I went to many many brands and shops, as affordable as TAKA to as expensive as Cartier, to look for my fiancé’s engagement ring, and then later for the wedding bands. In my opinion, I-PRIMO had the perfect balance, in terms of quality and value-for-money. The service was exceptional too. We were served by wonderful Kah Ying. She patiently helped us find the perfect wedding bands, without being pushy at all and went above and beyond to give us the best price possible. She even helped to arrange a free-of-charge loan for a pair of rings when she found out our custom rings wouldn’t be ready in time for our solemnisation event.

She also explained the after care process very clearly and wiped our rings cleaned after we tried them on.
