Location a little hard to find if you are unfamiliar with Suntec, Lobby F to level 3 and you can't miss it.

Dinner for 2 persons on 10 Mar 2018. We had our reservation made via Quandoo and were seated quite quickly inside by the window as we had requested air con seating. Having read the reviews of this restaurant, I originally had pretty high expectations, but was a tad disappointed with the flavours of the items ordered. We had the fish tacos, Dallas platter (calamari, chicken wings & chicken tikka), and bangers & mash - somehow the seasonings tasted more Indian than American, but food portions were substantial. The sauces provided with the platter were also quite lack-lustre, like it was some off the shelf ready made sauce, and the calamari batter had a weird sweetness although the calamari was tender. If not for the 20% off their food menu 5-630pm (other than their signature platters), I feel that it's not worth the prices charged. Service was decent for most of the night except for the fact that our initial server (a young Caucasian lady) was probably quite new and she wasn't able to answer many of our queries, and another lady who brought us our bill and wasn't too happy giving us our 20% food discount and happy hour drinks prices which we had checked with our initial server before ordering everything before it was 630pm.

Great service and big portions! The platter for 2 was huge n super worth the money ~ the beef, lamb and ribs were all yumzz. The wraps were interesting as well.. Thou the soup was a bit sour and weird. It's our parents' anniversary and the restaurant gave us a brownie. Nice!

Great food, nice ambience w nice view of city. Service was good, polite staff. Meat were all well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Meat platter for 4 was good portion. Fries were really good too. Just wasn't too fond of the dessert.

Good American style family restaurant with tons of fresh vegetables with every dish! We had some burger sliders, fish tacos, fish and chips and BBQ chicken parmigiana which were all great value for money.

Well, every time I come.fo the mall I've said I want to try this place out and haven't. Finally, I've made it. I was pleasantly surprised. The decor is really nice, more upscale than I thought. The restaurant was half full for lunch. We ordered some mocktails and beer. And for main course we got pulled pork sandwich which was good and I got the chicken BLT. Wow both were large portions and the fries were really delicious esp with seasoning they put on them. The only negative, is, service was very slow. They didn't come to check on how the meal was or if we needed anything etc.

Great food and service! We had Prime Steak which were good portions and and perfectly cooked and nicely chared. The happy hour drinks which included wine, cocktails, and beer were nicely priced. Good desserts and coffee to end it all. Impressive scenery too. I've been here for company events too and service and food were equally good.

Service here is outstanding. E portions are generous but I would give a 2* rating for e ribeye steak we had. It was served cold, therefore making a taste kinda of bland.

Awesome food, pretty good ambience and great service. The lobster bisque could’ve been better, but I enjoyed it anyway. Chicken Dallas fajitas were delicious with caramelised onions and grilled lemon! Bread, butter and vanilla custard was just too much after the sumptuous appetiser and main course. Would definitely visit again!

The Decor was lovely & cozy. We ordered the lobster bisque, prime steak & avocado chicken & was taken aback by the portions - generous & didn't sting on the greens 👌 Staff was attentive & courteous too.
