Went to have free basic health screening package. They explained what each package very well and were very accomodating. They did not do any hard selling to force you to upgrade your package.

I took the executive plan. The nurses and staffs are very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. Nurse Candy helped me on ECG and Tonometry, she made the experience more pleasant. Doctors are approachable and explained everything patiently and in detail. No hard selling to take on more tests. I’ll definitely recommend HOP Medical Center for health screening. Edit: come on weekday except Friday it has much less queue.

I recently had the Basic health screening at HOP Medical Centre, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly efficient, providing clear explanations throughout the process. Surprisingly, it took less than 15 minutes to complete the screening. As a bonus, being a corporate member, the Basic health screening was complimentary. The cherry on top was receiving the detailed results within 72 hours. Highly recommend for a seamless and quick health check!

Excellent providers, plenty of staff on hand, very efficient. Results received earlier than expected in a report that was easy to understand. It is possible to add on tests a la carte to a package, so you can personalize what you want. Staff are friendly, helpful, and don’t hard-sell. Best screening I’ve had! Biscuits, coffee, tea, and water are on hand for those fasting prior to blood draw.

First time to HOP @ Palais Renaissance for health check, and the experience was wonderful. The positive experience started from the phone appointment booking to the actual visit at the medical centre. Staff and nurses were polite and very efficient. The venue was compact but clean and functional. I was also greeted warmly by the CO, who later conducted a briefing to all visitors to explain the various tests, and gave recommendation on the suitable health check packages for male and female patrons. Overall, it took about 1.5 hours to complete the entire process, which was much faster than my previous checks from other centres. I will come back again for the next check up.

Seamless and efficient. Someone attended to me immediately after I entered the clinic. They gave an informative briefing that I found useful to decide what tests to get and also great just for general knowledge. All the staff was attuned to what was happening regardless of their role and all of them were attentive and helpful. I felt faint after my blood test and they brought me to lie down right away and different people came by to check in on me. Service was wonderful, will come back again 100%

Comprehensive and helpful explanation at the start on the different tests available and what are the rests for. The entire screening process including blood taking is fuss free and pretty efficient. Staff were very friendly too. Definitely one of the better health screening centres I have been to.

When drawing blood for tests, they took extra steps checking your details, if you'd fast the day before & the relevant questions before proceeding. Beautiful & clean clinic. It’s my third year here & it’s always crowded on a Sat morning. But the doctor is always very clear & knowledgeable in explaining the different packages. The staffs are very fast & friendly. The nurses are also very fast & gentle in extracting the blood. Overall a very fuss free experience 👍🏻

Had a great experience for my health screening here. Every staff I encountered from the front desk to the different procedures was very warm, caring and professional. There was a lot of people in the clinic, but I still felt very well-taken care of, nothing was rushed through. They took their time to help me understand the different procedures, communicate waiting times clearly, and check in on me to make sure everything is okay. I would highly recommend this place to others.

The package was clearly explained. Kudos to Mr. (forgot to ask his name) The Filipino nurse (Razol) was very helpful and polite. The front desk personnel is very attentive and knows how to comfort patients. The Malay nurse who assisted me was very kind. Overall experience is more than what I expected from a free health screen.

The service staff are very helpful and friendly. The friendly Chinese lady staff (sorry for not having her name) who took my blood pressure, height and weight was pretty attentive to check my needs and explain the available scanning that is suitable for 50yrs old Ms Mala who did my blood taking was so skilful that I didn't feel any little bit of pain at all.

As part of my health screening I had to draw blood - while it seems easy for some, it was incredibly difficult for me what with my traumatic experiences (nurses poking multiple times as they couldn’t see my vines) and fainting spells due to low blood pressure. At the blood taking station, staff Mala was very encouraging, advising me what to do, the whole process went by smoothly and quickly. The clinic is clean and bright, overall staff were very friendly and helpful.

Is my first time here. The staff welcomed me very warmly and made me feel comfortable. The place looked very clean and organized. It wasn't crowded as I expected, so it gave me an extra good impression. Then I was assisted in every step of the procedure, so I knew exactly what was happening. The nurses who extracted my blood are commendable!

Before the health screening,they gave a brief introduction for the individual checking items to everyone ,although every step is slow, but all nurse/work staff are very friendly and nice.

I’m impressed by the welcome briefing which is informative and helps patients understand and decides what tests to go for for the health screening and not just focusing on the cost of the different packages. Health screening is no fuss. All done in 45 mins.

blood drawing was always difficult for me as my vein is very deep, the nurses had to do it a few times. Today I met the first Nurse who managed to draw my blood painlessly in one try! Thank you Nurse Mala for the great job (:

Staffs are very welcoming and friendly. I’m someone with fear for needle, I have experiences of fainting after needle poke. After the staff draw my blood and I begin to feel lightheaded, they immediately attend to me and served me hot drink and biscuit. They even ensure my blood pressure returns to normal range before letting me leave the place just to ensure I will not faint outside. Really caring staffs!!

I have to come here every year because my company provides free flu vaccinations through them. The nurses are generally very nice and very good at drawing blood. And it is quite affordable I guess. But the MLM-like marketing is quite off-putting and very annoying for people who just want to do their health checkups in a calm and quiet place. The place is completely chaotic with not enough rooms and never enough privacy and one has to wait really long since there aren't enough rooms.

Took comprehensive package! Im always scared with blood extraction coz of needle, however my blood extraction went smoothly. Been here in HOP medical many times to do my personal health screening! People are accomodating!

The staff were very elaborate in explaining their packages and the advantages of certain packages. There wasn’t any hard selling and they were able to recommend packages that would be right for me. It was a really quick process and the staff were very attentive to my needs.

The welcome and the briefing was definitely a pleasant surprise. Waiting time was minimal too. Blood-taking for me has always been a challenge and this time too, the nurse could not get a full tube out of me. But Nurse Mala came to the rescue and got three tubes out of me with ease. Kudos ! Environment is also very relaxing. If you have corporate packages at work, don't waste the opportunity to get yourself screened here !
