff did a fantastic job. They were very patient, courteous, sincere and passionate about their job. I wanna thank Dr Ling and Nurse Joseph for their advice. I would also like to thank the staff who assisted me at the threadmill session (didn’t get her name). I would highly recommend ATA Medical to those looking for a seamless experience during their health assessment. In addition, the patient would be delighted with a little gift at the end of the session!

The screenings were fast and efficient and done professionally. The staff were very attentive and friendly towards the patients and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I was attended to by these 2 lovely ladies at the reception, 1 Filipina nurse who done my blood taking, and 1 other Indian radiology staff. Onsite health screening was very well organised. Procedure was smooth and efficient. Additional tests at Anson Rd Centre was also professionally and efficiently conducted. ATA Medical have very good service and price point. Very satisfied in doing health check up there. Maybe just 1 point of improvement is for staff communication be more smooth or your notes on the form are more visible so there will not be any communication errors ending up in doing ultrasound twice. It's a waste of time and cost for both clinic and customer. But still overall good experience as most staffs are very friendly as well.

The doctors are patient, take time to understand my symptoms and provide recommendations. Phlebotomist is gentle and precise in her vein finding skills, no pain during the entire process, really thankful to her. The clinic is clean. Overall, pleasant experience. Also impressed that medical reports are ready within the same day! Highly recommended clinic.

Staffs are very nice and helpful, very efficient as well. I only spent around one hour to do all my check ups. I’m very afraid of needles and the nurse who helped me draw my blood was super nice and tried very hard to calm me down. The doctor who helped with the pep smear was also very nice. It’s my first time doing this pep smear so I was very nervous, she did it very gentle and explained the whole process patiently. Overall very good experience, will definitely come back for my yearly check ups.

The whole process is smooth and I received my report within 1 week despite it being festive season. The review conducted by doctor via tele conference is also satisfactory as it help addrres my report and some other tips and advice to improve my health further. It was my first time visiting the clinic. Fast service. Staff are super efficient and approachable. I was done in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommended.

Appointment was at 9:30am. Mask was mandatory inside the facility but don’t worry they do provide it if you didn’t come in with one. Took the marvel package which was the bigger one. They first start with the chest scan then follow with the blood test. After the blood test they will give 2 littles containers for urine and stool collect but be aware if you are going to do an ultrasound do not collect the urine right away because you will need to have your bladder VERY FULL to be able to do the scan. That was the tricky part that took me so long at the end. For the stool sample you can do it at home or hotel (in my case) the next morning and bring it to the clinic if you can’t do it on the spot but it has to be morning poo poo. If you feel dizzy or hungry after the blood test you can go to the pantry and have some cookies or drinks that are available for guest. Took approximately 3 hours to complete all the test. Within 3 days to get most of the results by email (only my pap test was pending. Got the result of the pap test within a week). Some test requires fasting others don’t but don’t worry they will mentioned to you in the emails. They sent me a few reminders before the appointment date which is great! Before you leave the clinic they will schedule you a videoconference (in my case back in canada), phone call or in person with the doctor to follow up with your report (not sure if this service is included in all packages). And not forget to mention the personnel !! All the medical staffs were friendly and adorable !! They make you feel so welcomed and comfortable. I specially would like to say a big thanks to the twins sisters!! They were always near by to see if i was ok, if i felt dizzy etc. My experience was 100% positive and will surely comeback for my future health screening!

Reasonably quick turnaround, followed by a free consultation with Dr Joel Foo, who is very pleasant and friendly. Hardly any waiting time for chest x-ray and seeing the doctor. I visited ATA Medical Tanjong Pagar clinic in Nov 2023. My experience with ATA was amazing to say the least. The front desk executives Kee and Liang were very kind and quite service oriented, I felt very comfortable dealing with them, thank you Kee and Liang. They were immediately responding to my queries over WhatsApp also. Dr Ms Lim was listening passionately to me and well accommodative of my requests regards to my reports, kindly agreed to give the medical report in the form my employer wanted. She has been kind enough to call me to explain over phone if required, that shows her sincerity in helping me, Thanks Dr. Lim. The turn out time was very quick, got the reports before the committed time. The Indian girl at the blood sample collection point was also very kind and professional. Overall, from my many years of experience in visiting many clinics in Singapore for doing Visa medical checks, employment health checks, ATA is the best in all respects. I will definitely recommend this clinic.

Very Impressive. Booking is hassle free, i had to reschedule as my helper could not reach here on that day and that was also very easy and got the results on same day. Only one thing is that i had booked it with you , so that we can do all the test in one place. Came here for pre-employment health check and it was an exceptional experience from booking the appointment to getting the check up in the medical center. The pricing is online and transparent. If you have any questions or want to book an appointment, WhatsApp them and their response is fast. The nurses were very efficient, professional, polite and nice. Although the clinic was quite crowded, I didn’t have to wait for long at each station. It took an hour from start to finish. Dr Lim is an excellent physician as well.

I had a good experience at this clinic. Toon the royal screening package and all tests done in 1 hr. Although I would reco to them to add more comfy chairs as there wasn't enough chairs outside while waiting for tests. Came here on a saturday and they are open until 12noon. Test results also are super fast, in about 4 days. Fastest results for screening package I have ever exp. I highly recommend this clinic and their screening package. They also gave starbucks card with $10 value
