Every year you need to switch to a new pair, which they charge you very expensively and would not tell you the price upfront. - they would tell you digitnal scan is included in the package, but if you want a digital copy, they want to charge you extra $280 for just sending you the copy.

I had a good experience when I visited the clinic last week for a check up and cleaning. Mary at the front desk was especially courteous, taking great effort to remember my name to greet me when I come in. The overall design gives a very bright feel to the whole place, making me less anxious about the experience. Kelly the hygienist did an especially great job on the clean of my teeth. I am actually terrified of scaling and polishing of my teeth as I have very sensitive teeth, so I appreciate the time and effort she takes to clean my teeth. Dr Justin also gave me very constructive and helpful advice on my dental problems. I would highly recommend this clinic to people who are scared of pain when it comes to cleaning.

This clinic has been my set dentist for 2 years now and today they saved me when I randomly woke up with sharp tooth pains right before xmas weekend. They were actually fully booked but went above and beyond to clear a spot so I could get emergency surgery. Going to dentist is a nerve-racking experience for me and I am sure a lot of people feel the same way. I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Nicholas and the process was smooth, fast and painless. I would say you will not regret going to Dental Designs. Every step of the process as a patient from arrival to treatment and follow-up was handled with the utmost professionalism and care. Great experience. Easy to make an appointment, front office staff was very helpful, all were understanding even though I was late. Dr. Amanda greeted me personally in the waiting room prior to consultation. The first step is to take a picture of your teeth, and it really did enlighten me how poorly I have been taking care of my oral health. Dr. Amanda gave very clear explanation about the condition of my teeth and how to take care of them going forward. Overall 5 stars experience and I would recommend anyone to come here for your dental treatment :)

Before going to Dental Designs I was terrified of going to the dentist. I would wait years until it was basically an emergency to go. I did a lot of research and Dental Designs was very well reviewed, especially for people like me who panic for days if they know there's an appointment coming up. I went and was assigned Dr Hani. She was very gentle, kind, and accommodating to me. I needed to get a lot of work done so I ended up going in almost every week for a few months. Apart from being kind and reassuring for my fear of dentists, she is a REALLY good dentist too. I've had no issues with her work and she is a pro at giving the anesthetic injections, honestly don't feel anything. Now I have no anxiety going to the dentist. Still don't like it (who does?) But this dentist honestly changed my life ❤️ The ambiance is calming, the receptionists are very kind, and Dr Hani is amazing. THANK YOU 😊 🙏

Amazing service always, dentists are professional and staff are clear with their communication. Appointments are always quick and fuss free. Have been coming here for regularly checkups and even wisdom tooth removal which was also quick and painless with no issues with recovery. The clinic checked up on me after my wisdom tooth removal too. All communications are done through WhatsApp which makes appointment scheduling super easy

Had a wonderful experience with Dr. Jacklyn and her nurse Alice. I have dental anxiety, but they were so gentle and comforting! I also appreciated how transparent and objective she was in her treatment plan for me. Highly recommend her to anyone who values quality care.

Pleasant Experience. I used to get my teeth cleaned by a dentist. But getting it cleaned by a Hygienist is as good as well. I have to give compliments to Valerie See who solved my gum bleeding issue with her skillful hands. She is not only gentle but also knowledgeable in giving me some tips on how to take care of my oral hygiene as well. She also made me feel at ease and relaxed during the whole cleaning process.
