Steam bath was under reno, but no one bothered informed. Jacuzzi water suddenly stopped and no one guided how to on it back. The person explaining to me the facilities seemed like she had to do this everyday and showed 0 interest. On the hindsight , Mary Anne was amazing for her massage. Perfect! Literally fell asleep! Thank you!

I would highly recommend Mona my preferred masseur if you’re looking a female friendly and effective massage techniques to help any chronic muscle aches or pain. She is very sought after and always booked in advance. The staff are very helpful and friendly my bookings are usually made with Janet.

Yet another wonderful visit for my family! We have established a routine of booking massages for my sister and myself, and a facial for my mother. That way, all three of us can enjoy a relaxing evening together at this cosy outlet. Kudos to Serene and her team for always coming through to book our appointments for us! In a matter of minutes, she is able to confirm the required slots for us. Her superb customer service does not end there. When we go off with our respective masseuses, Serene makes sure that our mother is well-taken care of by her therapist Vivian. If our slots are slightly misaligned, Serene and Vivian ensure that mum is escorted to the lounge and settled comfortably to wait for us. Such excellent customer care and attention to detail! Spa Infinity should be proud of their frontline staff who are the one of the main reasons we are returning customers! Will review treatments and facilities on our next visit.

I booked a facial appointment for my mum here for her birthday and her feedback was that: 1. The facial consultants/receptionists were trying to sell her on a 1.8k package persistently and even used ridiculous tactics such as bringing her to a dark room to highlight how dull her face looks and then a bright room to highlight how the facial has brightened her face. 2. Fortunately there were no hard selling during the facial itself so she could enjoy a peaceful facial.

I got the hydro boost facial and eye treatment done at Spa Infinity. It was a really pleasant and relaxing experience for me. Florence, the beautician, was very good and explained to me all the steps of the treatment. She is definitely very good at her job and by the end of the treatment, my skin truly feels refreshed and invigorated. I would definitely recommend Florence and Spa Infinity for facials.

I really enjoyed my experience here! I did a 60 min facial with Vivian and she was so nice and accomodating! She was attentive to my skin's needs. The jacuzzi and complementary snacks was also a good way to top off the whole experience.

Good place to go for a relaxing massage. Not many other facilities over here. Only sauna and an onset pool. Complimentary coffee and lor mai kai and pow. Service staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Bookings on weekends are extremely difficult for some of the popular masseurs.

As a customer for over a decade, I’ve seen how the spa proactively improves its treatment services and quality, facilities as well as its customer service. A special mention to massage therapist May whose techniques are sound and attitude cheerful and positive. Customer service staff are always friendly and helpful, in particular Serene who tries her best to accommodate booking requests. Even when I’m updated of latest promotions, I don’t feel pressurised to sign up packages. This adds to the overall spa experience which is pleasant and relaxing.

I had a great experience there. The staffs are very friendly and welcoming. I’ve been there 3-4 times went for massage and chiropractic. I have been a patron of Spa Infinity for many years. Most of their therapists, if not all, are very skillful. Hence, requesting for any particular therapist is not needed. Until 2 weeks ago when they assigned Hanna. Her massage techniques is quite unique. Apart from alleviating my usual aches and pain of my left shoulder, she also spent an amount of time massaging my neck with her unique skill. This helps alleviate further my left shoulder's aches. Until my next appointment with Hanna, I highly recommend Hanna, the therapist, for your massage.

Great services at Spa Infinity ! Nice ambience , good facilities and friendly staffs. Their therapists are very skilful and after the massage I feel much relieve for my lower back pain . They serve some light refreshments too to ease my hunger after the treatments . Feel so complete and rejuvenate after the treatment. Consultants are there to share packages with you. Been going to spa infinity for awhile now and the staffs are always friendly and approachable. All the therapist are generally skilled however I’d highly recommend Hanna. She’s a physiotherapist by training and has a deep understanding of the body and muscles. She has helped me with my stiff neck and poor sleep quality issues by relieving the knots on my shoulders and neck. All it took was one session to see the immediate relief and effect. Highly skilled and highly recommended !

First visit here due to NTUC Income Treats. Place has a nice ambience. Unfortunately, on the day of my visit, the jacuzzi was under maintenance and I was only informed of it few hours before my appointment. As I am not keen on the sauna, I just proceeded with the massage. The masseuse was Hannah and she is trained in physiotherapy. Her deep tissue massage is on point and she uses her fingers rather than elbow, so it is really alot of hard work on her part. Her technique is similar to deep tissue massage although she has incorporated her own element to it. I would say her massage is worth coming to this place! There is light refreshment after the massage although I think the variety of food could be enhanced. Staff attitude here is polite and professional.
