Hi,
anyone
who
is
looking
for
a
fun,
dynamic
valuable
small
group
Strength/Power
training?
Then
I
definitely
recommend
UFit
One-north.
By
far
one
of
the
best
indoor
classes
you
could
try
to
have
fun
and
see
the
progress
gradually
week
by
week.
Why?
Some
detailed
reasons
from
my
‘own’
perspective
based
on
my
past
&
current
experiences.
I
have
been
attending
UFit
One-north
indoor
classes
since
late
Sep,
2022.

- Unique
tailored

(Jacob

- Class
run
by
young,
passionate
qualified
coaches
(w/Sports
Science
degree
holders)
who
are
knowledgeable
and
friendly.
Jacob
is
challenging,
pushing
us
to
our
limits,
Dan
Smith’s
demo
and
instruction
is
very
clear
-
motivating
us
to
focus
on
our
training.
- Small
group
capacity
(max
to
6)
so
that
each
posture/movements
get
corrected
by
professional
coaches.
No
cheat,
lazy
workout!!
- Learning
new
movement/new
technique
on
a
regular
base
so
class
gets
never
boring
- Unlike
other
Strength/HIIT
circuit
studio,
UFit
One-north
indoor
class
has
regular
ISO
resistance
training,
functional
movements
being
integrated
into
-
in
that
way
to
minimize
injury
and
at
the
same
time
to
benefit
to
joints/ligaments
of
our
body
- Reasonable
Pricing

- Small
but
clean
space;

- Finally
it
could
be
minor
point
to
most
people?
To
me
it’s
important!
Music!!!
Cool
pumping
upbeat
tunes
during
class.
Hard
core!!!
End
result

–
My
overall
fitness
level
has
been
improved
(strength,
power,
cardio,
endurance,
core,
balance).
More
importantly
I
am
pleased
to
maintain
quite
balanced
body
composition
of
stable
muscle
mass
vs
healthy
body
fat
range.
There
are
other
strength
studios
available
in
Singapore
and
surely
more
to
come,
following
the
latest
fitness
trend.
You
need
to
consider
a
number
of
key
factors
(class
format/quality,
location,
pricing,
facilities,
class
vibes,
trainers/coaches,
etc)
We
all
need
to
find
out
what
is
the
best
suit
for
your
needs.
I’ve
tried
out
several
Strength
HIIT
circuit
studios
in
town.
Some
Strength
/HIIT
studios
(that
I
tried
out)
tend
to
follow
very
much
fast
paced
athletic
format
(designed
by
HQ)
that
may
be
more
suitable
to
target
mainly
young
crowd
to
form
a
community
feel.
Much
bigger
capacity
with
active
class
vibes
but
I
found
each
station
to
station
the
transition
was
too
fast
sometimes
there
was
a
risk
of
injuries.
UFit
class
is
a
smaller
capacity
where
you
feel
like
almost
a
small
group
training
by
qualified
PT
coaches.
Anyone
who
is
interested
in
upgrading
your
fitness
journey,
special
needs
for
a
specialized
PT,
rehab
therapy,
maintaining
and
increasing
your
muscle
mass,
hoping
to
get
toned
defined
body,
weight
loss,
etc
