Hi, anyone who is looking for a fun, dynamic valuable small group Strength/Power training? Then I definitely recommend UFit One-north. By far one of the best indoor classes you could try to have fun and see the progress gradually week by week. Why? Some detailed reasons from my ‘own’ perspective based on my past & current experiences. I have been attending UFit One-north indoor classes since late Sep, 2022. (trying out one off Introduction Pass $49 only! then signed up 2 week rolling “unlimited” class membership since late Feb, 2023 until now) - Location (easy access to one north MRT, right after exit to Galaxis b/d) the 2nd CBD in SG - Systematic Training program (to track down your progress by week by week in the format of Power Lower & Upper Body, Strength Lower & Upper Body and Cardio Conditioning) - Unique tailored format designed by Head coach (Jacob Prosser) - Class run by young, passionate qualified coaches (w/Sports Science degree holders) who are knowledgeable and friendly. Jacob is challenging, pushing us to our limits, Dan Smith’s demo and instruction is very clear - motivating us to focus on our training. - Small group capacity (max to 6) so that each posture/movements get corrected by professional coaches. No cheat, lazy workout!! - Learning new movement/new technique on a regular base so class gets never boring - Unlike other Strength/HIIT circuit studio, UFit One-north indoor class has regular ISO resistance training, functional movements being integrated into - in that way to minimize injury and at the same time to benefit to joints/ligaments of our body - Reasonable Pricing 2 week rolling d/d, no contract required and cancellation at anytime with 3 day in advance written notice - Small but clean space; shower/locker/towels available - Finally it could be minor point to most people? To me it’s important! Music!!! Cool pumping upbeat tunes during class. Hard core!!! End result today? – My overall fitness level has been improved (strength, power, cardio, endurance, core, balance). More importantly I am pleased to maintain quite balanced body composition of stable muscle mass vs healthy body fat range. There are other strength studios available in Singapore and surely more to come, following the latest fitness trend. You need to consider a number of key factors (class format/quality, location, pricing, facilities, class vibes, trainers/coaches, etc) We all need to find out what is the best suit for your needs. I’ve tried out several Strength HIIT circuit studios in town. Some Strength /HIIT studios (that I tried out) tend to follow very much fast paced athletic format (designed by HQ) that may be more suitable to target mainly young crowd to form a community feel. Much bigger capacity with active class vibes but I found each station to station the transition was too fast sometimes there was a risk of injuries. UFit class is a smaller capacity where you feel like almost a small group training by qualified PT coaches. Anyone who is interested in upgrading your fitness journey, special needs for a specialized PT, rehab therapy, maintaining and increasing your muscle mass, hoping to get toned defined body, weight loss, etc Check it out UFit on goggle and/or Instagram today! ME? - I am a regular gym goer, fitness enthusiast who has been consistently exercising for over 10 years in Singapore in big int’l fitness chains as well as int’l franchise Strength/HIIT studios. (Tried out various GX classes e.g. Body Pump, Body Combat, Reformer, Pilates, Yoga, Pound, Strong Zumba, Kickboxing, Barre, HIIT circuit, PTs, some functional training)

I started the training at UFIT with Miles from May 2023. It has been an interesting experience, despite all the sweat and tiredness. My purpose has been to strengthen up my body, since I have been having a long-term problem with my wrists, which are prone to inflammation and can get quite painful at times (De Quervain's syndrome). Doctors' orders have mainly been for me to rest, or to immobilize the wrist/thumb, or to inject corticosteroid into the tendon sheath. I do not want to have to rely on drug my whole life. Going to UFIT has been a good decision. Miles' help in carefully working out a suitable exercise routine for me has helped tremendously in gradually strengthen me up; while at the same time not overly stressed out my body. She has also advised me how to do simple exercise/stretch at home. For the last two months, my wrists and thumbs have been clearly improved, the pain has become quite negligible and I have not needed to used the prescribed anti-inflammation plasters (previously I feel pain quite often, and when it got worse, I need to use plaster at least every few week). Thank you for your great help and advices, Miles and UFIT :)

Have been training with Jovan for quite sometime now. A very knowledgeable and kind person to train with. He understands your strengths and pushes your limits. If you are looking for someone to train with or for your rehabilitation program , then he is your goto person.

My business partner and I moved to One North two months ago with our startup and were eager to work on our fitness as we embark on long hours in the engineering lab. We signed up for group PT at Ufit with Marco and it has exceeded our expectations. Marco has tailored two separate plans for us despite us training at the same time. We are both getting stronger and we both feel great during and after each session, which never drag and always feel like value for our time. We look forward to continuing with Marco and Ufit during our tenure at One North.

I’ve just had my first osteopathy appointment with Zoe and I can’t be happier! My knee is completely resolved. I was very impressed by her professionalism, her efficiency and politeness and will answer questions you have. I can only recommend!

Had a torn ligament and was referred here for physiotherapy and appointment was booked with Jovan. Jovan is detailed in explaining the course of sessions to me at the first visit and able to provide good flow in the session. I got clear instructions and suitable exercise to be done at home. At the sessions he is also able to provide adequate time for therapies to be done. 10/10 would come back here if I break something again.

The trainers here are great; they create high quality programmes that keep their clients on their toes, while pushing them to achieve their fitness goals. I've been training at Ufit for >2 years now, and have been training with Ben Ross for > 6 months. I've seen consistent, positive results; Ben makes sure I'm pushed hard on each session, but still ensuring we have some great banter in between sets. Would highly recommend this gym!

Earlier this year I started working with Miles at UFIT- an absolute pleasure to work with - knowledgeable, patient, encouraging & always positive. Miles offers training that never gets boring - switching things up - making the sessions invigorating and challenging. Highly recommended!
