I did my full face Hifu with Carmen. At first I want to wait until Dr Ng is available. I have to say I am glad I went ahead with Carmen. She is very nice and friendly. Since I went there alone, she is comforting and reassuring me throughout the procedure. I agree that one of the clinic's highlights is excellent patient relations.

Nice environment clinic with Professional doctor , meticulous nurses and friendly staff. They provide variety of services with transparent reasonable prices. I suffer melasma for over 20 years. I was refer by a friend to try out their chemical peel. Nurses there are gentle. They also recommend me to use some cream as daily home care. So far I can see gradually improving. I am very happy with AI services.

I did the Ultraformer Gen 3 two weeks ago (27 March 2021). As I have sensitive skin, I experience a bit of redness and itchiness.
